Yesterday, on Friday, December 3, [redacted], I visited BBW in Monmouth Mall, Eatontown. There was a sale happening with signs highlighting it throughout the store. For Christmas, my daughter asked for the popular BBW scents "A Thousand Wishes" and "Into the Night." The sale advertised, "Buy 3 bath or body products, Get 3 free." I purchased 6 products, but my total came to $65.47. This total took me aback since it exceeded my budget. As I added up the receipt, it doesn't align with what I expected to pay based on the sale terms. Coming from a shelter and with limited resources, finding deals is vital to provide a good Christmas for my children. The discrepancy in the pricing has left me feeling deceived, and I'm disappointed by the situation.

I was thrilled for Candle Day when my coupons arrived in the mail. I brought them all to the store to use on my favorite products. Unfortunately, only one coupon was still valid, and the rest had expired. Due to the late arrival of the mail, I had to return most of my purchase and only purchase two of my favorite candles. The cashier refused to honor the expired coupons, even though the delay in receiving the mail was out of my control.

I made an order on October 24th, and to my dismay, it never arrived. After reaching out to the online customer service chat on December 1st, I was assured that a new order would be sent to me. Recently, I got an email notifying me of a refund for the initial order. When I contacted support again, they informed me that my order was canceled, leaving me with nothing. My order number is [redacted][redacted]. Laser Ship supposedly delivered my package, but they did not. I have reached out through email and phone, but your assistance has been lacking. I ordered 10 Fresh Balsam extended intensity, but they have not arrived despite the delivery notifications. If you cannot resolve this promptly, please issue a refund for the charge. This experience is becoming extremely frustrating. I have lost all confidence in ordering online from your company due to the lack of support in resolving this matter.

Hello. I received an email this morning indicating that my order had been shipped, but then shortly after, I received another email stating that it was canceled. I had purchased 18 candles on Candle Day and am disappointed that the order was canceled. The Order #[redacted] seems to show up for tracking, but when I check the order history, it is not there, as if it has been canceled. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved so I can receive the order I placed.

I am looking into accessing my previous orders with order numbers or dates since my emails only go back one month. I am facing challenges with my local store #[redacted] regarding exchanging candles that have not been lit, which are causing my dad, who is undergoing chemotherapy for leukemia, discomfort due to certain scents. I buy candles both online and in-store for my family and as gifts for our church group, and I have encountered difficulties with exchanges despite having online receipts or no receipts. I had a disappointing experience with customer service. The representative was condescending and abruptly ended the call when I asked for clarification. Strangely, my recent order is being returned for having the wrong address, although my previous orders were successfully delivered. I wonder if the unkind representative intentionally altered our address. This has been my third frustrating call to B&BW, and I am considering taking my business elsewhere. I plan to share my negative experience in reviews.

I received several winter 3-wick candles as a Christmas gift, which I love. Unfortunately, the stores in my area are out of stock. When I contacted customer service, I was informed they couldn't assist me without a receipt or available winter candles. Bath and Body Works, a brand I adore, promotes product exchanges for customer satisfaction. Surprisingly, I noticed on the website that winter 3-wick candles are available. Out of the five candles received, three have been used, thinking it was a one-time issue. All the candles lack fragrance, appearing as if no scent was added. I aim to exchange the five candles for new winter-scented ones. I appreciate your attention to this matter and eagerly await your response.

I made an online order on 11/30/[redacted] with Order # [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, my package arrived missing Item # [redacted]01. Despite checking for separate deliveries, the missing item did not arrive. After a live chat with customer service, I was assured the missing item would be promptly shipped. However, the replacement received on 12/14/[redacted] was incorrect. Following a phone call to customer service, I was assured the missing item would be expedited with free 2-day shipping. Disappointingly, well past the promised timeframe, my item still hasn't arrived. I purchased these items a month ago as Christmas gifts, and with Christmas Eve upon us, not having all the items means someone will not receive their gift on time. I am thoroughly upset and disheartened by this experience.

