I recently played Overwatch and wanted to provide some feedback. I'm not accustomed to using forums much, so I prefer to share my thoughts directly. While playing quickplay with the new role lock system, I noticed that whenever I choose tank, I consistently end up on the defense side. While playing defense isn't terrible, doing so in five consecutive games is becoming monotonous. I've been a player since the beta, and it's disheartening to consider stopping due to minor issues like this, which may not be development-related but rather community-based.

I am experiencing recurring crashes in Heroes of the Storm. The game often starts but falls into a rejoin loop, and occasionally, I receive a notification stating that the game has been blocked from utilizing graphics hardware. I have diligently updated all my drivers and flushed my DNS as per forum recommendations. Despite playing numerous games on this computer, I took the step of deleting the cache folder named Blizzard Entertainment. Despite trying various suggestions from forums, the problem persists. A temporary solution seemed to arise after flushing the DNS when I managed to play a game before work, only to encounter the same issue upon my return. I've attempted restarts and numerous troubleshooting steps multiple times, but the problem persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. -Kage

Last night, I bought Overwatch as a gift for my friend. When I tried to pay, the first attempt did not give me a confirmation. So, I tried again, got the confirmation, and realized I was charged for two copies. Both copies were sent, but my friend only needs one. I don't want to keep the extra copy. He has already used the code from one email, so please cancel the other one and refund me for it.

I have an account with Blizzard under the email [redacted] I need to update my phone number because my current one linked to the account is outdated, and I can't access my old phone to receive SMS texts for verification. I have installed the Authenticator on my new phone, but I can't proceed without the required numerical code from SMS Protect. Despite receiving codes with numbers and letters, the interface only allows me to input numerical codes. I am unable to change my SMS info or complete the Authenticator setup without the required code. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I play Diablo III on the Nintendo Switch. I have completed Act V in story mode three times already. However, the game does not allow me to go back to Act I, which is crucial for completing the "Return to New Tristram" quest, entering the Heretic's Abode, and using Infernal Machines. I need access to Act I to craft Hellfire gear and achieve completion. After defeating Malthael, the game keeps restarting me at the beginning of Act V. Online sources mention a "reset quest" button and a dropdown list to select the desired act, but I do not have these options. I am limited to playing Act V only in story mode. I have searched forums for a solution but have not found one. Kind regards.

I suspect that my account has been compromised and accessed without my consent. I attempted to log in and was prompted to enter an authentication code, which I did not set up. This issue has caused me troubles in the past. I am unable to access my account now. I am requesting assistance to regain control of my account, update the linked email address and reset the password. This is not the first occurrence of such an incident, despite using different passwords. The previous email address associated with the account is [redacted] I wish to update it to the email address I am using to contact support.

Hi, I suspect that my account may have been hacked. My real name is Barbara Noseworthy. The email linked to my account was [redacted]
My family (4 of us) recently reloaded our accounts to play during the Spring/Summer break. I logged into Blizzard.net, changed my email from [redacted] to [redacted] before accessing my account. I added a 60-day Prepaid card.
Upon logging in with the new email, I found that my account was empty - my characters like Sabrynah & PipSqueek were missing, along with the latest expansion Battle for Azeroth.
I am unable to access my account with either email. I have started a new account with the 60-day card. Please contact me at [redacted]
I would appreciate help to restore my characters and access as I wish to rejoin my family in the game. I was also a guild member of the Silver Drakes.
Thank you, Barbara

Hello,
I am a returning player of WoW, and recently received a new laptop as a gift. Unfortunately, I lost access to the phone number linked to my account, preventing me from receiving verification codes. I am looking for assistance in updating my account with my new phone number to avoid losing any progress with my characters. If that is not possible, I would consider starting the account anew. I eagerly await a response and wish you a fantastic day.

Hello,
I am seeking help with unlocking my World of Warcraft Classic account, which I haven't accessed since [redacted]. I simply want to view my old characters and potentially return to playing. Your process requires a copy of my ID and my guardian's ID. Given that I am 27 and do not have a guardian, I am hesitant to provide this information. I'm inquiring if there are alternative methods to reactivate my account that do not involve sharing personal information.
Thank you,
Alec D.

I encountered an issue while trying to play Heroes of the Storm tonight after not playing for several months. I have the Blizzard app installed on my computer but don't have it set to open automatically. When I logged in, I got a "Your session has timed out/expired" message and had to log back in. Despite the error message saying there was no account linked to my email, I was unable to log in. I then tried logging in through the Blizzard Battle.net website but faced the same issue. I suspect my account may have been deleted due to inactivity. I've tried different solutions but haven't had any luck. I've noticed that many support options require me to log in, which I can't do. I'm unsure of how to proceed as the email linked to my Blizzard account, which is [redacted], is still active. My account has been active for several years, and I haven't received any notifications from Blizzard about it.

