Yesterday, on 17.08.[redacted], my tracking number was [redacted]. I called between 7 and 9 a.m. to arrange a pickup. I provided the tracking number to the representative, and she requested the company name or legal business name to process the shipment. I explained it was from PlayStation, but she insisted on a different business name and advised me to contact Sony for the correct information. I called Sony twice, and they reiterated the same information. The representative never scheduled the pickup. PlayStation assured me that the tracking number and the reference I provided were sufficient, as my console had warranty coverage. Despite this, the representative insisted on having the business name or legal name. I cannot recall the representative's name, so I am providing the time and tracking number. On April 25, [redacted], I visited a kiosk that provides DHL services along with other businesses. I requested to have two packages shipped via DHL, paid, and confirmed the shipping method. The parcels were handed to a man who walked away with them, promising a receipt later. Due to upcoming travel, I forgot to collect the receipt. The packages took a long time to arrive, ended up at the wrong destinations, and some items were switched. Despite speaking to DHL agents without the required receipt, I was unable to get help as they claimed the DHL office and Tagore Garden India Post location I specified do not exist. Upon arrival, the packages were from India Post, not DHL, which led me to pay DHL rates for postal service. I have obtained the driver's license information of the individual who took the parcels to India Post, evidence of dispatch through India Post, and pictures of the DHL office and Tagore Gardens India Post office. My concern is customers unknowingly paying for DHL services when packages are sent through the post office. I am sharing this to raise awareness, with no specific requests.

I need to cancel shipment number [redacted]. The package is still in my possession, so there shouldn't be any charges owed. The pending charge in my bank account needs to be cancelled or refunded. Dealing with DHL has been unhelpful, expensive, and frustrating. Despite opening a complaint, I couldn't follow the instructions as the shipment isn't listed as pending. When I called, a woman from billing said the charge would be returned today, but it hasn't happened. She pretended not to hear me, answered my questions, then abruptly hung up. I just want this resolved.

I am experiencing extreme frustration with your company. We are awaiting an essential shipment and struggling to obtain accurate information regarding its current location, destination, estimated arrival time, and the possibility of picking it up ourselves. Conflicting information provided by different team members is exacerbating the situation. Despite the tracker indicating that the shipment has cleared customs, phone representatives claim it is still in transit. This inconsistency is both bewildering and intolerable. The tracking code is [redacted]. I urgently require confirmation of the shipment's current location and final destination. We are keen to collect it today, preferably from a location near Brooklyn. The tracker indicates it is headed to Springfield Gardens, NY. If this is accurate, we are willing to retrieve it from there. Please clarify the destination and provide pickup details promptly. I am still waiting for your response. I have emailed you multiple times regarding my package, but I have not received any information about it. It is frustrating that my package is missing, and the delay is causing inconvenience. Despite filling out a claim as the shipper, it was denied because I am not the account holder. I expect my package and a refund soon. Your customer service needs improvement to better assist customers promptly. I need my package by this weekend, as I paid to have it sent to Chile. I would like to report a supervisor at the North Carolina DHL facility in Raleigh. My name is Lashaun Lloyd. Last night, I was speaking with a Quality Assurance employee on the floor and inquired about finding the supervisor to ask permission to use the bathroom. A temporary worker then approached me rudely, acting as though she was my boss. When the supervisor arrived, she spoke with the other person first and then asked me to explain the situation. However, she abruptly told me to go home when I began talking with hand gestures. I left, but the other person involved was not asked to leave. I would like someone to contact me via phone or email promptly regarding this matter. I am concerned that I have been asked to stay away until the investigation is complete while the other person faces no consequences. This does not seem fair to me, and I need to address this issue as soon as possible.

Last Wednesday afternoon, I was sent a package from Mexico City with an expected delivery date by Thursday for which I paid extra for next-day delivery. However, I received a message that it would be delivered on Friday. On Friday, a young man called to ask for my address details and said he would arrive around 2:45. I tried calling him back, but got no response. He reported being on his way at 3:10, ensuring delivery between 6:30 and 7 pm. I requested leaving the package at the gate, explaining that he missed it on his way and he just smiled. Today has arrived, and still no delivery has been made. What was the point of paying for a service they did not provide? Now, I received another message that it will arrive today sometime. The urgent delivery of my package by 12:30 was crucial, anticipating any delays. Why offer a service they are not responsible for fulfilling and charge extra for it?

