My name is Naga Arjun from Sankarapuram, Kallakurichi District, Tamil Nadu, India. I ordered a Redmi Poco F1 product that I wanted to gift to my relatives urgently. Unfortunately, the product was returned to the dealer without any notification, claiming I had refused it. I contacted customer care (Fazil) to address this issue, but they were unable to assist, insisting I place a new order. When I requested to speak to a higher officer, I was transferred to a team leader who showed little respect or responsiveness, eventually disconnecting the call. I am seeking a resolution as I did not receive my product, was falsely marked as refusing it, encountered disrespect from the team leader, and felt utterly disappointed by these events.

I've been unable to access my Amazon account for a few months now. I've reached out to Customer Service via phone, and they keep sending me the same message requesting me to disable Two-Step Verification by providing a scanned copy of a government-issued ID. Unfortunately, the OTP is not working on my system, making it impossible for me to access the provided link. I wish to regain access to my account and disable Two-Step Verification. Please advise on an alternative method to submit my ID for verification.

I reside in a rural location and have encountered issues with Amazon deliveries on weekends. I repeatedly receive notifications claiming that my packages were undeliverable due to reasons like a closed gate or building, which are not accurate as I don't have a gate and my building is accessible. Today, once again, I received a message about my building being closed, though there are people present to receive the delivery. This situation is frustrating as it seems like a deliberate deception. The tracking ID for the current undelivered item is TBA[redacted]00, and its prompt delivery is crucial. I have contacted UPS and Fedex but have not been able to determine the carrier. The conduct of your weekend carriers, in this case, appears unacceptable, lazy, and dishonest.

Hello, I placed an order on Prime Day for a Samsung Note 9 with accessories for my husband, Jason M. He also ordered a Samsung Note 9 for me along with other items. After setting up the phones, we noticed battery issues, connectivity problems, and ill-fitting accessories. We requested a return, received return information from Amazon, and returned the items to Hermes and Royal Mail. Amazon notified us of an issue with the package contents, stating a possible mix-up. We contacted customer service, but the resolution is pending. Requesting urgent assistance regarding missing items totaling £[redacted].99. I anticipate a prompt update before considering further action. Regards, Mrs. Paula M. Contact: [redacted]2.

I want to raise a complaint about accidentally ordering duplicate AKG Y50 Headphones on July 18, [redacted], using my account linked to the email [redacted] I mistakenly clicked checkout, causing the page to freeze. Believing the order hadn't processed, I repeated the checkout process. It was later revealed that I had unintentionally placed a duplicate order. I contacted the seller to cancel, and after some time, I called Amazon to inquire about a refund. I discovered that the duplicate was delivered to my old address, which I have not used for over a year. Amazon advised they couldn't assist since I didn't reach out to them earlier. I find this frustrating as I wasn't aware of the duplicate order and had no opportunity to verify the delivery address. I am seeking a refund for the unintended duplicate order. I await your response.

I have not received my order. The delivery person arrived with an unsealed packet that had a hole in it. Although Amazon's message stated that the delivery was completed, I did not receive anything. I kindly request a replacement for this item. Attached are photos of the damaged package that was shown to me by the delivery person, who then took it back without making a proper delivery.

I placed an order for a Microsoft computer with Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. I received an email informing me that my account has been blocked due to potential fraud concerns. Although I provided the requested credit card information, my account remains locked with no response. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly to either proceed with the purchase or cancel it to buy elsewhere. While I value security measures, missing Amazon's call to verify my order seems to have caused this situation. I believe Amazon can uphold its reputation and help me.

I recently received a special offer for a Kindle Oasis at $[redacted].99, and I would like to proceed with the purchase. However, I encountered an issue as the system does not permit delivery to my address in South Africa. Over the years, I have been a loyal Amazon customer, having bought 3 Kindles and numerous books without any problems with delivery to the same address in South Africa. It is disheartening to be unable to take advantage of the special price for the Kindle Oasis and leather cover. I am confused as to why this restriction is occurring now when I have not faced it previously. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. Best regards, D.L.

I have noticed four charges on my Merrick Bank credit card ending in [redacted] that I would like further detail on. The charges in question are dated 6/11/[redacted] for $14.06, $[redacted].82 (twice), and one on 6/12 for $15.05. I am seeking information regarding the items purchased and the shipping address associated with each charge to verify their validity.
Additionally, I encountered a separate issue after contacting Amazon for assistance. The representative mentioned unauthorized charges of $[redacted].00 on my Amazon card, claiming they were for iPads. However, I disputed these charges as not being mine. The representative suggested clearing the charges by sending a cash card for $[redacted], promising a refund of $[redacted]. This seemed suspicious, especially considering my Amazon card has a zero balance. I have his name and contact information but believe this to be a scam.

