During last year's Christmas, two Amazon gift cards were anonymously given to my son, which we intended to use after leaving Haiti. Facing challenges with shipping costs, we finally settled in the Dominican Republic. When we tried to use the gift cards to purchase Robux, my Amazon account was frozen due to suspicious payment activity. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue by providing proof of the gift cards, even escalating to account specialists, my account remains locked. Frustrated with the lack of assistance from customer service and the complexity of the process, I feel let down by Amazon’s handling of their own gift cards. As a longstanding customer, the inability to access my account and the unresolved situation with the gift cards have left me disheartened and disappointed with the whole experience.

Three recent items, Prevegen, Comet, and Accessory USA CD, have not reached me or were possibly stolen. I reckon the former because the delivery person customarily accesses our gated property, leaves packages at our front door, then knocks. Upon the third failed delivery, I vigilantly awaited the delivery, but to my dismay, the package did not arrive. I speculate whether my address, [redacted] Lance Street in San Diego, has been altered. I cherish using Amazon, but this issue is causing me to reconsider my future orders.

I have been charged by Amazon for purchases made in [redacted], even though my account was closed back then due to fraudulent activities I did not commit. Despite disputing these charges, my account was closed. Recently, in October [redacted], Amazon charged my account for three items that were already paid for in [redacted]. After multiple attempts to contact Amazon, my account was reopened. However, I am unable to access it as I no longer have the old telephone number associated with it. Amazon has incorrect addresses on file, including one I have never lived at. I am struggling to understand how Amazon can charge me for old purchases on a closed account and then refuse to assist me because I cannot provide an old telephone number. I have reported these unauthorized charges to my bank after canceling my bank card, but Amazon is now charging my Cash App. I am working with my bank to resolve the issue and get my money back.

It has been 14 days since I've been waiting for the seller AX Boxing to send a replacement pair of boots in the correct color, Lt. Brown, after receiving a blue pair in error. The seller initially expressed sympathy and offered to send a new pair at no charge due to a warehouse error. However, after contacting them again, they promised to send the correct boots within three business days with tracking but failed to do so. Frustrated, I requested a refund, which was approved, but the seller did not provide a return address. I believe I am entitled to a refund and a return address as per Amazon's policies. I have spent numerous hours this week on calls to customer service. I have had difficulty communicating with representatives from the Philippines, Pakistan, and Guatemala. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was either denied or left waiting on hold for extended periods only to be disconnected.
I need to speak with a supervisor in the United States regarding multiple items that need to be returned. The return numbers provided do not match the products, and I am being directed to various locations instead of a single return center like Kohl’s or UPS, causing confusion.
The language barrier with overseas representatives has made it challenging to resolve my issues. I have been told conflicting information about transferring me to a US supervisor, with some claiming they cannot do so due to technical issues.
I appreciate any help in connecting me with a supervisor in the US.Thank you.

I have been waiting for my parcel for the past six days. Today, I received a call from the delivery person asking me to pick up the parcel from a neighboring village, which I refused as I requested delivery to my home. The delivery person then threatened to return the package to the seller if I didn't pick it up.
After three hours, I received a message from Amazon stating that my order was being returned due to damage. This experience has shown me the authority wielded by your courier delivery personnel, who seem to have the power to return parcels at their discretion.
It seems that the email addresses and complaint phone numbers provided are merely formalities. I plan to escalate this issue by reaching out to a senior contact, even if it means contacting the owner of Amazon or someone else overseas. I will be cc'ing them on this email.

I believe my issue has been resolved, but I was placed on hold by the third person I spoke with. They requested I remain on hold to check on canceling the purchase. After holding for 20 minutes, I decided to disconnect the call. I have not been informed whether the credit has been processed or not. Although it was a small amount, the time spent trying to resolve this issue has been quite cumbersome. I've dedicated approximately 2 hours to resolving this problem. I am contemplating canceling my Kindle subscription due to recurring issues with both Kindle and Audible. The explanations provided are also confusing to me. While composing my initial message, I encountered difficulty sending it and it seems your team may have accessed it before I completed writing. Being hard of hearing, I suspect your staff may have grown frustrated because of my limited ability to hear and understand them. - Dwight D.

My Amazon account seems to have been compromised by someone in China. I had left China and my verification phone number in June [redacted]. Unfortunately, the access routes to Amazon now all send verification messages to a Chinese phone number that I no longer possess. I am concerned because someone in China is using my account to order books. I urgently need assistance in closing down the account to prevent further unauthorized activity. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I made an order on 10/28/[redacted] and canceled it within 15 minutes, but the company did not cancel the order. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I have attempted to contact them multiple times without a response. Checking with FedEx this morning, the package has not shipped. I have informed the seller, Becamcx, with no response. I refuse to pay for return shipping or the item. Becamcx, please assist in canceling the order without any fees. I do not recommend this seller to others.

