I recently had my phone stolen but then found it again. I have two accounts, one phone is cracked and gets warm while charging. I am unable to pay my bill until I can get to Woodforest Bank. I've been a customer for a long time and really need to transfer my number to the other phone. I have medical connections on this phone since I'm a heart patient and veteran. I visited the Cricket store on Ireland Rd in South Bend, Indiana, on Monday to port my number. The staff member insisted I needed my account number and a pin from my previous provider. I found the customer service agent rude as he complained they closed at 7 when I arrived at 6:15. Apparently, he misplaced the scanner, spent 30 minutes looking for it, and then refused to complete my transaction due to the closing time. Despite his issues, he could have finished my request before closing time and chose not to. I opted to take my business elsewhere due to this treatment. As a long-time Cricket customer, I am disappointed by how they handled the situation. I don't recall the staff member's name, but I believe if I started an order, I would have seen it through. I have never needed account details to port numbers before, as Cricket usually managed everything for me. I'm frustrated by the ordeal and the fact that I had to stick with my previous provider due to the payment issue. This situation needs immediate attention.

I need to contact a Cricket Wireless representative urgently. When I purchased my Ovation 2 phone at a Cricket store in San Pablo, I paid $[redacted] in cash. However, I was surprised when the worker took the cash and then swiped a debit card through the reader as if I had paid with it. Although I found it suspicious, I trusted the store worker. He had me create my Cricket account with a username and password on a personal phone he provided, claiming my new phone was dead and needed charging. Despite feeling uneasy about this, I trusted him again. Upon signing into my account, I discovered a debit card was on file for autopay, which I didn't provide. Subsequently, I received a text stating the card was removed from autopay. As I didn't receive a receipt or change, I'm concerned about possible identity fraud or phone hacking. I plan to visit the store tomorrow to address these issues with the employee.

On February 18th, I visited a Cricket Wireless store in West Sacramento at [redacted] Harbor Boulevard, Suite A, West Sacramento, California. They charged me $96 for service and to port my number, but they failed to complete the number porting. Despite my frustration and being left without a phone or service, I managed to retrieve my number back from Metro after a few days. The store has been unhelpful and unwilling to refund me. After checking with my bank and trying to pay online with my card, I encounter errors. I was assured multiple times that my cell phone bill issue would be resolved, and a return call was promised. However, today when I spoke with a gentleman, he spoke disrespectfully and didn't honor the agreement from the previous night. I was supposed to be contacted within 2 hours but never received the call. The next day, when I called back, another gentleman informed me that not only was the information incorrect, but I now have a larger bill and need to pay an extra $60 for the entire month. As a participant in the ACP program and a disabled American citizen, this is a significant burden. I am currently working out of town and needed my phone for communication. I was in the process of switching to Bridgepay before noon. They collected a $25 payment and then suspended my account, which I believe is unfair. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and I was only supposed to make a $48 payment for Bridgepay setup. They took the payment and suspended my account without setting up the Bridgepay service as intended. Now, my account shows a negative balance of $48, which I am not willing to pay as I had already made the $25 payment for the setup.

I recently purchased a new Cricket phone to replace my old one. Previously, I could simply dial [redacted] to pay my bill easily. However, this feature did not transfer over to my new phone, and I am struggling to locate it.
Additionally, I acquired a low-income phone as a backup when I bought my new phone. I understand that if I make at least one phone call a month on the low-income device, there will be no charge. I have made one call to ensure this.

I bought a Motorola Stylus phone for my daughter that was originally locked to the Verizon network. I tried switching it to Cricket, but the SIM card didn't unlock it as expected. Now, when I put the same SIM card back into my Samsung A32 phone, which was working fine with Cricket, I'm suddenly getting a message saying my phone is not compatible with the Cricket network.
