When I went to the Cricket store in New Haven, the sales representative was supposed to transfer my number and give me a free phone. However, I ended up paying for the services and a new line activation, partly due to an ebb program mix-up. After the second month, I had to pay out of pocket again due to a new ebb application requirement. I tried to cancel my service and transfer my number to Assurance Wireless but encountered issues with the ebb voucher and auto bill pay. When I contacted them, my account got canceled entirely, preventing the transfer back to Assurance Wireless. Now they want to charge me a $45 reactivation fee for a recent clerical error. I want to file a complaint with the FCC against these practices. I need help resolving this and activating my line for the number transfer. My phone number is [redacted], and you can contact me at [redacted].

Yesterday at around 11 PM, my cell phone broke. I attempted to log into my Cricket Wireless account to check my automatic payment status, but I couldn't access it even with the help of a retail representative. Upon visiting the Cricket Wireless webpage, I noticed a password reset option, which I chose. However, the reset verification code was sent to my broken phone, with no other device available. Can you please send the reset code to my email instead? The email associated with my account is [redacted], which I registered today on 3/21/[redacted]. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a Motorola G Stylus 5 from a local store in Christiansburg, Virginia. The salesperson upsold me a BosBos P15 Bluetooth speaker which turned out to have a faulty charging port upon getting it home. I paid nearly $[redacted] for both items and still have the receipt. When I reached out to the store, I was informed that all sales are final and that I am now stuck with this defective speaker. I believe I was misled into buying the speaker and would like a credit or some form of compensation for this disappointing experience. The store claimed the speaker was worth $[redacted] and offered it to me for $50 with the purchase of a screen protector and insurance, but I have found it selling for $59.99 on other websites. This deceptive practice reflects poorly on your company, and I hope we can resolve this matter. Your assistance is appreciated.

I was on the phone with a representative who instructed me to buy a $25 refill card without mentioning that I needed $30 to activate the service. Unfortunately, the store I visited did not have $30 cards. After being disconnected, I spoke with another representative who advised me to add $5 on a debit card, incurring fees from both the card and Cricket, bringing the total to around $16, more than I had available. The website and store did not clarify the need for $30. Despite talking to a supervisor, the same information was repeated without resolution. When I visited a Cricket store, they suggested I call the supervisor directly, which led to another disconnection. I was unable to activate my phone and now have no funds left. I am requesting a refund of my $25 as this experience has been frustrating and unproductive due to the poor service from Cricket.

I have had a case open since January and have not received any response back. I am unable to reach a manager or get any assistance. After returning a phone I had for 2 days, I now have another phone that stops working when it gets updates and cannot make calls or receive texts. I was treated poorly at a store in Greensboro and was told they do not care if I leave. I am requesting for the 6-month waiting period to be waived so I can get a different phone. I believe some form of compensation for the $50 would be appropriate. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years and simply want a phone that works consistently. I would appreciate a clear answer regarding waiving the waiting period and assistance with the phone costs.

I am curious about my bill due date. If the bill is due on the 3rd and the service is cut on the same day, shouldn't the payment be due on the 2nd? I attempted to pay online, but the transaction did not go through. Even using my husband's card did not work. This recurring issue makes me feel like it might be a scam. I need more time to make payments. My disconnect day should be on the 4th if the bill is due on the 3rd, giving me until midnight to pay. I've been a loyal customer for years and feel unfairly treated.

I recently got my new Moto G stylus 5G phone, but I noticed that the charging plug overheats significantly while the phone functions well. Despite contacting customer service and the warranty department multiple times, they mentioned they only handle phone issues, not charging plug problems. Frustrated with the run-around, I have been a loyal Cricket customer since [redacted] and have four nearby stores, none of which have been helpful since then. It seems if you didn't purchase directly from their store, they are unwilling to assist. I fear this faulty charger could pose a fire hazard, leaving me feeling deceived and embarrassed. I am Clifford Farley residing at [redacted] Lasker Dr, Apartment [redacted], Galveston, Texas. I have yet to receive my warranty phone despite being informed via email and phone that it was delivered by UPS on the 19th of May. This is a crucial mistake as the package contained my heart medication. My current LG Stylo 6 is inoperable, leaving me unable to contact UPS or Cricket. As a cardiovascular patient, I rely on my phone for vital signs and communication with the hospital. I urge you to track the phone's current location and provide an updated delivery schedule. For reference, my cell number is [redacted]. Due to complications with my current phone, I request that any new device does not encounter the same issues with password entry. Please email me at [redacted] to inform me of the phone's whereabouts and expected delivery, as I need it urgently for medical purposes. Sincerely, Mr. Farley.

I am reaching out because my ex-boyfriend disconnected my service. I have noticed that my child support card was used to pay the bill, along with another card in my name. I kindly request your assistance in disconnecting the service and refunding the remaining balance as my service has been terminated. I paid $88.60 and currently have no service. I also seek information on transferring my service to another carrier as I was part of the plan. I was disappointed by the treatment I received from support over the phone. Both cards used for payment belong to me, Destiny S., therefore terminating my service indicates a breach of contract, and I am entitled to a refund. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

I have had my phone disconnected twice due to theft. The second time, I requested insurance, but the worker did not add it. I went in to cancel both phones and reapply for a government phone. I was told to come back in two days and paid $20 for insurance. When I returned, no one was there. On my second visit, I spoke to a girl who informed her boss. He promised to set me up with another phone, but when I came in the next day, he wasn't there. I left multiple messages and a written note but still haven't heard back. This issue has caused health problems for me as I have pre-existing conditions. I am unable to contact doctors, family, or attend appointments without a phone. I'm unsure of what to do next as I am without a phone or the $20 I paid. If you need to reach me, please contact my mom and leave a message with her at [redacted]. - Heather E.

