I recently changed my phone number, and I am unable to access my Blizzard account as the verification code is being sent to my old number. Due to this, I cannot log in successfully. Could you please assist me in updating my phone number from +45 [redacted]7 to the new one, +66 [redacted]94? I recently relocated to Thailand, which is why I no longer have access to my previous phone number.

I am disappointed in the recent actions taken against a professional Overwatch player due to his comments on the Hong Kong protests. While I understand the financial implications involved with China, punishing someone for expressing their beliefs only aids in the suppression of basic freedoms in China and Hong Kong. Remaining silent would have been a better choice than censoring someone advocating for human rights and dignity. Despite the potential consequences for Blizzard, standing up for what is right is more important than protecting business interests. My family and I have been loyal customers to Blizzard, but if this situation is not addressed properly, we may have to reconsider our support for a company that does not prioritize freedom of expression.

I am considering deleting my account due to Blizzard's decision to censor "Blitzchung." I have always loved playing Diablo and Diablo 2. When the expansion was released, I was as thrilled as I would be on Christmas morning, given that I was only 11 years old at the time. The Warcraft and Diablo universes have remarkable storytelling and world-building elements, and I still view your company as one of the leaders in RTS games. Your support of modding paved the way for the MOBA genre! Throughout the amazing games and stories you have created, you have crafted exceptional villains. Characters who embrace tyranny and are willing to sacrifice others to gain power. The recurring theme of how goodness can be tainted by greed was always thought-provoking. Please reconsider your actions and apologize to "Blitzchung" and the community. It is truly disheartening to witness this behavior from a company I have respected for so long.

I allowed my nephew to play on my Hearthstone account, taking precautions to prevent unauthorized purchases by updating my credit card information on my phone. Today, he accidentally clicked on the purchase of the X02 pack of Uldum, causing the shop to wait for authorization. It is frustrating that what should be a minor issue has now led me to contact support for resolution.

Putting profit above human rights is unacceptable, and I cannot condone this behavior. Unless there is immediate change, you will face the consequences of your actions. In response to Blitzchung's comments, Blizzard has taken severe actions including stripping him of his prize money, banning him from "Hearthstone" competitions for a year, and cutting ties with the broadcasters involved in the incident. They have also removed the match and interview footage from their official platforms.

As a mother and a loyal customer for over 20 years (since the Starcraft era), I have invested significantly in purchasing games, subscriptions, and gift cards for my children, friends, and family. However, I am profoundly disappointed and deeply concerned about the company's recent decisions regarding Hong Kong/China. The six-month suspension of the gamer is unacceptable, and I strongly urge the company to reconsider its stance promptly. Despite claiming to be apolitical, the political undertones in your company and games have not gone unnoticed. I kindly request that you rectify this situation and refrain from involving politics in the future. With birthdays and Christmas approaching, I am prepared to take my business elsewhere if this matter is not addressed satisfactorily.

This morning, I tried to check my AH mail and noticed that my Battle.net account was signed out due to being logged in from elsewhere. I used to have an authenticator, but after a 6-year break, I didn't set it up again. Around 7 months ago, I only changed my password with a Blizzard representative. I just want to be able to chat and send mail without any issues. I haven't shared my password with anyone, and the only change I made was switching from Horde to Alliance after being with Horde for 15 years. Please assist me in resolving this matter so I can use my account normally. Thank you.

I am disappointed by your company's actions against a Hearthstone player for sharing his political views. I am thinking of boycotting your company and encouraging others to do the same. I suggest you reconsider your approach and value your customers' opinions. You dismissed our requests for WoW Classic for years, and now we see its success. Show respect to the community and cease dictating our choices. Please restore the player's account and funds promptly. It is ethically incorrect to strip someone of their means of living for expressing themselves, and you are aware of this. Rectify this situation.

When I created my character in WoW Classic, a realm on Eastern servers was default, then switched to Atiesh on Western servers to play with a friend. We leveled up separately in the Horde for two days, planning to meet at Razor Hill. However, upon meeting, we discovered I was on Ashkandi instead. I really want to avoid starting over and losing my progress. Although paid realm transfers aren't available for WoW Classic, I am willing to pay for a solution. Can my character be moved to Atiesh? I mistakenly created my character on Ashkandi and desperately need a transfer to the realm I intended to play on. A character transfer would help me rectify this error.

