The order has not been delivered yet, but FedEx is requesting an additional 66 dollars for delivery, even though I already paid 29 dollars during the booking process. This is my initial time ordering from this website, and I purchased supplements totaling $[redacted]. I reside in Kuwait, necessitating a $30 delivery fee, which is acceptable due to the reasonable supplement prices. Regrettably, they abruptly canceled my order citing verification issues. Upon contacting them, they insisted I place a trial order not exceeding $50 before proceeding with my original purchase. I urgently require the supplements and am unwilling to incur an additional $30 for a separate delivery. Following my inquiry on Friday, customer service was clueless regarding the matter as the billing department, unavailable until Monday, provided the explanation. Contact was initiated on Monday, advising me to use live chat, leading me here as I am unable to access this feature from outside the US. Therefore, seeking assistance on this platform.

I am experiencing unauthorized monthly charges for supplements I did not order. $6.99 is being charged to my account each month without my consent. Despite disputing these charges and getting a new card, they persist. I, Kate L. McCracken, request that any account or subscription under my name be terminated immediately. I require confirmation of this cancellation and also the recipient's name and address within 24 hours of receiving this notification. Thank you. -Kate McCracken
