I placed an order on October 19, [redacted], with expectations of next-day delivery. Despite reaching out to the online chat team, my initial order did not arrive. After being promised a replacement for all three items on October 27, [redacted], I faced delays and had to follow up with ASOS for updates. Today, I received an email notifying me that a replacement order was processed. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed to find out that only one out of the three items I ordered is being sent. This experience has left me frustrated with the service provided. Over two weeks later, I am still without all my items, making me question the effectiveness of the process. The lack of effort put into fulfilling my order has made me hesitant to shop with ASOS in the future.

I ordered from Asos with order number [redacted]26, but it was mistakenly delivered to another customer. I am unsure if they received my order. Unfortunately, I am unable to return the items I received because I did not receive a QR code with my order. Despite contacting live chat, they informed me that the order was delivered today. However, the items I received are not mine. I am stuck at this point and seeking a refund since the value is approximately £[redacted]. Hello, I placed an order on November 10. I recently received a notification from my bank regarding the transaction. I wish to cancel one of the orders and receive a refund before it gets shipped. I encountered an error on the initial order attempt, which led me to try again. It seems the first order might not have been defective after all, possibly due to a system glitch. My package was scheduled to arrive on November 29th, but it didn't show up. After tracking it, the status indicated that my package is missing. When I contacted the Post, they informed me that they never received the package and advised me to reach out to Asos. I've been trying to use the live chat for a week now, but it's not functioning properly. Every time the automated system is supposed to connect me to customer service, the website goes blank. It's frustrating that I am unable to get through to Asos.

I faced challenges using your live chat support; therefore, seeking assistance here. I'm a pensioner who ordered the Sol Janerio Bum Bum set from Asos on 1/12/23 with Order number 8YRL4UXKQJGH. Despite having PayPal records, I haven't received my order. During purchase, I mistakenly used the email addresses 'purplequeen60hotmail.co.uk' and '[redacted]', which do not exist due to an oversight made without my glasses. I worry that my order might have been delivered elsewhere, and confirmation could have been sent to these non-existent email addresses.
