I reside in Chapel Hill, North Carolina at [redacted] Settle Chapel Hill NC, [redacted]. An Amazon Prime delivery driver frequently speeds down our block, causing concern for me and my neighbors. Despite our multiple complaints, the driver continues to drive recklessly down the cul-de-sac. His high-speed maneuvers around my driveway and the back of my house pose a serious safety hazard, especially if my children are playing outside. I have politely asked him twice to slow down, but he has ignored our requests and persists in driving rashly. I am worried about the potential risks this driver's behavior poses, and I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I recently granted Amazon access to my computer to remove unauthorized charges for Amazon Prime membership totaling $13.09 per month. Despite this, the charges were not canceled. During the process, the Amazon representative requested control of my computer, which made me uncomfortable. Subsequently, I found additional charges on my credit card statement for $75.00, $75.00, and $50.00, which I did not authorize or recognize. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue, as it has caused me to lose trust in Amazon. I kindly request that the unauthorized charges, including the $13.09 monthly fees and the additional amounts, be removed from my credit card to address this matter promptly.

Hello Team, I am reaching out regarding my order with Tracking ID: [redacted]28. The delivery was scheduled for Friday, July 21st, but unfortunately, only one of the two items I purchased arrived. I received the Pigeon Hot 24 Idly Pot with Steamer from Cloudtail India, but the Prestige Omega Select Plus Non-Stick Paniyarakkal with Lid ([redacted] mm, Black) is missing. It is concerning that both items were assigned the same tracking ID and only one was delivered. I have already made the payment for both products, and the missing item's whereabouts are unknown. Subject: Postage Refund Request for Damaged Windmill Order [redacted] Hello, I am writing regarding my recent order ([redacted]-[redacted]) for a multi-headed windmill that arrived damaged. I returned the item using the supplier's provided label. While I have received a refund for the windmill, I have yet to be refunded for the postage I paid to return it. The supplier's return policy clearly states that return postage will be refunded if the return is due to their error, as it was in this case. I submitted copies of the receipt for the return postage (£2.95p) in May [redacted] after being informed by the buyer guarantee department that it would be reimbursed upon receipt of the receipts. I have been struggling to access my account for the past three months. Unfortunately, during that time, some of my personal accounts got hacked. I contacted customer service on April 3, [redacted], seeking help to recover my account. However, the representative I spoke to couldn't assist me properly as he claimed the name I provided didn't match the one on the account. Despite him mentioning sending an email with a link to disable the two-step verification, I couldn't locate it in my inbox or junk mail (due to my email being compromised). Recently, I found the email in my archive folder. Every time I attempt to reset my password, I'm directed to an Authentication Required page requesting a one-time password sent to my email, which I never receive in my inbox, junk mail, or even my archieved folder. I received a notification that my Paper Plane Design School Canvas Pencil Stationary Pouches for Children - Design 66 was dispatched and should arrive by June 29th. However, I have not received the item yet. I expected better service and communication, especially if there were delivery issues like a locked door. I even checked with my neighbor, but no one from Amazon tried to deliver the package. I attempted to call the number provided in the message, but had no luck reaching anyone. I am disappointed and frustrated that I paid for the product but have not received it.

Order [redacted]-[redacted] was defective, and I requested a return while traveling. Instead of returning to my home, the replacement was mistakenly sent to a campground in Trenton, Ga. The campground staff informed me they returned the replacement to Amazon. Upon my return, I processed the return for the defective item. The replacement has been received by Amazon, but the defective item is still in transit. How can I ensure I receive my replacement item?

I have a question about why and when my account was closed. The treatment I've received makes me feel like Amazon believes poor people have no place in their world. It seems like there's an attitude from the top down that looks down on individuals who haven't been able to overcome their circumstances. It's frustrating to be disregarded and mistreated simply because of one's economic status. This mindset of superiority from those who have succeeded financially is disheartening. I just need clarity on the closure of my account, but I doubt I'll receive a satisfactory response given the circumstances.

On June 17th, I took the package to the rental office where UPS handles deliveries. Despite following Amazon's instructions by placing the original barcode inside the package, the UPS driver encountered difficulty due to a missing shipping label on June 28th. After contacting UPS and Amazon, a new tracking number and barcode were provided by Amazon and affixed to the package. However, the UPS driver could not pick up or scan the package on June 28th. With the 30-day return grace period ending on July 4th, it is crucial for Amazon to issue a new tracking number and ensure UPS generates a new shipping label promptly to process the return within the specified timeframe. I have received four emails informing me of a prime membership being canceled or put on hold due to insufficient funds in my bank account. I did not sign up for prime membership and do not want it now. Due to financial constraints as I am between jobs, I cannot afford any charges. Despite speaking to a representative, the issue persists, and I keep receiving emails about attempted charges. I enjoy using Amazon but wish to resolve this matter promptly. If the notifications of pending charges persist, I may escalate the issue. I wish to avoid unnecessary expenses, especially when it involves a service I did not subscribe to.

Once again, the "guaranteed delivery by 9:00 pm" promise has not been met. I received another notification that my packages are delayed in transit. I'm starting to dread when Amazon handles deliveries instead of UPS or FedEx since the latter two usually stick to their delivery times. It seems like incompetence or laziness is prevalent in whoever is managing the delivery service in my area, especially during weekend deliveries. This recurring issue every weekend has caused my confidence in Amazon's "Guaranteed Delivery Date" to decline, particularly with orders like [redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted]-[redacted] that were missed on Saturday. I have five more packages scheduled for Sunday, but I anticipate delays with at least three of them. Despite not being a major Amazon customer, ordering only a few times a month ([redacted] times this year), I value timely deliveries. In my previous job managing customer deliveries for a Fortune [redacted] company, ensuring on-time deliveries was a top priority for all employees.

I communicated via email yesterday with a representative who confirmed that I should receive a refund for an item. However, upon checking the refund status, I noticed that the wrong items were refunded. I do not have any issue with the refunded items. The problem lies with the 2 Fun Guys and a shiitake mushroom log that I bought around a month ago. Despite my attempts to contact them, I have not received a response. The shiitake mushroom log is defective and is the item that should be refunded, not the two items currently listed.

I made an order on 14th May [redacted] for a Russell Hobbs Chester Compact Kettle. After realizing my mistake, I attempted to cancel it, but the courier had already left with the parcel on 15th May [redacted]. To my surprise, there was no refund processed despite the cancellation attempt. The courier falsely stated in the website that the item was handed to me when in fact I refused the delivery. I am unable to find a way to contact the chatline for help with the refund issue as your website does not provide clear instructions on how to reach out for assistance. I have previously raised this concern but have not received a response to my three emails regarding the matter.

I purchased two black Mini Hidden Cameras for home security in April. After realizing I ordered the wrong ones, I returned them in early May. I received confirmation of the return and was refunded. Recently, I was informed that one item was received, but the other is still in transit despite both being sent back in the same box. I was unexpectedly charged for the undelivered item. I was assured by Prime that my therapy beads would arrive by Friday. Despite it now being Monday, the package is still not here. When discussing this issue with a customer service representative over the phone, I was informed that the delay was due to USPS. However, I am a member of Prime and not USPS, and it is disappointing that the representative did not take this into consideration. They simply mentioned the package would arrive soon without acknowledging my concerns. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority for Amazon in this situation. While my business may not be on the scale of Amazon, I always prioritize customer service. This experience has made me reconsider my membership with Amazon. Though I understand I may not be missed by Amazon, the lack of care from the representative has left a negative impression on me.
