This week, my daughter handed down her older iPad to me. I'm thrilled with it, even though it's running OS 5.1.1, the latest it can have. She removed all the apps before passing it to me, including the Kindle App she previously had on there. It seems I need at least iOS 10 to install the Kindle App, as per our failed attempts. Interestingly, Pandora and YouTube let me install older versions that function well. Could there be an older Kindle App version that could work on my iPad? Apple Support suggested I reach out here for more help. Appreciate any advice you can offer.

I utilized Amazon Prime's two-day shipping to purchase three items. The UPS tracking number is 1ZY8A[redacted][redacted]. Despite the scheduled delivery on Oct 16, [redacted], I received a notification at 4:47 p.m. indicating a delivery attempt was made, which I dispute as I was home and available. Following a rescheduling for Oct 17, the driver arrived at 2:40 p.m. but drove off with my package upon seeing my wife at the building entrance. A subsequent notice claimed a missing apartment number, rendering the delivery impossible. UPS's handling of the situation has been disappointing, with excuses and elusive behavior. I intend to report this driver, and if the items do not arrive by Oct 18, [redacted], I am contemplating canceling my Amazon Prime membership and returning the items for a refund. It's frustrating to pay for a service like Amazon Prime when UPS fails in their delivery service.

I placed an order on 10th this month via Amazon Prime with Tracking ID [redacted]29. The initial delivery date of the product was set for the 14th, but it got postponed to the 16th. However, they failed to deliver it and claimed they couldn't reach me by phone, even though I never received any calls. My attempts to contact them were futile. I have been trying to access a book gifted to me from the US on Kindle, but I am facing issues with creating an account as I am in Argentina. I placed an order for [redacted]/- during the festival sale and received a cashback of [redacted]. However, the order was delivered with 6 items missing. Despite being promised a refund of [redacted]/- for the missing items, I only received [redacted] initially. After a call and a complaint, I received an additional 92/- in pay balance, leaving a shortfall of [redacted]/-. I was informed the remaining amount could not be refunded as it was part of instant cashback. Despite my original order qualifying for cashback and Amazon's error causing the missing items, I had to reorder and face financial strain due to being charged upfront for items not delivered. I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone for the 92/- refund promise, which was not fulfilled until a subsequent call. Amazon needs to rectify the situation and return the missing [redacted]/- as promised. The service experience has been disappointing and needs improvement. Thank you.

I am inquiring about the missing 3.5 mm jack connector screw-type 1/4" adapter that was not included in my product package. After speaking with Amazon tech support, I was informed that a replacement package will be sent to me, allowing me to exchange the faulty part and return the defective package without charge. While I have received a refund for the headphones, the $30 credit and the replacement headphones have not been dispatched as promised. I am an elderly individual who struggled to keep up with the pace and speed at Amazon. However, my recent paycheck only showed one hour of pay when I believe I worked for three days. I received two items recently, and the delivery process has been problematic. The first package with tracking ID TBA[redacted]00 was meant for Sunday delivery but arrived on Tuesday despite being very close to our home. The courier had communication issues and did not deliver the package properly. I contacted Amazon, and despite the assurance of delivery by 8 pm on Sunday, it arrived late.
The second package with tracking ID [redacted][redacted]01 is marked as "available for pickup" in Indianapolis, IN, which is confusing, and I need clarification on why and where to pick it up.
Lastly, the third package with tracking ID TBA[redacted]00 claims to have been delivered by handed to the resident, but we did not receive it. I bought a GE Microwave on June 18, [redacted], through Prime. Unfortunately, it stopped working in less than 4 months. When I contacted the vendor for a replacement or repair, they refused, insisting I remove the stubborn UPC label, attach it to a paper, and provide a copy of the receipt (order number: [redacted]-[redacted]). They offered a certificate for reimbursement on my next microwave purchase within 90 days, not following their one-year warranty terms. The warranty clearly states GE should replace or service the defective unit within one year from the original purchase date. The customer service rep mentioned servicing was not viable cost-wise. Good evening, sir. I recently received the Samsung refrigerator I ordered from your company. However, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided by BLUE DART courier. Here are the issues I encountered:
1. The delivery man transported the refrigerator in an ordinary passenger auto, placing the item in a slanting position which is not recommended by the company. I requested for better transport but they failed to provide a suitable vehicle. The delivery personnel even demanded dumping charges of Rs. [redacted]. I raised concerns about potential damage to the compressor due to the improper handling, but was casually told that the warranty covers any issues and to return the item to Amazon if needed.
2. Upon receiving the refrigerator, I noticed that the packaging had been opened before reaching me. The tied strips were loose, the packaging was torn in several places, and only one small ice tray sheet was found. This raises suspicions that the BLUE DART courier personnel may have tampered with the package.
I kindly request that you avoid using BLUE DART COURIER SERVICE CENTER in Kamareddy District, Telangana for future deliveries and terminate any agreements with them. About a month ago I tried to order vitamins from Amazon for the first time. I found the ordering process confusing and ended up deleting my order. However, I was surprised to see a charge of £7.99 labeled INT'L [redacted] Amazon Prime amzn.co.uk/pm on my recent bank statement dated 08 Oct 18. It seems Amazon charged me without my knowledge or consent. I am a 75-year-old retiree and not well-versed in technology. I kindly request an immediate refund of the £7.99 taken from my account. Furthermore, I ask that all my card details be removed from your system. I do not recall making any purchases and do not wish to be charged for any unauthorized transactions. I plan to visit my bank (HSBC) and instruct them to reject any future transactions from Amazon. I purchased three items, the [redacted] [redacted], Pigeon Green Chopper and Well Berg combo tandoor with delivery dates of 19th and 20th Oct [redacted] respectively. None of these items were delivered to me personally and were instead given to the watchman of the society. I find it concerning that the items were not delivered directly to me, especially when I was at home on both delivery days. I believe this poses a risk with prepaid orders as there is no verification process to ensure it reaches the intended recipient. This goes against standard work ethics and I urge you to take action against the delivery personnel involved. I am disappointed with this experience and will share it on various platforms.
