Yesterday, my wife's and my luggage were checked in together at T5 for our trip to Amman, but unfortunately, my bag never made it to the destination. The tracker in the bag shows that it's now near the Oversize Baggage area at Heathrow, which is not accurate. Despite providing a detailed description, I am struggling to contact BA to help them locate my bag effectively. This missing luggage situation is jeopardizing my upcoming holiday in Jordan as I urgently need the items inside. I have encountered multiple issues with BA recently, including seating changes, flight cancellations, requests to move seats, and now this non-delivery of luggage. It's disheartening to face these challenges when the prices for their services have increased significantly.

Hello, my name is Shirley Royce from the USA. I am trying to get information about a passenger, Charles Scot Coleman, born on July 7th, [redacted]. He boarded a flight from Johannesburg, South Africa around April 20-25th, with a layover in Brazil. However, Brazilian authorities are requesting $[redacted] for his travel papers. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to send him the money. I am seeking assistance on how to bring him to the USA. If there is a way we can collaborate to arrange his next flight, please assist. Alternatively, if he is being deported back to South Africa on June 3rd, [redacted], I would appreciate help in getting him back home. Additionally, he has luggage, packages, his ID, and passport in custody. Please contact me at [redacted] if you can help. Thank you for your prompt response.

Today, June 8th, I traveled with three checked bags. My ticket only allowed for two bags, so I brought an extra bag, resulting in a $[redacted] charge. I contacted customer service on June 7th to inquire about the fee for an additional bag and was informed it would be $[redacted]. I feel it is unfair to be charged $[redacted] instead. If I had known the correct amount earlier, I wouldn't have taken the extra bag. I kindly request a refund of the overcharge. Electronic ticket number [redacted][redacted] for the Boston to Hyderabad flight via Heathrow.

Dear British Airlines Customer Service, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with our upcoming flight. Our flight confirmation number is LQ3LJ8. When I checked our boarding passes, I noticed that only my husband, Douglas Habel, has been assigned TSA precheck, even though I entered all the necessary information in your app for both of us. We have a tight connection in London with only 70 minutes between flights, so it is crucial that both of us have TSA precheck to ensure a smooth transition. Our flight is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 7:25 from Lisbon, connecting through Heathrow to San Francisco. Your prompt assistance in correcting this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, Shauna Habel-Morgan

Subject: Urgent: Missing Suitcase I need urgent help with a missing suitcase situation. I arrived in Stockholm on June 7th, and despite assurances, my suitcase has not been delivered. I was told it was at a storage BRING in Solna, but they didn't follow through with the delivery arrangements I specified. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, no progress has been made. My brother was informed that it would be delivered to the hotel, but it still hasn't arrived. I am now in Zagreb and have requested for the suitcase to be sent there with no response so far. Please send the suitcase to the following address in Zagreb: Manja Bošnjak A.T. Mimare 24 [redacted] Zagreb, Croatia Her contact number is [redacted] 91 [redacted]. The delay in receiving my suitcase has caused me severe discomfort due to not having my facial rash creams, resulting in a rash during my entire trip. It has been incredibly distressing, and I urgently need the suitcase, especially for my son's clothes and expensive cosmetic items enclosed. Your prompt resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Maja Meza

Good morning! I'm reaching out from the beautiful island of St. Kitts and Nevis. I am a frequent traveler to the UK, usually flying with British Airways. Last year, I visited with my four children, and I always recommend BA to others. Unfortunately, this year I've noticed high fees, especially in August, making it hard for me to encourage others to travel. Some are now considering going to America instead. I truly want more people to enjoy your great services and the UK. I hope you can adjust your prices to attract more business in the future. Kind regards, Dannel A. Taylor. I am currently interested in a flight for August 9th, [redacted].

I made a booking for a holiday for six people through On the Beach, and they arranged my flights. When I requested a passenger name change, they informed me I had to purchase another seat. This resulted in an additional cost of £[redacted], even though I had already paid for my holiday. Despite questioning the need for a new seat, they cited their policy of not refunding money for changes, mentioning they would resell my original seat and I had to pay the £[redacted]. So far, I am at a loss of £[redacted], although they did reimburse me £[redacted] since the seat price decreased. Nonetheless, I am still out of pocket by £[redacted].

On my recent Business class flight BA0049 from Heathrow to Seattle on April 27, [redacted], I accidentally left behind a dark navy 3x3 jewelry box containing several pairs of earrings. I am Kathleen M. Brakebush, an executive club member, and I believe the box may have been left in the cubby near seat 10 where headphones are stored. I have been trying to get assistance since April 30th to locate the missing items. The earrings are sentimental gifts from deceased family members, and I am kindly asking anyone who found them to contact me. It is possible that the jewelry box was discovered during a security check. Your help in locating these cherished items would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

My spouse and I have been quite troubled during our Edinburgh trip, as our four suitcases have gone missing since our arrival three days ago. These bags hold all our personal items like clothing, shoes, cosmetics, and other essentials. We were forced to purchase new clothes and items for the remainder of our UK visit. The situation became confusing when dealing with BA and Logan Air Company, as Menzies referred us to Logan Air. Although Logan Air found one of our bags according to their online system and promised delivery today, it never arrived. It's our final night in Edinburgh before heading to Glasgow for one night, then three nights in Ireland, and finally returning to London for a flight to Sydney on June 26th from Heathrow Airport. Is it possible to have all four bags sent directly to BA's storage at Heathrow so we can collect them when we head back home? This has been an incredibly stressful travel experience for us, and we are desperately seeking assistance and peace of mind after these baggage troubles.

