Good afternoon, Earlier this week, I attempted to deposit cash into my Coinbase account using the first option (Easy bank transfer), which has worked before but was rejected this time. Subsequently, I tried the second option (UK bank account) and initiated a transfer of £[redacted].00 from my UK bank account using the details provided in my Coinbase account. However, I am unable to see the funds in my Coinbase account, even though my bank account confirms the transfer. Can anyone assist me with this issue, please?

Hello, I opened a Coinbase account and purchased etherium for [redacted] units on May 17, [redacted]. I haven't checked my account for a while and recently logged back in to find my transaction history missing. I completed the identity verification with my passport. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my Coinbase account for months. I have contacted both Action Fraud and the City of London Police regarding the unauthorized movements of cryptocurrency in and out of my account. I suspect my account has been compromised as I have not been the one making these transactions. My phone was stolen and compromised, resulting in my account being drained of $[redacted]. A police report has been filed, and the credit card companies have refunded me. Although my Chase account was affected, the bank has returned the funds temporarily during the investigation. I am seeking assistance in recovering the lost money. I have been locked out of my account for over a month, waiting for assistance. Today, I am trying to change my phone number from a deactivated one and waiting on verification for almost 10 hours now. I have encountered issues trying to download the proof of address as it fails to match the receipt name with the ID card name. I request that a manual solution be implemented promptly. It seems there may be a system error with document verification, causing discomfort for users like myself. The discrepancy arises because Maria goes by multiple last names, which may not all be reflected on the proof of address. It is unnecessary as not all variations are required. Furthermore, the requirement for documents to be in a single name is unreasonable as Maria is married, hence documents may be under both her name and her husband's. This prolonged process that should take minutes is now enduring months.

I have attempted to download proof of address multiple times, but there seems to be an issue each time. The discrepancy arises from the name on the receipt not matching the name on the downloaded ID card. I kindly request a manual review and resolution of this matter. It seems like an algorithm checks the documents, but there may be some malfunction as it consistently fails to work, causing inconvenience for us users. Tasks that should take five minutes end up stretching over many months. It is not uncommon for the name on the ID card to differ from the one on the proof of address, especially for individuals like Maria with multiple last names. The proof of address does not list all the last names, which is unnecessary and redundant. Furthermore, it is mentioned that the document must be in a single name, which seems illogical. Considering Maria is married, it is natural that documents would feature both her name and her husband's.