I am frustrated as I tried changing my password and got stuck in a two-step verification process. Contacting Customer Service, I was asked obscure questions about dates and transactions from years ago. I couldn't answer them, resulting in two reps refusing to unlock me until I could. Despite being a loyal Amazon member and shopper for years, I faced unhelpful stonewalling. This experience has been insulting and possibly the worst customer service I have encountered. I simply want to create a new password and access my Amazon account for shopping. I was advised to keep calling, hoping for different questions from various agents. Can someone assist me effectively?

I recently purchased a digital watch from Amazon for $25 AUD and paid an additional $8 AUD for delivery, totaling $31 AUD. Upon receiving the package, I found the invoice inside indicating the watch cost $14 AUD with a $5 AUD delivery charge, totaling $19 AUD. I feel deceived by Amazon and unsatisfied with this discrepancy. I would like a refund of the total amount of $31 AUD, including the delivery charge. Please arrange to collect the watch from my home as I no longer want it. This experience has left me disappointed, and I will refrain from making future purchases from Amazon.

I purchased a red Kong Fu single tea set but received a purple one instead. The quality is poor as it doesn't pour correctly and is lopsided. The blue one I got previously was beautiful and functioned well, making me want to order more in the five elements' colors. However, I'm disappointed with this recent purchase. As a new Prime member, this is my first month, and the delivery took a long time. I'm unsure how to proceed, and the experience has not been satisfactory.

Hello, I recently ordered an item on Amazon and unfortunately received the wrong item twice. The first time, Amazon picked it up and sent the correct one, but today I received the same wrong item again. When I contacted customer service, they hung up on me after giving me a $10 credit. I am disappointed as my order has been delayed, and I fear receiving the wrong item once more. In the past, Amazon would offer complimentary items or a free month of Prime for such mistakes. I miss the convenience of emailing Amazon directly. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your assistance. - Sarah

I need help with a password change I did not request. When I tried to log in, I was told my password was incorrect. After following the first step to change it online and entering the authentication code from the email, I was asked for another code sent to a mobile number ending in [redacted], which is not mine. I reported this issue multiple times, including sharing the email showing the unauthorized password change request. I discovered a similar request was made on another account of mine, indicating a potential security breach. I reached out to another company for help, and they were supportive. However, when contacting you, I was unable to reach a supervisor despite expressing my security concerns. I also mentioned a previous issue with updating my mobile phone number in December that seems to have been overlooked.

I need assistance with accessing my Amazon account. Yesterday, I had help from several Amazon representatives who tried to send me a password reset link, but I never received any of the emails. I confirmed with my email provider, Charter, that the issue is not on their end as I received other emails without a problem.
When I attempted to provide my mobile number to Amazon, I received a message stating they could not verify my identity. My mobile number, [redacted], was previously a landline before I ported it to a mobile device, which might be why Amazon is unable to recognize me as a customer.
To summarize:
Phone: [redacted]
Email: [redacted]
I am a legitimate Amazon Prime member. Amazon could resolve this by sending me a password reset link or allowing me to create a new account, transferring my Prime membership accordingly.
Thank you,
Mary Lou B.

I have been an Amazon Prime member for a long time and have always been satisfied with the products and services. Recently, there has been an issue with the shipping carrier changing from UPS to USPS, causing delays in delivery to my residence in Breckenridge, CO. This change has led to longer delivery times, impacting the quality of service I receive. I have noticed that neighbors are still receiving packages directly from UPS, which has led me to wonder why my address is unable to have packages sent directly to my home. This situation has been inconvenient, especially when handling large items like a lawn mower that I need to pick up from the post office. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently ordered a black solar tech fountain, but unfortunately, it did not work with my birdbath. I have followed the return instructions provided by the company, and the item is ready to be returned to UPS. Although I noticed a replacement was being processed, I actually prefer a refund over a replacement. I have since canceled the replacement order as it had not yet been shipped.
I have a couple of questions:
1) Should I still proceed with the return, and can I expect a credit to my credit card?
2) Could you please double-check to ensure that no replacement is sent to me? If one is sent, what should I do since I am unable to refuse deliveries due to the delivery process in my area?
Kindly contact me either by phone at 1-[redacted] or via email at [redacted]

Ten years ago, my identity was stolen. Recently, I've noticed a Gmail account that keeps reappearing as the managing email on Google, despite my attempts to delete it. This account might be linked to the identity theft, as my Amazon credit card was used for unauthorized purchases. Even though the credit card company refunded the money, I'm worried about the security of my accounts. It seems like someone is monitoring my keystrokes and accessing sensitive information from 10 years ago. I need assistance urgently to remove this suspicious Gmail account and secure my online accounts. - Mike