I contacted prior to the bill due date to set up a bridge pay payment plan. I made a $60 payment for a seven-day extension. Later, I tried to pay the remaining balance through the automated system, but it only offered me another seven-day extension for $60 instead of the $[redacted] I owed. After paying the additional $60, all my lines were shut off at midnight last night. I have been disconnected by representatives multiple times today, spending hours trying to resolve this issue. I am frustrated because my account was not considered paid on time, resulting in extra fees for reconnection and activation of all three lines. Despite making the payment as instructed, it was processed incorrectly as a regular bill payment, causing the shutdown. I am exhausted from calling and being unable to get proper assistance or information from the representatives or store visits.

I reside in Morgantown, WV where Cricket Wireless offers free phones for life to low-income individuals eligible for the ACP program. I have been waiting patiently for several days for my approval to go through. I've already been approved by the national verifier, but when I enter my information, it indicates I've already been approved. I simply want to switch from AT&T prepaid to Cricket to take advantage of this special offer. Unfortunately, the employees entered [redacted] for the last four digits of my social security number, although I provided the correct ones online. The website instructs me to visit a store in person, but the Cricket stores are far from my location. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue or correct my social security number so I can avail of this offer without having to visit a store in person. Thank you.

I recently placed an online order with the number #[redacted][redacted] for a new sim card with the phone number [redacted]. Despite UPS showing that the order was delivered on Wednesday, 8/10, I did not receive the sim card. I suspect it may have gone missing during transportation. As I already obtained a new phone number and sim card from a Cricket store, I wish to cancel the online order. I've reached out to Cricket multiple times, but the representatives have been unable to assist me in resolving this issue. I find it puzzling why canceling an online order seems so difficult. Instead of re-sending a new sim card and requiring a return for a refund, it would be more convenient for me if Cricket could simply cancel the order and issue a refund. The current process is needlessly complex and time-consuming for a simple cancellation.

We've been with Cricket for over 3 years now. Two years ago, we added a third line that was transferred from Verizon. We've tried a total of seven times to transfer a fourth line from Consumer Cellular - four attempts at the store and three calls to Customer Care. I've had issues with porting the number between Consumer Cellular and Cricket, leading to a frustrating experience trying to get the fourth line up and running. Today, at the store again, I encountered a new employee who seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. She changed our username and password without permission, and even threatened me. I'm extremely disappointed with the service from both Consumer Cellular and Cricket. I'm planning to report these issues to the District Manager and the Better Business Bureau. I've also contacted the police about the incident. I hope to speak with someone higher up about the store in Coolidge, AZ to address these concerns.
I apologize for the inconvenience and would appreciate further communication from the appropriate authority regarding this matter.

During my visit to the Cricket Wireless store, I requested the employee to cancel the Cricket Protect service on my account. Subsequently, I enrolled in BridgePay for my payment method. I initially paid $50 during the first week of BridgePay, followed by an $85 payment last night to complete the process. However, I woke up this morning to find my service suspended. After contacting customer service, I faced unhelpful responses. The representative on the phone hung up on me, and the person on chat abruptly ended our conversation. Another chat rep mentioned I owed $94 yesterday and needed to pay $74 today to reactivate my service. Due to the employee's failure to cancel the protection plan as instructed, my bill unexpectedly increased, leading to the service suspension. It's frustrating that the errors made by the store employee are now affecting me, making this entire situation my worst customer service experience yet.

I have a plan with five lines, and none of them have voicemail set up correctly. The Visual Voicemail app displays a notification error message preventing the setup process. Also, attempting to access standard voicemail by pressing "1" leads to a message stating the voicemail is not set up without guiding through the setup process. When waiting on the line, the system prompts for a voicemail box number which we do not have since it was never set up. Additionally, trying to reset the voicemail password through the MyCricket app in line settings has not been successful for any of the lines.

I recently switched to Cricket Wireless and purchased a Samsung O3 while transferring my number. I encountered an issue when my first credit card payment was declined due to an incorrect address input. Subsequently, I successfully made the payment with another card. To my dismay, I discovered that Cricket Wireless deducted funds from both cards. After contacting Customer Service, I was informed that I could only receive a refund once the phone was activated. While I was assured the service activation would occur promptly, I am still awaiting it. Currently, $[redacted] has been taken from my accounts rather than the authorized $68. This situation seems incredibly frustrating and confusing.

I've had this Samsung Galaxy Android phone for a year now, but when I call people, it still shows an individual's name instead of mine. The operator suggested I check True Caller to fix this issue. My name, Tom Lee, shows up correctly when I call using True Caller, but not on the recipients' screens. Today, the operator advised me to go into the settings, but it seems I'll need another phone to contact the company as they guide me through the steps. I appreciate the assistance, as I really don't want this other person's name appearing on the screens of those I call. Thank you.

I am currently in Fort Worth, Texas. On Monday, I purchased a Samsung A13 at your store on McCart and was mistakenly charged $24.99 for the hypercharger, which I did not require. Upon visiting the store to return it, I was informed that these chargers are complimentary with a phone purchase. However, I was still charged for it. I would like a refund for the amount I paid and request that the store manager be reprimanded for selling me an item that was supposed to be given for free.

My SIM card was stolen and switched out with another. The account on my phone is showing that I need to pay $35 to resume service, but I am enrolled in the ACP program. My service has been suspended due to the switched SIM cards. I request that my old SIM card be blocked to prevent further fraudulent activity. If any such activity occurs, I will be forced to take legal action against Cricket Wireless and file a lawsuit.
