Amazon UK Customer Service Issues

I was informed that my order was delivered on Sunday by Craig, but as the resident, I never received anything. Despite waiting 48 hours and checking with my neighbors, I have been unable to locate the package. No delivery note was left, and I suspect it may have been delivered to the wrong address. I was at home all day waiting for the delivery with no sign of Craig. Please refund the glue gun and hair color items. I rely on online shopping due to my visual impairment and inability to drive, but this experience has been very disappointing. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