On May 27, [redacted], I flew with British Airways from London to Abuja. Unfortunately, my bag was lost, causing a lot of inconvenience and resulting in significant losses. Although the bag was eventually found after a day, my mother, who was traveling with me, was denied access to her medication. This led to severe headaches and other health issues. The missing bag also contained important documents and clothing for a crucial meeting that I had to miss as a result. I believe some documents may have been misplaced during the incident because the bag wasn't properly secured when it was returned. To add to the troubles, I had to pay someone to retrieve the bag in Abuja as my final destination was Jos. This unexpected expense, along with the other inconveniences faced, has made the situation even more challenging.

Dear Hrisi and Demetri Meimaris, My name is Hrisi Meimaris and my husband Demetri Meimaris. We flew from Newark, NJ to England and then to Chania on 06/21/[redacted]. Unfortunately, two of our luggages were lost in transit. These bags contained all of our clothing, shoes, and most importantly, our medications. We made a claim for our luggages at the airport in Chania, but as of today, 06/25, our belongings still have not been located. This situation is very urgent due to our need for medications. We have been trying to reach out by phone at [redacted], but there is a long wait time, especially since it's the weekend and we have not received any response yet. We urgently require assistance with locating our missing luggages and medications. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, H & D Meimaris

Reference to Case Number [redacted]8: We made a business flight reservation on October 9th, [redacted], from Miami to Munich with a layover in Charlotte operated by our partner American Airlines. The initial flight got delayed, leading us to rebook through Madrid, where only economy class seats were available. We have been in touch with British Airways regularly, but unfortunately, our recent emails dated June 13th, 19th, and 21st have gone unanswered. Sincerely, [initials]

I have attempted to contact BA multiple times for assistance regarding my husband's lost luggage. He flew from Baton Rouge, US to Malaga, Spain, but unfortunately, his luggage didn't make it. Despite getting some information about the lost luggage, we have yet to hear from anyone. His hand luggage, including vital medication, was taken by staff when boarding the plane on 6/28/[redacted], and he hasn't seen it since. His diabetic and other medications are crucial, and without them, his health is deteriorating. Raymond L., Jr. urgently requires his medication, but we are struggling to find any help from BA. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We flew to Lisbon on Thursday, June 29th, on flight BA518 and had a transfer booked through BA reference PE8DIG for a private car from Lisbon Airport to the centre. Due to a delay and long passport control queue, we missed the transfer by just over an hour, only to be informed that it was cancelled upon our late arrival. Despite not being able to contact as requested, we were left to arrange our own transport. Surprisingly, we were told that it was tough luck for arriving 60 minutes late. When seeking assistance from the BA check-in desk, we were informed that they couldn't help as they were not BA staff. The lack of communication and service was truly disappointing. Additionally, no one arrived for our return transfer, forcing us to arrange transportation once again. We kindly request information on when we can expect a refund for the missed transfer services. Thank you. - D. H. and A. S.

My daughter flew on June 30, [redacted], with British Airways to Antalya, Turkey. Upon arrival, her luggage was missing, which greatly impacted her trip negatively since she lost all her belongings, including clothes and accessories. She had to spend extra money purchasing essential items which was both frustrating and costly. The bag number is AA059813, and the file number is AYTBA10065/30Jun23/2238GMT. How can we resolve this issue?

Good morning, I recently booked a British Airways flight yesterday for my nephew and niece traveling from Abuja to Glasgow. However, I made an error in my niece's name. The flight details are as follows: VTZFLE: 30 Aug [redacted] 08:05. My nephew's name is Prince Ugochukwu Agbata and my niece's name is Sandra Nkiru Agbata. I mistakenly input Sandra's name as Sandra Nkiru PeterSixtus instead. After realizing the error, I tried contacting British Airways via the Executive Club contact number, but the line has been consistently busy, preventing me from officially reporting the mistake and requesting a name correction promptly. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide in correcting this error in time. Thank you for your anticipated help. Best regards, PeterSixtus Emenike

My first flight on 23 May [redacted] from Heathrow was cancelled by BA for my packaged holiday (ATOL issued by BA) via text message. They said I was booked on a flight leaving around the same time from London City, which was not suitable as I was traveling to Heathrow by car. They didn't offer any transport from Heathrow to City, which posed risks and uncertainties. I canceled the booking on the "My Booking" page on the BA website. However, I am still waiting for a refund of £1,[redacted].

My luggage was lost by BA on flight #BA438 on May 25, [redacted], and was finally located in AMS on May 28, [redacted]. Despite not being informed by BA, I managed to retrieve it using Apple Air Tags. During the three days without my luggage, I needed to purchase toiletries, clothes, and shoes. I filed a claim #[redacted]8 with receipts a month ago on June 12, [redacted], but have not received any response. I have tried calling BA, waiting on hold for over 45 minutes. I am eager for a prompt resolution to my claim so I can cover these expenses promptly.

My wife and her friend traveled to Milan, Italy on July 7 from Charlotte, NC, USA. They were rebooked due to flight cancellations at JFK New York Airport by Delta Airlines on American Airlines to London from Charlotte, then to British Airways to Milan. Their bags were mishandled in London and only arrived in Milan today, July 10, on British Airways Flight [redacted]. However, there has been no confirmation of the bags arriving in Milan, MXP. American Airlines mentioned the bags were put on the referenced flight. Despite American Airlines not being very helpful, they provided information that the bags were handed over to British Airways. British Airways was supposed to contact my wife or her friend once the bags were in Italy, which hasn't happened. I tried to follow up with American Airlines for a reference number but was advised to contact British Airways. British Airways mentioned that American Airlines should be managing the tracking, leaving me unsure of the correct procedure. Their names are M. Giannasio and M. McDonald.