Hello,
It has been nearly a year since I started university as an Electrical Engineering BS student at the best university in my country. Despite this, my true passion lies in game development. I am reaching out for guidance on how to tailor my resume for a career in the gaming industry. Should I change my major to Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or continue with EE while gaining programming experience on the side? Specifically, what is required to work for a company like Blizzard? I am hoping for some direction or assistance on how to pursue my dream job in game development.
Thank you.

I recently utilized the free server transfer in World of Warcraft Classic to balance out server populations. However, upon logging in after the transfer, I encountered severe latency problems with my ping consistently exceeding [redacted], rendering the game unplayable. Despite attempting various solutions to reduce latency, the issue persisted. I am now exploring the possibility of either reverting back to my original server or transferring to a different one. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter with a representative.

I was banned today for a character's name that I haven't logged into for around 5 years. The character's name is "Ipwnurmom." I haven't logged into that character since Mists of Pandaria and didn't realize I had a character named that. I got randomly banned for a character that wasn't even online. I have a busy schedule with work and school during the week, so today, my day off, is when I can play. Now it seems I have to wait the full 2 days. Once I am unbanned, I won't have time to play, making it almost like a week-long ban. From my perspective, this is very unfair since I didn't know about the character, and no one has seen it online in 5 years. Regards, T.

I have been locked out of my account and it's asking for authentication I never set up, aside from email. When I try to download, it requires a code from a setup that I never did. The only options left are to use the authentication or send photos of my driver's license which I refuse to do. Also, in Australia, it's illegal to ask for this unless I'm an employee under privacy laws. The design of this system is very poor.

My account was suspended for Unauthorized Access. While playing the game, I noticed a character promoting a leveling service to save time. I mistakenly assumed that since Blizzard allowed this promotion, it must be acceptable. I now understand this goes against the rules. The account was suspended for a month without warning. After contacting a GM, I was informed that the suspension stands as the consequence for breaking the rules. I acknowledge the need for a penalty but wish to appeal the suspension's duration. Though I believe Blizzard should prevent such advertising, I take responsibility for my actions. I am interested in discussing and potentially reducing the suspension if possible.

I am disappointed by recent actions regarding the China-Hong Kong situation. It appears Blizzard is prioritizing financial gain over principles. Therefore, I demand the deletion of my account as a form of protest and for my own security.
I refuse to provide my personal ID for the deletion process as I doubt the security of my information given the current situation. I don't trust that my data won't be shared to appease Chinese authorities. Please delete all my data without delay.
Thank you and goodbye.

I am deeply troubled by the recent actions of Blizzard regarding Blitzchung's punishment for supporting the Hong Kong demonstrators. I believe Blizzard is veering into politics and sending a message that democracy is not supported. I find it concerning and disheartening that they are aligning themselves in favor of China. Consequently, I have decided to remove Hearthstone from my phone. I am saddened by the current state of the company and if this is the direction they are heading in, then I no longer wish to be a customer of theirs.

I wish to share my concern regarding Blizzard banning a professional Hearthstone player for expressing his views on the Hong Kong protests. I am shocked that Blizzard would punish a player for exercising their right to free speech, even going as far as taking away his winnings.
Blizzard has been my favorite gaming company for many years, but I can no longer support a company that dismisses human rights in favor of the Chinese government's oppressive stance.
It is puzzling how Blizzard's values include "All Voices Matter" while simultaneously censoring individuals they claim to support. I have canceled my World of Warcraft subscription and will not be buying or playing any new Blizzard games. Those responsible at Blizzard should reconsider their decision, as it goes against the values they should uphold.

I am extremely disappointed by the way the situation in Hong Kong was addressed by Blizzard Entertainment. The actions taken by the company are unacceptable, and it is disheartening to see individuals supporting such behavior. As a proud American, I believe that a company's decisions should not be influenced by the opinions of another country, especially when it goes against our values. My friends and I had planned to attend BlizCon, but we have all decided to request refunds in light of recent events. Blizzard/Activision's actions are not in line with our principles, and we have chosen to distance ourselves from their activities.

I'm sharing this concern on various Blizzard social media sites and with their customer service. I'm displeased with Blizzard's choice to suspend Hearthstone player Blitzchung for backing the protesters in Hong Kong. I was planning to return to World of Warcraft with WoW Classic's launch, but I've opted against supporting a company that conforms to a decision by the Chinese government under their strict policies. I won't be buying or playing any more Blizzard games, and I'm encouraging fellow players to reflect on this news and choose where their support lies.
