I recently received a dress from ASOS, but unfortunately, it doesn't fit me well and I need to return it. Furthermore, the delivery status of my order indicated it was delivered by 'Fastway' Courier Company, but no parcel was received at the address. Despite reporting the issue to customer support, the matter remains unresolved. Additionally, my payment for the order was debited from my bank account, creating further frustration.

Hello, I had an order delivered on April 17th with the order number [redacted]82. I mistakenly assumed I had until May 17th to return the items but realized this morning that the return option was no longer available. I believe the return window closed on May 15th, which would have been 28 days from delivery. Is there any chance to make an exception and allow me to process the return one day late? This order was significant, and I am a loyal ASOS customer. I would greatly appreciate any flexibility you can offer, especially since the items were in multiple sizes and won't be useful to me. On April 8th, I placed an order and when the items arrived, one was missing. I promptly reported this and received a response from the specialized department informing me that my account with Asos is now blocked without explanation. I have been unable to contact anyone thus far, and I am concerned about having to pay for the missing item soon, even though I don't intend to keep the other items (except for one).

Hello,
My father made a return with reference number 2A7NBBQ3GJBDRB on April 3rd because the clothes he ordered were too big for him. So far, he has only received a refund of 2.95€. I believe this is because he used a 50€ voucher I gave him and paid the rest himself. Unfortunately, my father discarded the voucher and is now left without a gift.
My question is, could you please check for the voucher code or, even better, send the items he ordered in a smaller size. I have attached images below.

Hello, I would like to return all the items from order [redacted]78. The parcel needed to be under 2.5KG so I split the order into two parcels, both with the same return papers. At the post office, the first parcel was accepted, but when they scanned the barcode on the second parcel, they said it had already been used and I need a new barcode for its return. Hello, I am reaching out to you because on the Asos website, it states that my order was delivered to my home yesterday, but I was there all day and did not receive it. This is the second time in the span of six months that I have ordered from the site and the package has not been delivered. I am currently living in Italy, in an apartment, and all the details were correctly provided for the shipping address, which has never been an issue when I order from other places. I purchased shoes from ASOS on June 5th and received my order on June 6th. My order number is [redacted]. I have only worn the trainers about 6 to 7 times at most. Today, when I put them on, I noticed that they had detached from the sole. I have taken a photo for evidence, but I can't attach it here. I am very disappointed because these trainers are not cheap. I would like either a new pair sent to me, a refund, or a voucher to use on your site. This situation is unacceptable for trainers that are only 2 weeks old.

The delivery was made by bpost to a relay point as I was not at home on the delivery day. I retrieved the package on June 20. I placed order number [redacted]7, but it arrived damaged during delivery. I promptly contacted Asos and they arranged for a replacement to be sent. Since I used Klarna for the purchase, there seems to be a duplication in the system, resulting in the new order ([redacted]83) missing some items. I returned two items in separate parcels using the first return number: 23V87LU3GRCAUL and the second return number: 23V87LU3GSCH54.
Could you please update my Klarna account to reflect these changes so I can settle the payment accordingly?

I recently purchased a New Balance jacket that I later returned within the specified return period outlined on the website. Despite sending it back within the 45-day timeframe, I am puzzled why my refund has not been processed yet. Complicating matters, I received an email stating that the item will be sent back to my previous address, creating a significant issue as I no longer reside there. Moreover, upon receiving the jacket initially, I noticed that it did not have a label attached, indicating it may have been worn previously. While I did retain the jacket for a few weeks before sending it back, I did so well within the designated 45-day window.
