The driver claimed to have delivered my parcel, but I encountered discrepancies in the tracking information. The tracking site initially showed the driver was running late after the scheduled delivery time at 19:00. Upon checking at 20:00, it indicated the parcel was delivered at 19:00 and signed for. Despite being the 132nd stop on the route with the driver at stop [redacted] at 20:00, I continued to wait. However, upon further checking around 20:15, the tracking site mentioned the delivery at 19:00 with a misspelled signature purportedly from me.

Het pakket is niet afgeleverd op mijn adres of het alternatieve afhaaladres. Ik woon op een chaletpark in Ammerzoden. Op zaterdag 12 december zou het pakket bezorgd worden, maar de chauffeur beweerde dat ik niet thuis was, hoewel ik de hele dag thuis was. Ik begrijp de drukte, maar toch is het frustrerend. Op maandag 14 en dinsdag 15 december ben ik naar het afhaalpunt op Dr. Plaslaan nr. 15 gegaan, maar het pakket is daar nog steeds niet. Het tracknummer van het pakket is 3SMPK[redacted]. Ik wil graag weten wanneer ik het kan ophalen.

Has DHL ever heard of accessibility? I have a fear of making phone calls and I stutter when I do. Why can't a billion-dollar company offer an email address? Anyway, is it possible to request that the delivery person rings the doorbell first with the option to leave the package at a designated spot if no one answers? Can I specify this somewhere? I want the delivery person to ring the bell as a rule. Sometimes we miss the bell (vacuum cleaner, still sleeping, loud music...) and then I would like the option for the delivery person to leave the package somewhere. Also, I heard that you can leave a password at the designated spot as proof of delivery. Is that correct? What happens if a delivery gets lost? Because the delivery person could just claim they were there. Would I be held responsible? Does the DHL insurance cover this for insured shipments?

A DHL package addressed to Erik Praest with reference number [redacted] and Waybill number 26 7[redacted] was mistakenly delivered to [redacted] Kathleen Ave, Castro Valley, CA [redacted]. There is no one by that name at this address. Please arrange for the package to be picked up for redelivery or return. Kindly text me at [redacted] after 11 am to coordinate the pick-up timeframe. I recommend contacting the intended recipient to obtain the correct delivery address. Thank you.

I have encountered an issue with a recent product delivery. The tracking number for this concern is [redacted]. Following a conversation with the vendor who shipped me an OLED portable monitor, I was advised to report the damage. Although the vendor claims the item left their facility undamaged and new, the monitor I received had a cracked glass cover at the top edge and a dent on the metal chassis. Pepper Jobs, the shipper based in Hong Kong, took some time to respond to my inquiry. As the item was pristine when it departed from the vendor, I believe DHL should be held accountable for mishandling and damaging the product during transit. To support my claim, I have attached the complete email exchange between the vendor and me.

I am frustrated with the situation regarding my package that DHL forwarded to USPS. Unfortunately, USPS does not deliver to my physical address, which has caused a delay in receiving the package from Wanderers. The package was returned to Australia on June 21, and it is taking a long time to resolve this issue. I simply want my package to be delivered without being forwarded to another entity. Despite speaking to two customer service representatives who informed me that my package is at the post office and an investigation has been opened, I have yet to receive a phone call as promised. I believe a drop-off scheduled for this package, which is not what I intended. I need to confirm no pick-up is scheduled and arrange for the package to be delivered to my address on another date. I won't be near the drop-off location specified. Please respond promptly as I won't be able to receive the package if it's dropped off there.

