On February 9th, I invested £1,[redacted] with Binance through a gentleman named Harry Novak over the phone. This was my first time doing something like this, so he instructed me to download AnyDesk for assistance. Additionally, I invested £[redacted] in Bitcoin. Harry would call daily to connect on AnyDesk and show me my earnings. On February 13th, I decided to stop. I was informed I could withdraw my funds whenever I wanted since it was my money. However, on February 14th, I was told I had £1,[redacted].87 but needed to deposit the same amount again for anti-money laundering reasons. Despite attempting to do so, the transaction was pending. When asked to deposit again, I declined due to insufficient funds, questioning why I needed to match my own money. Feeling overwhelmed, I uninstalled AnyDesk and Binance. Harry reached out via email offering help to retrieve the funds. When the pending money returned to my account, I requested my £1,[redacted].87, but Harry insisted I match the amount being withdrawn. Frustrated and unable to comprehend the situation, I ended the call as Harry was not cooperative. This ordeal is causing me distress, especially since my husband is unable to work due to a recent heart attack.

I've had a Binance account for a few years. When I tried to withdraw my funds, I got a message saying that due to regulations, they can't provide services in my region. Despite years of smooth operation, a recent support call revealed my account is mistakenly linked to Richmond Hill instead of my actual location in Quebec. Binance suggested I contact my phone provider, Rogers. However, Rogers redirected me back to Binance saying it's their issue. I just want to access my funds, especially since my location hasn't changed since opening my account. How can this be resolved?

I made a money transfer from my Binance account to my bank on June 26, [redacted]. Binance confirmed the transfer, but my bank bounced it, and the funds were returned to Binance. My bank contacted me to inform me that I have fallen victim to a scam. A company identified as Trezortrust promised to invest my funds in bitcoin. Following significant investments, they claimed I had made substantial profits and assured me they would transfer the returns to my bank account. I hold an account with Binance under my name, and the individuals from Trezortrust were aiding me in depositing funds into my Binance account. Regrettably, I cannot locate the purported funds in my Binance account, and my attempts to contact Trezortrust by phone have been unsuccessful. I created my Binance account today and successfully verified it. I am located in the UK. However, I am encountering issues depositing GBP via bank transfer. Upon attempting to deposit, I encountered an error message stating:
'Service not available - Based on our Internal Policy, this service is not available to your account. Please select another currency or payment method to proceed.'
I also tried using the Bank Card Visa/MasterCard option, but received the same error message. Can someone advise me on how to deposit GBP to my account?

I recently purchased a new cryptocurrency during the presale phase on Binance. When I wanted to withdraw my balance, I had to open an account with Binance Bank for this action. I was verified via an online phone call with my ID details. Despite receiving numerous emails and seeing the balance in my wallet, the money disappeared after a day, leaving my Binance account with 0.[redacted] BTC or €. Various staff members contacted me to resolve the issue. However, Ms. Sikorski made a €1,[redacted].00 purchase using my Visa card at Binance, which appears on my bank statement from Vilnius, Lithuania. My balance is now empty. When trying to withdraw from my wallet step by step, I encountered a message in red stating my balance is 0.[redacted] BTC/€.
