Worried that the order didn't go through, I tried placing it again, spending around $[redacted] each time. Unfortunately, these subsequent orders also didn't appear in my order history. I fear that I may have accidentally made duplicate orders, and I am concerned that I might be charged for all of them if I can't cancel the extra ones since they are not showing up under my orders.

I recently received an email stating that an order was declined and my card was involved. Even though I did not make any recent orders and have received those I did place, this message is concerning. I believe it is important for the security team to investigate this matter promptly.

I placed an order for groceries last night (12/6) for delivery between 10am and 12pm today. When I checked the status at 10:20am, it was listed as packed. However, when I looked again at 11:20am, my order had vanished from my account. After searching, I found it under Cancelled Orders, even though I did not cancel it. I tried to reach out to Amazon Customer Service, but I was directed to a phone queue with an estimated wait time of 22 minutes. It has now been almost 40 minutes with no call. The estimated wait time has said 1 minute for over 10 minutes. I am feeling frustrated as I was hoping to receive my groceries today. Now, I will have to come up with an alternative plan. This experience has left me shocked and disappointed.

I recently received a faulty game with missing pieces. After contacting customer service, I was informed a replacement would be sent as they couldn't provide the missing parts. I followed instructions and did not return the original game. However, I later received an email from Amazon requesting its return. I replied explaining my situation. Now, I have been charged for the game. I am displeased and plan to dispute the charge on my credit card statement. I purchased a gift for Jon Stein in Madison, CT, but my account order did not reflect this purchase, and I did not receive the usual email confirmation. Consequently, I placed the order again. Upon checking, I noticed that two of the same items were scheduled for delivery to Jon Stein. I have since successfully canceled one of the orders. I am frustrated with the repeated issues of packages being delivered to the wrong address by your delivery personnel. It is challenging for me to locate my packages and carry them back due to my disability. Please instruct your delivery team to double-check the house numbers, as our house has easily visible large numbers on the front. I have not received my refund of $[redacted] for an order that was declined. I was expecting it within 24 hours, and it has been 4 days now. I am frustrated as I have not received any assistance despite waiting to speak to customer service for over 30 minutes. Amazon's system and customer service seem to be lacking, with frequent order cancellations and issues with receiving the correct items. The wait times for assistance are longer than advertised, and I am still without my refund or a resolution. The service provided has been disappointing, and I believe Safeway's customer service is superior in comparison. I am still in need of my refund and a response from customer service.

I purchased two books from a friend's gift registry. The books show as delivered, but my friend never received them. The address on the registry only shows "Round Rock, TX" without a specific house number or street. I need to find out what happened to the books to send them to my friend or get a refund to buy and ship them again to the correct address.

Last night, I was informed that three packages worth $[redacted].24 were delivered to my porch around 7:35 pm on Monday, December 6. However, upon checking, I did not find any packages on my porch. Our security camera did not record any activity during that time. It appears that the packages were mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. Order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I spoke with Amazon regarding a missing package. Despite a nighttime photo showing delivery on the street wall, I hadn't received it. Amazon asked me to contact them today, but I can't reach customer service. This has happened before, with packages being left on my busy street. I always request items to be left on my doorstep, which is [redacted] feet from the street. My granddaughter had to pick up the supposed order. I am seeking a refund for the undelivered package.

I can't access my account because of suspected fraudulent activities. However, upon reviewing it, the charges were not fraudulent but made by my toddler. I need my account to be unlocked. Hello, I'm reaching out here after not receiving a response to my email from yesterday or finding a resolution over the phone. I placed an order for 14 products on December 3. Initially, my credit card payment for [redacted] euros seemed successful, but later I received an email claiming the payment was declined. I purchased 3 items and completed the checkout process. After being redirected to a page confirming the order would be emailed to me, I never received it, and it's not in my Amazon order history on the app. I attempted to reorder with the same outcome. I made a purchase of a stylus and iPad case on October 14th, totaling $64.18 with Order#[redacted]-[redacted]. Despite receiving a delivery notice, the items were not delivered to my apartment #9. After contacting Amazon, they sent a replacement on October 17th. However, I later noticed two separate charges of $32.09 each on December 5th, totaling $64.18 with Order#[redacted]-[redacted]. The charges seem to be for not returning the replacement items, which is confusing as the original items were never received, and the replacements were not meant to be charged for. This has resulted in me paying twice for the stylus and iPad case.