Dear Customer Service, I would like to bring attention to an issue with your distribution center in Israel regarding overcharging and inappropriate conduct related to a recent eBay purchase. The shipment was sent on May 22, [redacted], with an estimated delivery by July 4, [redacted]. The tracking number for this order is [redacted], and it was shipped to Eyal Ohayon at 64 Necher St., Karmiel, [redacted], IL. The item purchased was a car seat cover, sold for €[redacted].00 with shipping costs of €34.00. The purchase was made on May 18, [redacted], from San Filippo del Mela, Italy, under item #[redacted]03. DHL Israel imposed a customs release fee of [redacted] NIS, while the Israeli tax authorities state that the correct amount should be [redacted] NIS. Despite reducing this to [redacted].48 NIS, it is still incorrect. The distribution center in Israel wrongly advised the supplier that I refuse to pay taxes, leading to additional complications with delivery. I insist on being charged the correct tax amount as per the Israeli Tax Authority website. Any further charges should be accompanied by an official document from the tax authorities. My shipment order number was [redacted], and my claim number was [#[redacted]]. First and foremost, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by DHL. Despite numerous calls and speaking with supervisors, all I received was a promise of a follow-up call that never came. I have evidence showing that the delivery driver sent the package to the wrong address, and despite this being a month ago, I have yet to receive any update on my package. I am now trying to get a refund from the company I purchased from, but they require a report from DHL, which has not been provided. The driver's mistake has caused my package to go missing, and the lack of communication and assistance from DHL is unacceptable, especially after being promised a call on the 18th to resolve the matter. This level of customer service is truly disappointing.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with DHL. I placed an order through the SHIN website, and the delivery was supposed to arrive on 6/12/[redacted]. Despite contacting the company multiple times regarding my upcoming departure from the country on 6/18/[redacted], the order has not been delivered as expected. Yesterday, the order unexpectedly arrived, but since I have already traveled to Egypt and am not present at home, there has been a delay in delivery from 6/12 to 6/20. Hello, I recently tracked a package I was expecting and according to the information, it was delivered to my mailbox on Thursday. However, I did not receive it. There is a location nearby with a similar address where packages sometimes end up mistakenly. The shipping notice showed the correct address in writing, but the map displayed the wrong location. I am looking to receive an email from DHL with the ability to respond. Dealing with frequent power cuts and unwanted phone calls has been a frustrating experience for me as it drains my phone's battery. Having a way to contact for emergencies without worrying about a dead phone is crucial. I uploaded a document on the KYC site but ran out of time to complete it before the site closed. I have already provided feedback requesting not to be contacted via phone due to power-related issues and to prevent any misunderstandings. While many companies offer online chat or messaging options, DHL does not. I received this tracking number from Paincenterx.com and it shows DHL, USPS Priority, FedEx, or USPS at the top of the tracking page. They can be reached at [redacted] The tracking number is US[redacted]0NY. I noticed a message at the bottom stating "PACKAGE PENDING A CITY DELIVERY PERMIT OF $[redacted] TO FINALIZE DELIVERY TO RECEIVER ADDRESS." I am unclear about the meaning of this message. Can someone provide clarification? I am struggling to get assistance from the company representative, who claims no responsibility for the message.

I had a package set for delivery on December 12 but rescheduled it to Monday, December 16. I was informed it would arrive by end of business on December 13, yet received notice it would arrive by end of day December 14. I contacted DHL, and after speaking with a representative, I was under the impression the issue would be resolved for delivery on December 16. To my surprise, I received another notice for delivery today, December 14. I want to confirm delivery for December 16 and not have today count as a failed delivery attempt if the driver shows up. My delivery was scheduled for yesterday, but it wasn't left at my house as instructed. I was informed via text message that it would be dropped off at my front door, which did not happen. I sent a package to Moroto, Africa on November 29th. It arrived on December 10th, but my son only received the USPS Customs Declaration and dispatch note, not the box. I'm aware I used USPS for mailing. DHL contacted me about an unclaimed package, which makes me wonder why they have it. I was repeatedly informed that my shipment would arrive on Friday, then suddenly I received notifications that it would actually be today, Thursday. I rearranged my schedule, waited all day by the front door, and kept checking for the delivery. To my surprise, I found out I was marked as not being at home when I was here the whole time. The text messages mentioned the package could be left without a signature, but considering it cost me over $[redacted], I wanted to sign for it to ensure it wouldn't be lost. Speaking with a representative in Arizona, I was told there was no contact for Jacksonville, and the driver was not obligated to call me. This entire experience was frustrating. While they said they would attempt a redelivery, there was no guarantee or timeframe given. I had to reschedule appointments for tomorrow due to this inconvenience. I am highly disappointed with this poor level of customer service and will consider reporting this to the company for future shipments.
