I ordered a cami top with the following details. On Friday, the 7th of Evri, the courier service sent a text message to my phone at 11:22 AM stating that my parcel was out for delivery. Later in the day, I received an email at 4:30 PM, mentioning that the parcel had been delivered to the address. However, I have yet to receive the parcel at the given location, which is a business address where I receive parcels regularly without any issues. There is also no photographic evidence available to confirm delivery. I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter promptly. Hello, I was hoping to return some clothes from order number [redacted]46. However, due to unexpected serious illness, I had to return to my family for care and did not anticipate staying away for so long. I am aware that it might not align with the policy, but is there any flexibility for me to still return the items? Hello, I received a damaged package for order number [redacted]65 containing a blue set and beige playsuit. I have tried to contact you multiple times but have not received any assistance. The picture of the damaged package has been sent, but I have not received any help through chat or email. I am requesting a refund for the damaged items. It is frustrating that despite speaking with delivery and Klarna, I have yet to receive a resolution from you. I am not concerned about my account being blocked; I simply want my money refunded as per the advice given by the delivery company and Klarna. This situation needs to be resolved promptly.

I've been informed that my order was delivered on July 13th, but unfortunately, it has not arrived. I'm inquiring about whether you have received the return. Unfortunately, the dress tore open from below while she was climbing the stairs before the ceremony began. This was distressing for my daughter as it affected her ability to enjoy the event and she was worried it would tear further by the time she received her degree. Instead of purchasing another dress that might tear again, I am considering taking it to a professional seamstress for repair. I have encountered a significant issue with my ID. Inadvertently, I wrote "Samira Cabdisalaan" instead of my actual ID name, "Samiro Abdisalaam." Consequently, I am unable to retrieve my package. Despite seeking assistance from various sources, I have been unsuccessful. Upon contacting customer service, I was advised to reject the package and place a new order. However, creating a new order means losing the initial discount I received. Ideally, I am requesting either a modification of the order name to "Samiro Abdisalaam" or for your team to liaise with DHL in Sweden for the necessary alteration. I need to return 3 expensive items from Asos (Converse and Rains) but I haven't received a QR code or return instructions. As a loyal customer and former Premium subscriber, I've had no luck contacting customer service; it seems non-existent. The current chatbot doesn't have a solution to my problem, leaving me stuck and unable to request a refund. This experience has made me hesitant to shop with Asos again.

Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out to address an issue I encountered with an online shopping order from ASOS. Today, I placed an order using Clearpay, but when I checked the order status, it showed as 'Unsuccessful.' Unfortunately, my attempts to contact ASOS for assistance were fruitless as they only offer chat support, which is not accessible for some customers who may have typing difficulties, dyslexia, or visual impairments. Due to this poor customer service experience, I have decided not to make any future purchases from ASOS and will share my negative experience with others. I plan to take my business elsewhere as a form of protest against ASOS's lack of appropriate contact options for all customers. The way ASOS treats its customers is unacceptable, and their claims of caring for customers seem insincere when not backed up by actions. In order to truly demonstrate care for customers, ASOS should reintroduce email support as an alternate contact option, as they have in the past. I am reaching out to inquire about tracking my order. The delivery service employed, FedEx® International Connect (FIC), does not provide details on its current location within my country. Good afternoon. English is not my first language, I'm from Ukraine. I recently purchased a sweater and a dress from your website, but the jacket I received seems used and too big, not matching what I expected. Order number: [redacted]15. Another order included dresses and shoes, but the green dress is defective. I will attach a photo below. Both nude dresses also turned out to be several sizes too big based on your sizing chart. On September 13, [redacted], I returned a parcel to you with Order No. 8[redacted]7, which contained an Asos longline trench coat in Olive priced at £65. I have not received any information regarding the refund yet. I sent the parcel via the Post Office with Tracking No. 110B94E6FE4 and paid £4.49 GBP through Paypal as I am disabled and unable to leave the house. I am concerned about this delay as I have already paid £18.41 via Klarna and had to defer this month's payment of £18.42 to October 20th as it was due in four days. I purchased a pair of Adidas trainers as a gift, but they were too small. I initiated a return through ASOS on October 18 for collection by Royal Mail on the 20th. However, there have been delays, and I am concerned about exceeding the return deadline. I spoke with the Royal Mail delivery person, but they were unable to assist.