I recently contacted your customer service and encountered difficulties due to the language barrier. The representative I spoke with struggled to communicate clearly in English. This resulted in frustration as he repeatedly instructed me to sign into my Amazon account for verification. Despite following the steps, the system kept prompting me to sign in again. Furthermore, I am concerned about an order scheduled to arrive by October 21st that has not reached my address. The order, a Bronze Bison or Buffalo placed by Darla C. on Amazon, appears to be stuck in transit. When attempting to track the package using the provided number, it is not recognized by either USPS or UPS. I would like to report an incident involving a delivery person from Amazon. A woman wearing an Amazon vest parked in my neighborhood to deliver packages. She had her radio excessively loud and left her car door open while handling the deliveries. When I politely informed her about the noisy environment and the presence of night shift workers in the area, she responded aggressively. Despite my attempt to address the situation calmly, she became confrontational. I took a photo of her license plate after which she displayed further incivility. I believe Amazon should improve the vetting and training of their delivery personnel. I kindly request that the company address this matter by reminding drivers to be considerate and professional. Ideally, I would prefer not to encounter this particular driver again. The incident occurred on November 2, [redacted], at 4:30 PM on the [redacted] block of Claremont Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. I recently made purchases on amazon.de and encountered issues with some products I wished to return for a refund. Additionally, a supplier charged me twice for an undelivered product, which Amazon mistakenly flagged as a hacking incident. It has now been four months of attempts to resolve this through customer service, with no progress. Despite assurances that my complaint was reported to their security team, there has been no resolution. I hope Amazon addresses this matter promptly and refunds my money before the next US president is elected.

I have encountered multiple issues with my recent orders. According to the USPS.com tracking information, some items were delivered to the wrong zip code. Despite contacting customer service through Chat three times, including once with a manager, I have not received the refund I was promised. Additionally, I have been repeatedly charged for items I returned, which can be verified through UPS.com tracking. The emails notifying me of the charges were unhelpful as they were from a noreply address, requiring me to reach out to customer service via chat. Unfortunately, my Amazon account has been locked, with the reason cited as excessive refund requests. This has left me unable to access the account, and I appear to be out over $[redacted] due to these returns.

On October 13th, [redacted], I returned two orders to the SEUR office at 34 Odonell Street in Madrid, Spain. The return labels for both orders are SEURMAD[redacted]8 and SEURMAD[redacted]5. The latter has been successfully returned, and I have received the refund. However, I have not yet received the refund for the package with the return label SEURMAD[redacted]8. The SEUR office at 34 Odonell Street assured me that the invoice number was not necessary. Despite my repeated requests to SEUR to locate this package, I have not received a satisfactory response. They only say they can't find it. In my initial complaint, I was informed that the package was located and would be picked up from the SEUR central office in Madrid. Is this a theft? I received a faulty laptop from Amazon, which I returned following their instructions. It's been over 30 days now, and DHL, the delivery service I used, can confirm the delivery to Amazon. Despite this, Amazon claims they haven't received the laptop and allege we didn't use their correct labeling. This is inaccurate, and it's puzzling how they can make that statement if they haven't acknowledged receiving the item. They have now stated they can no longer help resolve the issue. Contacting them by phone from Indonesia has proved challenging. I have provided evidence of the returned laptop delivery to Amazon, but their responses remain generic. I desperately need a solution as I invested my savings in this laptop and now simply want a refund.

I was expecting a package from Amazon but it did not arrive by 9:00 PM. After checking the tracking information, I saw a picture of a door with a package that was not mine. My door is distinguished by a WELCOME mat in front. I'm worried as another package scheduled for delivery on October 31, [redacted], also went missing, and I have two more packages set for delivery this week. Despite thinking the issue was resolved during my call last week, it has unfortunately resurfaced tonight. I am not receiving the security alerts on my cell phone even though the correct number is on file. I am currently awaiting an order that has not arrived, and I am unable to check its status. As a senior with health and mobility challenges living in a remote area, I heavily rely on online shopping through Amazon. Could my account be under a hacking attempt?

On 10/30/22, I purchased the Olaplex Ultimate Essentials Kit from Amazon. It was initially scheduled for delivery by 11/3/22. However, on Saturday the 5th, I received an email saying it was shipped and would arrive on 11/3 (?). When attempting to track the package, the status only shows that a shipping label has been created. I tried requesting a refund, but my only options seem to be returning the item if it eventually arrives. The dilemma is that we are leaving for our winter residence in Arizona on 11/11/22 and won't be back until April [redacted]. Consequently, the package will be left outside in the snow and freezing temperatures.

This issue not only affects me but also Amazon KDP. To find the book on Amazon.ca and .com, you can try searching by typing in "Amazon - books" or "books Amazon" and then entering the book's title in the cursor line. Customers should be able to simply type in the book's name and have the option to purchase it on Amazon.ca and Amazon.com without a complicated search process. It is crucial to have immediate access to the North American option to avoid losing potential sales. I am hopeful that this can be addressed promptly to prevent any revenue loss.