Concerns Regarding Matchmaking System I am sincerely requesting improvements to the matchmaking system as I have been facing difficulties in fair gameplay lately. The matchmaking seems to pair me with heroes that counter my team, along with novice or uncooperative teammates, leading to a frustrating losing streak. Although some changes have been made, it feels like there is still a long way to go for balanced matches. I hope for a matchmaking system that considers not only hero roles but also attributes to create a competitive and enjoyable gaming experience. It is disheartening to be faced with unfair advantages like teams with more experienced players or heroes that overpower ours. I urge for a more equitable matching process based on factors such as playtime, ELO, and MMR to ensure a level playing field. I adore the game and its community, and I believe that addressing these issues will contribute to its improvement and longevity.

Hello, my name is Maurice, and I have an account on the Silvermoon server. My main character is a rogue named Katallina, but I encountered a bug with my warrior named Mastina. After reaching level [redacted], during a dungeon finder run, my screen turned red affecting the colors and clarity, making it difficult to enjoy the game. I tried deleting items and adjusting settings, but the issue persists. For the past four weeks, I've been trying to contact support to resolve this problem as it hinders my gaming experience with my warrior. Every time I log in with the warrior, the screen turns red, forcing me to log out, repair the game, and then log back into my rogue to play. I have submitted multiple tickets, believing it to be a bug that needs attention for a solution to be found.

Today, I attempted to launch Overwatch to play Junkenstein's Revenge: Legendary with my younger brother and cousin, but encountered issues. An error code appeared regarding the failure to gather files. Following the provided instructions, I tried deleting Overwatch Launcher.exe and scanning/reparing Overwatch, as well as updating my graphics card driver, but to no avail. Seeking solutions on the Overwatch forums was unhelpful. I then tried restarting my PC, along with uninstalling and reinstalling Overwatch and Battle.net, without success. After further unsuccessful attempts, I deleted all my games on Battle.net and attempted to uninstall the Blizzard App, encountering difficulties. I have spent the past 4 hours trying to resolve this issue, which only started recently and does not occur with other games or launchers. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Having played World of Warcraft for 10 years, I recently returned to find my account and characters missing, which was very disappointing. Despite this setback, I was eager to jump back in, yet the Battle.net app wouldn't let me renew my subscription for the new account. After waiting 24 hours with no luck, I tried to use a $20 Blizzard card to add funds to my account, only to realize that I couldn't use that balance to purchase subscription time. It's frustrating that I'm now stuck without being able to play. Considering my long history and investment in Blizzard games, I believe a gesture of one month of subscription time would be a fair resolution to this issue and would greatly appreciate your assistance in restoring my access to the game.

I am requesting a refund for the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare. I have been denied due to exceeding the playtime limit, however, much of my time was spent waiting to connect to online servers on the first day and downloading shaders, which require the game to be open. The gameplay hours were minimal as a result. Additionally, I encountered numerous issues with the game that diverged from past COD experiences, leading to my dissatisfaction. I am seeking assistance from a customer service representative who can understand this situation beyond the automated responses I have received. A dismissive response from a GM stating all sales are final with no exceptions is not acceptable. I hope to have a productive conversation with a person who can recognize the validity of my refund request.

I am experiencing an ongoing problem with my profile logging on and off, preventing me from downloading a game I recently purchased for 59 Euros, MW. This has been a persistent issue with my profile, [redacted], across different computers. I have attempted to reinstall the launcher and repair the battle.net launcher, but the problem persists. I am left with two options: please resolve this issue permanently or provide a refund for the game(s) associated with my account. This problem seems to stem from a service-related issue rather than a hardware problem.

Just to let you know, PlayStation Entertainment directed me to reach out to you regarding "Diablo III". I have completed all tasks for the trophies on my PS4, but I am facing issues with three trophies that remain locked, potentially due to a glitch. Despite completing various challenges, the 'kill Diablo' trophy remains locked, even though I have achieved 'Kill Diablo on hardcore' and 'kill [redacted] treasure goblins'. I have dedicated many hours to this game and am yet to earn my Platinum. Although I enjoy playing, the frustration has led me to sell my copy. I hope for a resolution as I cherish this game and have been a fan since I was 13 years old. If this issue cannot be resolved, I may not continue with future Diablo games. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. - Grimlyn93

World of Warcraft - Account Suspension → Seeking Appeal → Inquiry about Suspension Reason Hello, I was peacefully engaged in World of Warcraft, battling fire elementals, when my account suddenly received a temporary suspension. I am seeking to understand the reason behind this suspension as I have a raid to lead in two days. I primarily use addons from the Twitch mod addon loader and hence am unsure about the cause of the suspension. I kindly request for this action to be reversed so I can fulfill my role as a leader for my team.