I understand that during the sale of men's body care at Bath & Body Works, customers are usually given a 3-5 day grace period to receive the sale price. The manager at the Bath & Body Works store in Ga Square Mall did not honor this policy, and the men's body care product I wanted to purchase was not on sale in the store but was available online. The Noir and Flannel body washes, priced at $6.95 per bottle online, were not honored in the store. Despite trying not to complain, I was disappointed by the store manager's lack of customer service, while the sales associates were helpful and caring. I recently visited the outlet mall store hoping to buy some candles and take advantage of the sales with my valid November coupons. Despite explaining my situation of recent hospitalization, they refused to honor the coupons. During checkout, I inquired about the prices, and I was told everything cost less than $3.87 each. However, upon payment, the total came to $[redacted], excluding two candles I bought. Surprisingly, only a few items were around $3.87. I left with just two small bags but spent a hefty amount. Hello! I recently received my favorite holiday-scented candles from your store and have been a loyal customer for eight years. Unfortunately, three out of the ten candles I purchased during a sale did not burn properly, leaving a quarter to half of the candles unusable due to uneven burning. Additionally, the Gingham body spray and perfume I received have defective sprayers that do not work effectively. I am disappointed by the quality of these products, as they were gifts from my family. I would like to request replacements for these items as soon as possible. I am extremely frustrated with the order I placed with Bath and Body Works on January 5th. Despite being a loyal customer who shops during your sales every year, I have encountered numerous issues this time. My order, which is still stuck in your warehouse despite being processed, forced me to make 15 phone calls just to try and sort out the problem. I had to reorder many items because the ones I originally selected were sold out. Even when I was assured that certain items were on sale, I was charged full price for the bathroom sprays. The birthday gift I intended to purchase contained around ten items, all of which are now delayed. The tracking information from On Trac indicates that Bath and Body Works has not yet shipped the order. I have received contradictory delivery dates, causing a great deal of confusion and inconvenience. Despite a partial refund on a gift card, I was still left short-changed and had to settle for whatever was available. This online shopping experience has turned into a complete nightmare. Please assist in expediting the release of my processed order from your warehouse. Thank you.

Hello. I recently visited your Elizabethtown, KY store in search of the Berry Waffle Cone body spray, lotion, and body wash, my absolute favorite. I adore many of your scents, but recently, your aromatherapy Sleep hand lotion has been a game-changer. It’s the creamiest, lightest, and most luxurious hand lotion I’ve ever used. It doesn’t leave a greasy film and makes my hands silky smooth like a baby's. The Lavender scent, which I usually don’t enjoy, is amazing in this lotion; paired with vanilla, it feels like I’m inhaling sweet cottony clouds from heaven.
I wish you would offer this in a larger body lotion/squeeze tube size! The small hand lotion is not sufficient; I’ve purchased four since Christmas for myself and friends, but I need a bigger size for daily use. I don’t just use it at bedtime, but whenever I want to feel beautiful, moisturized, or relaxed. Please keep the formula the same, it's perfect as it is.

I would like to request that you resume sending me the mail coupons that offer free items, discounts of 20% or more, and other promotions. I used to receive these mailers every few months for years, but it has been many months since I last received one. Instead, I am receiving at least five unwanted emails from your company daily. I have attempted to update my preferences online without success, as well as in-person at a Bath and Body Works store. According to the store, I am registered to receive physical coupons in the mail.

Upon receiving my package, I noticed some spillage. The body mist cap was detached and scattered in the box, which I fixed back in place. Unfortunately, one of the lotions had spilled due to a busted cover, rendering it unusable. Additionally, another lotion's cap was chipped and appeared used upon inspection. Some of the scents were too strong for my liking. As a first-time Bath and Body Works customer, I was disappointed by this experience. I kindly request a replacement for the lotions and body mist I am dissatisfied with, which I will return accordingly.

I received my order ([redacted][redacted]) and unfortunately, many of the 21 wall fragrance refills included in the shipment arrived damaged. The lack of proper packaging resulted in broken glass and spilled fragrance all over the items, making them unsafe to use. Despite attempting to clean them, I still found small glass shards that caused me to cut myself even while wearing gloves. Due to the unsafe condition of the products, I am seeking a refund for my order since I cannot use any of the damaged items.

I placed an online order and applied the "20% Off Your Entire Purchase" code during checkout. Just before finalizing my order, I was interrupted. After our guests left late last night, I realized I hadn't completed the purchase. This morning, I attempted to modify the order by removing all items and starting over. However, I encountered an issue when trying to apply the 20% discount again. As a result, I haven't finalized the order.
