I received a phone notification thanking me for a reservation at Best Western in New Smyrna Beach, FL, with reservation number [redacted] for a stay between 4/15/21 and 4/19/21. I did not make this reservation due to the hotel's lack of availability. After contacting the hotel at 1-[redacted], they confirmed the stay at $[redacted].42 but directed me to cancel through booking.com. Despite attempting to contact booking.com at 1-[redacted], I was unable to proceed without a confirmation email's pin number. When checking the website with my name and confirmation number, no record was found. I have a separate reservation at Quality Inn Daytona Beach Oceanfront during the same dates with confirmation number [redacted].[redacted].[redacted] at a cost of $[redacted].35, which I wish to retain. I urge for the cancellation of the Best Western reservation and assurance that I will not be charged for it.

I was charged for a two-night stay at Red Roof Inn without receiving confirmation or a pin. I have been trying to contact them to resolve this issue but have been unable to reach a person. Due to the lack of confirmation, I had to book at Super 8 for a wedding. Now I am being charged as a no-show. There is no documentation of the booking on my credit card statements. I am requesting the charge to be removed as I made efforts to attend the wedding at the groom's request. There is no record of a stay at Red Roof Inn in Naples on my account.

I booked a room through booking.com last night, but unfortunately, a mistake occurred where the booking was duplicated. This has led to confusion as we were charged $[redacted] for a booking we did not use. Despite contacting the hotel, they referred me back to booking.com for a refund. The booking was made at Days Inn on [redacted] East Abescon Boulevard, but the charge came from [redacted] East White Horse Pike in Galloway. Please investigate this matter with the hotel and kindly issue a refund, especially during these difficult times with COVID-19. Your clarification is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently booked a hotel in Milwaukee, WI but realized I made a mistake with the location. I intended to be near my relatives for business and ended up staying at the downtown Hampton Inn for one night before switching to the northside Hampton Inn. I was wrongly charged for 4 nights at each hotel using separate cards. Despite being assured I wouldn't be charged for the downtown stay, my account reflects a charge for 4 nights instead of just the one night I stayed. Can you please advise me on how to proceed with getting a refund for the extra nights charged in error?

Hello Booking.com, I had to cancel two hotel bookings due to the sudden 3-day lockdown in Brisbane, Australia. This led to the cancellation of flights to New South Wales, as well as other accommodations and car rentals. The first booking is under the names Dr. I. Griffiths & Mr. T. Case at Clarendon Hotel, [redacted] Hunter Street, Newcastle. The check-in was scheduled for Monday, March 29, and check out on March 30, [redacted]. The second booking is under Dr. I. Griffiths at Ovolo [redacted] Darling Harbour, Sydney. The check-in was planned for Tuesday, March 30, and check out on March 31, [redacted]. I have confirmed with the hotels they are willing to provide a refund pending Booking.com's approval due to the recent Covid-19 restrictions announced just an hour ago. Please let me know how to proceed.

Good morning, I would like to notify you that I have reserved a vacation at Royal Bay Resort Balchik in Bulgaria from July 30th to August 4th. The confirmation number is [redacted]/28.03.[redacted]. Upon making the booking, the total amount was immediately charged to my credit card. I have since canceled the booking due to personal reasons and was informed that the refund would be processed back to my credit card within a few weeks. It was mentioned during the booking that the payment would only be taken 30 days before the arrival date, so I am concerned that the charge was made earlier than stated on Booking.com. Good day, I want to express my gratitude for the service I received from booking.com. It was satisfactory. Regrettably, my bed and breakfast experience at Fouriestreet [redacted] Mokopane was disappointing. I had booked to attend a wedding in Mokopane while residing in Gauteng. Upon arriving at 19H48, later than anticipated, we faced challenges with the check-in process. The staff member was loud and rude, citing various reasons for her behavior. Despite our complaints, she continued to be unprofessional, leaving us feeling unwelcome and unsafe during our stay. I request the following actions be taken to address this issue: 1. Ensure accommodations have properly trained staff for customer service. 2. Have 24/7 staff available for check-ins. 3. Request a written apology from the BnB via booking.com. 4. Seek compensation, either monetary or in the form of free accommodation, due to the unsatisfactory experience. I hope to receive a response regarding this matter. Thank you.

