We placed an order on 01/15/[redacted] for an LG American fridge for €[redacted].00. Our order number is [redacted]-[redacted], which was confirmed. However, on the 16th, we received an email from Amazon stating that the order has been cancelled without any reason given, and the price of the product has increased to €[redacted]. This is completely unacceptable. Regardless, Amazon cannot unilaterally cancel the order since it is a bilateral contract. Therefore, in the absence of a mutual agreement, the fridge should be delivered to us at the displayed price. If not, we will have to seek legal action to enforce our rights.

I received an email from Amazon on January 10th, informing me that as a loyal Prime customer, I was going to receive Music Unlimited for a month for free. However, I noticed that on January 11th, I was billed $8.66 for Music Unlimited. After reaching out to Amazon's customer service via chat, they assured me that a refund will be issued. I am issuing a formal notice against Amazon Canada.
Mr. Frederic Verdy purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite tablet, model P610NZAAXAC (order: #[redacted]-[redacted]), for $[redacted].39 (taxes included) on November 27, [redacted]. The item was delivered to Mr. Verdy's residence on November 30, [redacted]. The Amazon return policy (see Appendix 1) is valid until December 31, [redacted]. The tablet is defective, constantly restarting unexpectedly. Mr. Verdy has contacted Samsung's customer support and none of their solutions have resolved the issue. He has updated the tablet's applications and operating system, performed a factory reset, and the problem persists.
Mr. Verdy contacted Amazon Canada's customer service on January 17, [redacted], requesting a refund for the tablet, which was denied. According to Amazon's policies, such products can be returned within 30 days of delivery (see Appendix 2). However, considering the holiday season and the nature of Christmas gifts (the tablet was a gift for Mr. Verdy's son), where items are often only used during the holidays and not immediately upon receipt, Amazon Canada has extended the return deadline to January 31, [redacted] (see Appendix 1).
Mr. Verdy demands from Amazon Canada an authorization for return, a shipping label, and a full refund for the tablet by January 27, [redacted]. Failure to comply will result in legal action in the Quebec courts.

Hello,
I've already subscribed to Amazon Prime and recently paid extra for access to the Australian tennis on Eurosport/Discovery Plus. However, I'm only able to watch "session tennis," not the full matches. The "AO" squares don't indicate which match is being shown before clicking on them. The live boxes only display match times without player information and the matches start late at night BST, making it unwatchable for me. How can I watch the tennis matches in their entirety like the earlier Sidney tournament, where you could see the match details before viewing them? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I placed an order for bird seed, batteries, and tissues on 1/11/22 with an estimated delivery of 1/14-15/22. However, the order was delayed, with the new estimated delivery of 1/16-17/22. Today, it was supposed to be delivered, but the tracking information shows it has been sitting in a warehouse in Quantico, VA since 1/15/22. It's frustrating that the messages about the delivery were not accurate. The order was shipped via the Post Office, and due to its size, I have to pick it up, which is challenging for me since I'm 70 years old and have limited mobility. I made an order and canceled it before it was shipped. Multiple representatives assured me it was canceled, and I received a refund. Despite this, the item was delivered to my home while I was away. I purchased a Bethlehem star for next year's Christmas tree. The star I received was not as advertised in the picture; it had clear lights and lacked the promised gold middle and multiple functions. Amazon sent a replacement, which I have prepared for return with the provided Prepaid label. Today, I spoke to two different representatives who could unlock my account with the security questions. However, since I can't see my account, I can't provide accurate answers. I can confirm my email, home address, and credit card information but cannot recall specifics like my Prime sign-up date or recent purchases. I prefer not to create a new account, repurchase Prime, and lose my saved data. Is there an alternative method to unlock my account? I appreciate any assistance.

I received multiple calls on Sunday evening from a man claiming that I had ordered an iPhone on my Amazon account, which I did not. The caller, who had difficulty speaking English, insisted I download an app to resolve the issue. Feeling suspicious, I uninstalled the app during the download process. The caller became aggressive, using inappropriate language towards me. Despite my protests, he continued to call me repeatedly over a span of three hours. I have saved the caller's numbers on my phone. If this is related to an unauthorized iPhone purchase on my account, I want to report this disturbing encounter.

I have experienced multiple issues with Amazon deliveries recently. Despite having clear instructions posted on my door and a visible bell, packages were often not delivered with the excuse that no one was available to receive them. In some cases, this was accurate, but other times it was not. The instructions on the door clearly direct delivery drivers to a designated area for secure package drop-offs, which all other carriers follow without issue. I have a monthly subscription for Enfamil baby formula through Amazon, which is paid with SNAP/EBT. However, my deliveries are being sent to an Amazon locker that is 35 minutes away from my home, rather than to my rural address where I receive other packages without issues. When I try to post a product question or review on Amazon, I receive a message saying my reviews have been removed due to unusual activity on my account. I followed Amazon's instructions to reach out via email to address the issue. It's been over a month and a half, and I have not received any response or explanation for my restricted access. As a retiree who enjoys leaving reviews for products I purchase, I am puzzled by this situation. Lacking the ability to ask questions before buying, I have had to return items that didn't meet my needs. I am eager to resolve this matter and regain access to my account. I seek clarity on what led to this restriction and how I can rectify it, as the lack of communication is frustrating for me and does not benefit me or Amazon.

I've tried several times and even called for help, but was told it's an issue with MSN which I can't contact. I recently sent an email to Amazon (on 1/20/22, at 3:17 pm) regarding database issues to "[redacted]" I also want to reference Certified Letter No: 7[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted] (for Amazon New Account) that was mailed on 1/6/22 (less than 2 weeks ago) following purchases made on Amazon on 1/4/22. The ordered products have not been delivered yet. I couldn't find a way to contact Amazon until today (1/20/22) at 5 pm (via search engine pop-ups). The purchased products include:

Requesting Amazon Corporate HQ in Seattle, WA, to review the letter sent with the products ordered. Mother hopes Amazon can deliver the purchased products.

Today, I had a delivery scheduled, and I was disappointed to see that even though I was the last stop on the driver's list, my item was not delivered. Despite leaving instructions for the driver to call me if needed, no attempt was made to contact me. I observed through the tracking app as the driver seemingly made no effort to deliver my package, which left me feeling frustrated and surprised.
