Our return policy at Bath & Body Works is customer-focused and designed to ensure your complete satisfaction. We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item of equal value. For returns without a receipt, we offer store credit for the lowest selling price within the past 90 days. Online purchases can be returned either by mail or at any of our physical store locations. However, returns of online purchases made with PayPal can only be refunded via mail. It's important to note that certain items such as personalized products, gift cards, and sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect. We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible, ensuring that you are always satisfied with your Bath & Body Works experience.
