I need help with a withdrawal issue involving Bybit and Bitmix. Bybit processed my transaction using the BSC Network chain which Bitmix doesn't support. Bitmix can't recover my funds due to this compatibility issue. Bybit mentioned the transaction is irreversible as it's on the blockchain, advised me to contact the receiver (Bitmix), who can't assist either. I'm left with $[redacted] USDT in limbo. Can anyone help me resolve this and retrieve my funds?

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with Binance. I recently deposited [redacted] euros via SEPA transfer and converted it to BTC successfully. However, when attempting to withdraw the funds to another Bitcoin wallet, the withdrawal was rejected without any notification. In a panic, I converted the funds back to euros to withdraw to my bank account, but Binance is also not allowing this withdrawal. It is frustrating not to receive any communication regarding the issue. I intend to report this to the FCA as it is unacceptable to block my funds without explanation. Hello, I registered a while back with my current phone number, but Binance rejected my verification documents. Even though my ID and address were clearly visible along with a QR code, my electricity and water bills were not accepted. I tried with my bank statement in Bulgarian, again showing my address, but still got rejected. I've contacted support to delete my unverified account so I can create a new one, but no luck. Unfortunately, none has been accepted. As I handle all my banking electronically, I do not receive paper statements. I would like to report an issue regarding a significant loss in cryptocurrency due to a potential hacking incident that occurred during a transaction involving the transfer of [redacted] USDC from my Crypto.com Defi wallet to my Cronos Metamask wallet. The situation escalated further when attempting to move the funds from the Cronos crosschain to Binance Smart Chain using multichain.xyz. Upon investigating on bscscan.com, it became evident that my wallet had been compromised. I lost my data on my phone, including my Binance account details. I have been trying to unlock my account but haven't been successful. To make things more complicated, I lost access to my email account and forgot the password. Binance requires me to use the email address, which I can't access, to send me messages. I need help resetting the password for my email, so I can regain access to my account.

Good morning, I am having trouble verifying my account. In Germany, there are two options for verification: a passport or a German ID. Since I do not have my German ID yet, I need to use my Venezuelan passport. The first page of my passport is expired, but there is an extension on the following page, so it is still valid. I understand this is a unique situation, but my passport is valid. I attempted the video call verification twice, but it did not work as they require the first page to be valid. Despite my valid passport, I was directed to contact Binance customer support. However, every time I try to access customer support after logging in, I am redirected to the verification page without the option to reach out for help. I am unable to contact Binance customer support, and I need assistance with verifying my account. Thank you in advance.

They proposed unlocking this credit by covering advance payment expenses, making it accessible on my Binance account. Difficulty Disabling Account on Binance Without Verification I recently set up an account on Binance but decided against verifying it with a selfie or ID. Now, when I try to remove/disable the account or even unsubscribe from the newsletter, I am unable to do so because the account remains unverified. I am stuck in a cycle as every attempt to access my dashboard redirects me to the verification page. I am receiving verification and newsletter emails, but I cannot opt out without first verifying my account. The necessity to verify my account to disable it is frustrating.