Dear DHL, I recently received a letter from a debt company regarding an outstanding amount supposedly owed to 02. I am waiting on the fraud department at 02 before contacting the police. According to 02, two Galaxy phones were delivered in my name to [redacted] Abbotsweld, Harlow, CM18 6TP, under the account of Miss Karen Richardson. Although my daughter has been paying the bills, I was unaware of these orders. 02 provided me with tracking numbers and MS numbers for the phones, which I plan to use in my report to the police. I am seeking information on who signed for the parcels and if a photo of the delivery address was taken. The DHL tracking numbers provided are as follows: [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. The items were dispatched on 18/03/[redacted] to the mentioned address. My package was supposed to be signature release, but the delivery person left it in the lobby of my apartment complex without obtaining a signature. Despite having access to the elevator to my door, they left it in a vulnerable spot facing the street. When I saw the picture of my $[redacted] package in the lobby, I went down to get it, but it was already taken. I don't understand why it wasn't brought to my door for a signature or why they didn't try delivering it another day like DHL has done before. It's upsetting that it was left in a place easily accessible to many people. The item was a special ring I got for my mother, which is why I had requested a signature release.

Hello, I'm Karen. Yesterday, I received my package, but the box was severely damaged on the top and bottom. Inside, there was a pair of shoes, and unfortunately, the right shoe is now crooked due to the impact on the box. I am shocked at the condition it arrived in, as the box was bent and crushed. Looking at the delivery picture from DHL, it's evident how badly it was handled. Now, one of the shoes is ruined and doesn't fit properly. I'm really disappointed, considering the amount I paid for them. Can someone please advise on what steps can be taken to resolve this issue? I paid $[redacted] to send a package to Accura, Ghana through your company, expecting delivery by Tuesday, 20 July [redacted]. The package was delayed until 21 July [redacted], and the recipient was asked to pay an additional $60, which I find unfair. When contacting your company, I was informed that you were not responsible, but I believe you are accountable for the delay, lack of control over my package, and the third party's additional charges. I request a refund for the delay, improvements in package handling policies to maintain control, and to ensure fair practices with third-party charges. I received my package from Japan promptly after it was shipped. Despite the bubble wrap being intact and the exterior showing no damage, the box and contents inside were completely soaked. After removing the bubble wrap, the box fell apart, and the items had to be dried with a towel. I am unsure what occurred during shipping as the driver did not alert me to any issues upon delivery. Since DHL handled most of the journey, I am uncertain who to hold accountable, DHL or the unexpected weather conditions during delivery. Feeling frustrated about the situation. - B. Dear Customer Service, I recently returned to Berlin and received a delivery notice for my parcel LT[redacted]21NL on Monday, 20.07.21. Despite the notice indicating that my parcel is at Postbank-Center Berlin 21, Alt Moabit 98, [redacted] Berlin, when I visited, I was informed it was not there (refer to the attachment). I am puzzled by this and require your assistance in locating the package, as it holds significant importance for me. According to your website, the tracking shows it is still in transit from Frankfurt, with the latest update being Monday, 19.07.21, and I have not received any further updates. I received an email on 9/8/21, last Tuesday, containing the message below. I am unsure about its purpose as I am not expecting any deliveries. Could someone please clarify this for me? --- Dear Customer, We were unable to deliver your package to your home on 16-07-[redacted]. The postage on this package was insufficient for the delivery process. You now have the option to cover the shipping charges. Once payment is successful, you can schedule a delivery time that suits you. Kindly settle the shipping fees by 22-07-[redacted] at 20:00 latest. Failure to do so will result in the package being sent back to the sender, and you will be responsible for the associated costs, which exceed the original shipping expenses to your address. I am experiencing issues with the delivery of my contact lenses. Despite having clear instructions and a note in German on the second mailbox, the delivery person claims that there is no name on the mailbox or that we have moved. This is incorrect, and as a result, I have missed two deliveries and am now without my contacts. I even rescheduled the delivery for today to ensure someone is home. I want to share my recent experience with receiving a parcel through the eBay Global Shipping Program. The package, sent via pre-paid DHL courier, made its way from the US to Germany, finally reaching me in India. Unfortunately, after facing a delay at the Bombay Custom, it was wrongly addressed and held at the Nerul Node III Post Office. I had to personally visit the post office to collect the package and was surprised to discover I had to pay duty fees. I find the handling of international couriers by India Post concerning, especially when pre-paid services like DHL are involved. I wish I had known about this process beforehand to make an informed choice. This has been quite an inconvenience.
