Alex at [redacted] mentioned Alan Oaks in El Paso, TX as the buyer. I am concerned if there is an unknown account under my name, Denise Reagle. Following a fraud report, my account got closed and is "under review". Unfortunately, it seems to be stuck in a continuous loop with an unhelpful "account specialist". Despite my efforts in responding to all inquiries and requests, there has been no progress in getting my account reinstated. I feel helpless and uncertain about any possibility of resolution. I recently made two orders on Amazon.ae on October 11, [redacted], totaling AED241. However, due to a lack of funds in my bank account, I attempted to cancel both orders. While one cancellation was successful and confirmed, the other was not. Unfortunately, I have not received the items from either order, and the refunds have not been processed back to my account. As a student living independently, this situation is concerning for me as I have bills to pay at the end of the month. While one order was successfully canceled and refunded, the other was not confirmed. However, I have not received either order nor have I been refunded. I've been experiencing repetitive freezing issues when watching movies on Prime Video. Unfortunately, the freezing often leads me to manually power off my TV by unplugging it, as the remote control becomes unresponsive. I need assistance with returning the Aristocrat 79 suitcase (order no. *********[redacted]). The scheduled collection on 8th October did not happen despite waiting all day. Following this, customer service rescheduled the pickup for 13th October, but no one arrived. After contacting customer service again, 16th October was set as the new date. Today, I've been waiting since morning with no contact. The customer service representative placed me on hold for 22 minutes. I kindly request for a person to be assigned promptly for the return pickup. Thank you.

I recently ordered Standard Process's Zypan digestive enzymes, which were supposed to be delivered to my address at 38 Bellevue Ave. PH1, Newport, RI [redacted]. However, the package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong location a week ago. The delivery person provided a photo, but it did not match any area near my building. I immediately informed Amazon about the incorrect delivery, but I have yet to receive the product. I would appreciate guidance on the necessary steps to have the item resent to the correct address. Dear Sir, I would like to commend the good work of your company. However, it appears that there is a lack of communication skills among the workers. As a driver for Amazon based in Kolkata Uluberia, I recently drove a vehicle from Mumbai. After unloading the goods, the way the warehouse staff spoke to us was very disrespectful. It made me question the worth of driving for Amazon. While there are numerous rules for drivers, it seems there are no guidelines for the warehouse staff's behavior. If we work tirelessly day and night to deliver the goods, how will the company excel if such behavior continues? I kindly request an assessment of the conduct of all staff in the Amazon warehouse. Amazon Order # [redacted]-[redacted] was placed on October 15, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on October 16th, the delivery driver left the package outside the community gate, and upon retrieval, it was missing. Despite providing specific delivery instructions, the package was not left at the front door. Despite contacting Amazon customer service for two hours and being denied a replacement or refund, there was no resolution. They claimed the package was delivered, but it was not received at the correct address. Despite being redirected to Amazon Logistics at [redacted], the refund request was still declined. Amazon's stance is that once the package is transferred to the carrier, they are not liable, even though Amazon Logistics is an Amazon subsidiary. Requesting a refund of $[redacted].85 for the lost order.

I am extremely upset that my garage door was opened without my permission. Due to this, my dogs were let out, which could have ended in a dangerous situation. Previously, I had a dog incident where my goldendoodle puppy went missing, and I later found your package in my garage, linking back to you. The emotional distress caused by these events is undeniable, and you owe me $[redacted] for the loss of my dog. It is unacceptable for anyone to open my garage door without consent, especially causing such distress over my pets. When I follow up by calling the customer service number to raise a ticket, the same cycle repeats with no resolution. I am left uninformed about the status, and the customer support team's insistence on details regarding the return process feels demeaning, as they see it as a standard procedure. Each call involves being subjected to the same humiliating questions and an assurance of a 5-day wait period without any callbacks. I need assistance in unlocking my account. My account has been locked for unknown reasons, despite being a long-time customer. I need access to view my book rentals and purchases for my school records, as well as my returns, codes, and canceled items. I am still being charged for shipped items and receiving emails about them. I have already contacted the BBB, but I am willing to drop the complaint if my account is unlocked promptly. If not resolved, I will pursue the matter with the BBB until it is resolved. Without access, I am unable to manage my account effectively. I am a dedicated member who pays my membership fees on time and makes frequent purchases on the platform. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service I have encountered. I had two accounts on Amazon, one for personal use and one for work-related purchases with Zeit Energy. I had forgotten about the credit cards linked to the work account after retiring from that job. Unfortunately, it seems that the work account was hacked, as someone accessed it and charged a Prime membership to my personal credit card ending in [redacted] on 10/21/22. I attempted to resolve this through chat support, but I'm unable to identify the person who hacked the account as there is no second person associated with either of my Amazon accounts. I can't access the work account as it requires an authentication email to my former work email address. I urgently need this account closed to prevent unauthorized use. This is the third time this has happened. The previous two times, the packages were mistakenly delivered to the address behind mine, where an elderly man used to reside. I took photos of my house from the front, clearly showing the house numbers. Today, the tracking shows the package was delivered to that address again, but when my mom checked, it wasn't there as the previous occupant has passed away. I'm confused about the recurring issue despite providing clear evidence of my address. I've been patient, but my packages keep encountering problems. I was home this time and neither saw the package nor any Amazon delivery. I would appreciate speaking with someone to address this matter.

Hello, I purchased Greenworks products with my Amazon account in March [redacted]. I also got an extended warranty with Asurion during the same month. I faced some issues that Greenworks resolved about 3 weeks ago. However, my credit card was fraudulently used, so I had to get a new card with a different number. Despite this, Amazon continued charging me $11.49 for my membership. I closed my Amazon account but didn't receive a final bill. I managed to obtain it from Amazon, and I am enclosing a copy. Even though I reopened an Amazon account without any memberships or credit cards, I am still being charged $11.49 monthly. My bank confirmed no payments were made from my current Amazon account. For my Greenworks purchases and Asurion warranty plan, I have the invoices. However, the Asurion warranty is incorrect and associated with the wrong product. Asurion instructed me to contact you to either modify or cancel the warranty. My Greenworks order number is [redacted]-[redacted] on Amazon Marketplace on March 18, [redacted]. The Asurion protection plan order number is [redacted]-[redacted] for $99.00 on March 18, [redacted]. These are not matching products. I want to cancel the protection plan. On 10-25, I received an email from Amazon promoting Kindle books. As a Kindle user, I usually stick to the free selections, so I casually deleted the email. However, to my surprise, I later got a bill for a book called "Coming Dawn" for $6.48, dated May 27, [redacted], not October. Curiously, I discovered the book in my Kindle library as a selected item, even though I did not intentionally buy it. I am not interested in keeping the book and definitely do not want to pay for it. I am requesting a refund for the charge and for the book to be removed from my account. The billing information for this charge is D01-[redacted]-[redacted]. After 15 years of being a loyal Amazon customer, today I encountered an issue while placing my Christmas order. The system prompted me for an OTP number, which I no longer had access to. When I contacted customer service, the technician had difficulty understanding me due to his accent. I tried to convey that I needed a new OTP number while struggling to follow his instructions. Despite providing what I believed to be my current address, the technician accused me of being untruthful about my account details and stated that he had closed my account. I am shocked and disappointed after all these years of being a customer. I am unsure what steps I can take to have my account reinstated.

Hello! I am currently in Mexico and unable to receive the verification code for my accounts due to my phone number being on hold in Canada. I recently realized that I have been charged for Amazon Prime since January [redacted], despite not using it. The monthly charge increased from $7.95 to over $11 by May, even though I believe I did not have an active subscription.