I was charged for two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn in State College, PA, but I only stayed for one night on Saturday, March 20th. I noticed a charge for Friday, March 19th on my credit card statement. When I contacted the hotel, they couldn't find a charge for Friday. I'm wondering if Booking.com is the one who charged me for that night. Can you please investigate this as I would like to have the unnecessary charge removed from my statement? I made a reservation for a room at Evolution Apartments in Brisbane last night and completed the payment using my credit card on your website. The payment went through, but I received a notification from booking.com stating that the booking was not confirmed and the room was not reserved. When I contacted Evolution Apartments for assistance, they required a reservation number to address my concerns, leaving me unable to reach them. As of now, I am still without a room and $[redacted] has been deducted from my account. I did not stay at this place. I did not receive the instructions to enter the property as promised on March 31st. I even visited on April 1st but still did not have the information. After reaching out through booking.com, the owner claimed to have sent it already, but I never got an email. The property did not match its description, so I left and booked a hotel. The owner eventually called from an unknown number, saying he was overseas. He mentioned not disputing a refund since I was already charged by Booking.com. I am waiting for the reimbursement. It was a disappointing experience, especially since I travel frequently for work. Driving alone with my dog and not knowing how to access the property was unsettling. Additionally, the contact number for the owner had a full voicemail.

My girlfriend mistakenly booked the wrong date for her stay. She believed she was booking for last night but actually booked it for the 23rd, a date that is not relevant to her. When she inquired at the front desk, they confirmed the booking for the next day instead of that day. They advised her to contact booking.com for any changes or refunds. Upon contacting booking.com via email, she was informed that the hotel decides on refunds, date changes, or cancellations. The front desk reiterated this and directed her to contact booking.com for any payment or refund issues. She used a debit card to book through booking.com, which issued a confirmation to the hotel. While booking.com has an interface for guests to make corrections to reservations, it seems limited to adding charges and not correcting errors. Melissa Vincent, my girlfriend, only seeks a refund or a date change as she mistakenly booked a date later this month.

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my booking. I tried to reserve a stay for tonight, but encountered difficulties with the process. I made a reservation at Value Lodge Bush Gardens Tampa for Saturday night with booking number [redacted] and pin number [redacted]. Upon my late arrival at 11 pm, the hotel informed me they had no available rooms and indicated my credit card was declined. I tried contacting Booking.com but was unsuccessful. Booking.com has placed a hold on my card despite the funds being available. I had to spend the night in my car, which was distressing and concerning. After contacting the hotel and my bank, it appears there were issues with the card authorization. The hold needs to be removed by Booking.com since I was denied a room and had to resort to sleeping in my car.

I reserved an apartment for two people to stay in Old Road, London from April 6th to April 9th, paying £[redacted].94. I then shared my driving license copies with the host, who became unresponsive. Upon further investigation, I discovered discrepancies between the advertised property photos and the actual location, leading me to believe it might be a scam. I had to book another place due to lack of communication and the questionable state of the original apartment. I encountered a billing issue last night when attempting to book a room at Club Quarters in Midtown. I used my GoBank card ending in [redacted] and was charged $95 twice. The first transaction froze, so I tried again and this time successfully made a reservation. However, due to technical difficulties on your site, I got a message about a refund within 24 hours. I had just loaded $[redacted] before booking, but now only have $5 on my account. I urgently need the total of $[redacted] refunded immediately. I can't wait 24 hours. I recently noticed that my GoBank card was charged twice by Booking.com for a total of $95 each time. I never received a confirmation number or any notification about the first transaction. When I completed the reservation process, I received a pop-up message indicating there was an issue with the booking and that I would be fully refunded within 24 hours. However, I cannot afford to wait that long as I was charged $[redacted] in a span of 2 minutes without actually staying at the hotel. The hotel representative even witnessed the funds being deducted from my account and can confirm that I did not have a reservation. I added $[redacted] to my account around 11:30 p.m., and by midnight, only had a few dollars left after the transactions from Booking.com.

Unfortunately, upon contacting the hotel to secure a parking spot, I was informed that there are no available spaces for our required dates and no safe parking nearby. If I had been aware of this parking situation beforehand, I would have chosen a different accommodation. Last night, my wife made a hotel reservation through your company at America's Best Value Inn in San Antonio, TX, on Pinn Road. Unfortunately, we did not receive the confirmation number in time. When my wife spoke to the hotel worker, he refused to let her stay because she was waiting for her identification to be sent by the DPS office. The website did not mention any specific ID requirements. The worker was quite impolite and processed the payment on the credit card but claimed he couldn't issue a refund as the booking was made through your company. A friend recommended your services, assuring me of your good reputation. All we are requesting is for the refund to be credited back to my wife's card.
