I canceled a premium subscription back in March of [redacted] through a case that I had opened. I only signed up for one month and recently discovered on June 7th that Care.com has continued to deduct money from my bank account beyond the initial month. I explicitly stated during my first transaction that I no longer wished to receive the service or subscription. I plan to dispute this and will be contacting Care.com today to inquire about why my initial cancellation did not go through as expected. If the company does not refund the unauthorized charges, I will have to bring attention to their questionable financial practices. I expect a refund for the two months' worth of charges for a premium account that I had previously canceled in March. I will provide evidence of my cancellation, including the phone call, cancellation details, and case number from March. I am hopeful that someone will assist me with this matter.

I created a CARE account tonight, June 8, [redacted]. I successfully paid for the monthly subscription and provided my social security number. I noticed the charge in my bank account. However, I cannot log in now as it says my password is incorrect, even though I just logged in on my phone. I have dealt with scammers on this site before, so this concerns me. The lack of a way to contact them unless you are a member is frustrating and seems suspicious.

I attempted to create a caregiving profile on care.com, but the platform kept changing my selection to babysitter instead of senior care provider. I have noticed a charge on our credit card from Care.com for $38.95 every month. My wife had an account with them, which was cancelled a while back by Care.com for reasons unknown. Despite the cancellation, it seems they have been charging us since. While using the app, I accidentally subscribed due to dropping my phone and pressing keys while retrieving it. I unknowingly got enrolled and now want to cancel. I have been struggling to reach care.com for assistance. I urgently need to remove the charges from my account. I recently entered my debit card details and clicked on the red subscription button. Following that, I was prompted to answer a 1-6 question survey. I only managed to reach question 2 while attempting to sign up for the $4.99 premium option for this month. However, I encountered an issue with the second question requiring a four-digit code which I never received. The app seems to be experiencing technical difficulties as I'm unable to log in to my account to cancel my membership. I am experiencing difficulties trying to reach Care.com as the provided phone number directs me to their website FAQ and Live Chat, which is unavailable without a Premium subscription. My account got suspended due to a dismissed case from years ago, which I had disclosed and has not hindered me from passing other checks. The automated suspension by Care.com has left me puzzled, and I need to have a conversation with them to resolve the issue. When trying to dispute the background check with Sterling, I was directed back to Care.com to address the problem directly. Unfortunately, I am unable to upgrade my membership or contact them due to the temporary account suspension, and I need a solution urgently before the deadline on 7/21/23. I paid for a subscription but have not used the service. The last monthly charge of $41.52 was withdrawn from my account on 7/7/23. I am requesting a refund for this charge as I have not used your service in the past 30 days. Additionally, I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times. However, when I click cancel, the system logs me out, and upon logging back in, my subscription is still active. Please refund the July payment taken from my account, and kindly cancel my subscription and account.
