Despite these charges, I cannot access my account. The site indicates that my email does not match the Chegg Study membership account, despite the $35.28 being debited from my account. I recently purchased an ebook from Chegg, but it isn't loading. I bought it for an assignment and need it to work properly. Each time I try to access Chegg, I'm required to sign in with my email for a code, which is inconvenient. It's unnecessary to keep verifying my account on the same device. Also, the limitation of only using two devices is frustrating. I understand the security measure, but it restricts access on my various personal devices. When I first signed up for Chegg a few years ago, these requirements were not in place. I hope these issues can be resolved promptly.

I have been locked out of my account and suspended because it mistakenly thinks I am sharing my account. I was using my phone in incognito mode without realizing it. I was not using the app directly, which caused me to repeatedly sign in and request access codes via email. The system may have flagged me as a fraudulent user due to these actions. My Chegg account got suspended while I was using the premium features to help with my assignments and quizzes. Chegg flagged me for sharing the account, but I was the sole user. I accessed it on my iPad using Safari and stayed logged in without closing the tabs. Is this why my account got suspended?

I want to address an issue with my Chegg Study Pack subscription under the account [redacted] Normally, the account renews on the 30th of each month. On November 29, [redacted], I attempted to cancel the subscription as I wouldn't need it during December due to the holidays. However, to my surprise, I noticed on December 3, [redacted], that the cancellation didn't go through, and the subscription was renewed (I successfully cancelled it on December 3, [redacted]).
I've found Chegg to be immensely helpful over the past 2 months, especially for seeking assistance on topics I find challenging. Even though the subscription renewed for December, I didn't utilize it at all. Therefore, I'm reaching out in the hopes of receiving a refund for the December subscription. I am experiencing issues signing back into my account as the verification email takes more than five minutes to arrive, while the code is only valid for five minutes. This delay is frustrating, especially considering the amount I pay for this service. It is currently the most challenging aspect of my daily life. I am contemplating searching for better alternatives and will consider switching soon. If I find a more efficient option, I will eagerly recommend it to everyone, as I have had a very negative experience with Chegg's current service.

I am having trouble accessing my citation list. Every time I try to log in, it prompts me to do so but doesn't allow me to proceed. I've attempted to access it from my bookmark as well as through the website while logged in under my subscriptions, but logging in seems impossible. I urgently need to retrieve my citation list as my paper deadline is approaching. This problem started last night and is persisting today. I recently logged into my Chegg account on one device and later logged out to use a different device. According to Chegg's policy, I should be allowed access on up to two devices.
