Hello Binance support team, I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Binance account due to an ID verification problem. Initially, I thought it was related to verification, but as of yesterday, I received an error message stating "IDENTITY VERIFICATION FAILED." The reason provided was that there are detected multiple verified accounts associated with my information. I am extremely concerned and upset with Binance. I have less than 24 hours to convert my bitcoins to US dollars. Despite reaching out to Binance, I have not received any response. The lack of communication and the full voicemail inbox with no message option is frustrating. Their customer service is terrible, and my money is at stake. I demand a swift resolution. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will involve my legal team. Trusting in the security of my finances is essential, and Binance is not meeting expectations. I recently invested $[redacted] AUD into an auto trading platform for crypto, but my account got closed, and .43 Bitcoin was sent to a blockchain.com wallet. After communicating with my assigned personal advisor on Telegram, I was informed that he no longer works for the platform. Another advisor named Anna Rose contacted me and instructed me to download the AnyDesk app. She demonstrated how to download the Binance app and get verified to retrieve the .43 Bitcoin. However, she then mentioned that I needed $[redacted] AUD to activate my new account with crypto.com as it had never been used. I'm unsure if this is a scam, and I would appreciate any feedback on this situation.

Hello, I am reaching out because my ex-partner used my funds to open a Binance account in my name with the email [redacted] After he added a Google Authenticator, I lost access to both the account and the linked email address. Despite my efforts, he has cut off communication and the police in Germany are having trouble contacting Binance. I am seeking assistance to regain control of my account. In October [redacted], we invested in Bitcoin through Binance using Clearsave. The investment exceeded £[redacted],[redacted]. We have unfortunately been targeted by scammers and the situation is currently being investigated by the police. Recently, a representative from Global Coin informed us that there is still £[redacted],[redacted] in our account and they are offering to transfer it to our Binance account, which is now closed for transfers to Wise, a bank regulated by the FCA. I am experiencing difficulties receiving the confirmation code on my email ([redacted]). Binance states that the code was sent successfully, but I have not received it after waiting for nearly 24 hours. Despite attempting to resend the code several times, it has not reached my inbox. I have verified that my email can both send and receive messages to and from other addresses successfully. It appears that only Binance is experiencing this issue in sending emails to me. I would appreciate it if you could investigate if there are any problems on Binance's end. The most recent email I received from Binance was on December 6, [redacted], around 4:03:07 (UTC), regarding a deposit confirmation.

I am having trouble accessing my account. I can easily receive the authentication code via cellphone and email, but I am struggling with the Binance Authenticator Code. I don't know how to obtain it, and the information provided is confusing. When I try to generate the code, I receive error messages stating there is no valid token barcode or that the site is insecure. I am not an expert in this complex computer process. Could you please simplify things for me by removing the Authenticator code requirement and allowing access with just the phone number and email verification codes? If not, could you provide clear instructions on how to obtain and use the Authenticator code for my Binance account? I urgently await your response as there is no other contact option available. Hello, I need to report a scam involving the website www.argospartne.net, which is affiliated with the company Next & Partner. I was offered an online job through this platform where I was required to complete 40 tasks daily. However, I was not informed beforehand about the substantial financial requirements involved. Additionally, I noticed that my wallet address has been altered, and now I am being pressured to make payments via the app in order to receive my money. I have kept records of all conversations with the individual involved, including instructions on how to purchase and withdraw money. I have also reached out to customer service on this platform. Could you please provide guidance on how to proceed, and may I send you screenshots of our discussions for review? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I have funds invested on the cryptocurrency exchange Binance. I have been a customer there for about 2 years. For a long time, I was able to successfully deposit amounts into my account. For the past 6 weeks, I have been experiencing an issue where I cannot deposit or withdraw my money from my account. An error message keeps appearing saying: "Additional verification check is in progress." I have contacted Binance chat multiple times to resolve this issue. They have guided me through various steps to try and fix the problem. After none of the steps worked, they informed me that they would escalate the issue to their technical department for further assistance. However, I have not heard back from them and feel abandoned with this problem. Unfortunately, there is no other way to contact someone at Binance. I am very desperate and don't know what else to do. I require verification for a pending US$ amount on my Binance account. The funds, totaling US$[redacted].24, were transferred by a third-party platform. Even though I have not deposited funds in the usual manner, a P2P fee was deducted. While using Firefox, I cannot view these uncleared funds, but they are visible on Google Chrome. I fell victim to a fraudulent merchant who enrolled me in a work-from-home opportunity. The company solely accepts payments through cryptocurrency via a USDT Tron (TRC20) wallet address TB91bghSUKWW76X5o4qbwVA87x588fuTV8. They assigned me a task promising payment upon completion but insisted I make deposits throughout the process. I ended up sending a total of 6,[redacted] USDT to them gradually. When they demanded -[redacted] more, I couldn't comply as I lacked the funds. This is when I realized I was scammed. Their WhatsApp contact number is +44 7[redacted]85.

Deleting Binance Account Dear Sir or Madam, On 08/09/[redacted], I fell victim to a fake hacker attack. They claimed that my system had been infected with Trojan malware and that they needed to clean it up. Using Ultraviewer, they gained control of my computer and mobile phone. I was asked to verify myself multiple times using my ID. Several payments were made through Binance (Fiat wallet) due to the BW-Bank approvals (VISA Card). I do not know my account number, password, or email address for Binance. Therefore, I kindly request the deletion of my account with you. Hello, I am a German Binance user and I need assistance with verifying my account on both the app and desktop version. A few months back, I encountered issues with the face ID process and couldn't complete the verification. Currently, when I visit the "personal verification" section, it shows "verification failed" due to "Incorrect or incomplete information entered during the identity verification process. Hello, I am currently facing an issue with my Binance account. I registered with an address in Ontario, Canada, where Binance is no longer regulated, preventing me from moving my cryptocurrency. Now residing in London, UK, where Binance is also unregulated, I missed the chance to withdraw my funds. I solely wish to convert my coins to Bitcoin for the purpose of withdrawing all funds into Canadian fiat (CAD). According to Binance's guidelines on the website, they have restrictions in place for Ontario accounts, but certain actions, known as "Permissible Transactions," such as closing positions, withdrawing funds, and trading, are allowed. I believe trading into Bitcoin for withdrawal should fall under these "Permissible Transactions." Can someone please advise me on how to proceed to withdraw my funds from Binance?
