I need assistance with obtaining the registration number of the Amazon delivery vehicle that damaged my horsebox in a private stable yard. My insurance company's legal team, United Legal, requires this information to proceed with my claim. Unfortunately, Amazon's intermediary, ARC, has refused to provide me with the registration number. Despite lacking CCTV footage or witnesses, I am struggling to prove liability for the damage caused. I kindly seek advice on how to directly obtain the registration number from Amazon. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you that my order was not delivered as scheduled yesterday. The tracking information stated there was an issue at the door, but that is inaccurate as my mother was awake at the specified time and no one attempted to contact us through the intercom. I am concerned that the delivery driver may have mishandled the package or that it was stolen. I kindly request either a refund or a reshipment of the item. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of Hobos shoes on August 21st with velcro straps due to mobility issues. I've worn them a few times, and the velcro on the right shoe has detached, rendering them unwearable. I have tried contacting Amazon through their website for returns or to reach the seller, but my requests aren't going through. Despite finding several Amazon UK customer service numbers online, they all seem to be out of service or constantly busy. This situation is frustrating. I am seeking a replacement pair or a refund. I have regularly shopped on Amazon for over five years, and I recently faced a unique situation. On Monday, 18th Sep [redacted], I was expecting 10 items to be delivered. Unfortunately, I was not at home, so I asked my sister to accept the delivery on my behalf. She was unaware of the number of packages I was receiving. The delivery person mentioned an OTP for four boxes, and my sister relayed it to him. However, upon opening the boxes, I discovered that four items were missing. Despite my attempts to reach out to customer service via call and chat, they were unhelpful and insisted that all items were delivered since we provided the OTP. This lack of empathy and understanding was disappointing, especially considering the value and importance of the missing items. I hope Amazon investigates this matter further to address the missing items and prevent such incidents in the future.

I ordered 2 bottles of Baileys, but received a box with 2 bottles of cheap wine. I attempted to return it but was told it was non-returnable. I recently returned a fire that was priced at £[redacted].99 on 24/8/[redacted] via the post office. After following up twice over the phone, I was informed that the refund would be processed in a few days. However, I later received emails requesting the receipt, which I explained I didn't have the capability to provide. Being almost 80 years old, I struggle with computers, and this level of service from Amazon, where I've been a customer for over two decades, is quite disappointing. If this is the new standard, I'm unsure if I wish to continue as a customer.

I received a Cordless TENS unit today. It seems to be made in China and does not have a CE marking. I'm unsure if it's safe to use or if I should report it to Consumer Advice or Trading Standards. I tried Amazon's help screens but got no assistance. Amazon said it's safe but doesn't realize the importance of the CE mark. The unit charged this time, but I'm hesitant to use it.

Yesterday, my Marlene nail machine and rug were delivered. The delivery driver from Amazon threw both items over a 6ft gate and then took a photo of them standing against the front of the gate. My father was home all day and did not hear the doorbell ring, which is quite loud. As a result, the nail machine now has a rattle. Although it is still working, I am not completely satisfied with it due to the rattling noise. The handling of my items has left me disappointed.

I attempted to return an Amazon order for a phone case at my local post office, but I was advised that their Amazon counter is currently not operational to process returns. This issue has apparently persisted for weeks, affecting other customers as well. The staff tried to assist me by canceling and resubmitting my return using Royal Mail instead of the Amazon counter, but the necessary option did not appear. Without this option, the post office cannot accept and handle my parcel for return. They mentioned that if more customers report this problem to Amazon, it may prompt the company to address and resolve the issue with the counter.

I am having trouble receiving my refund for the iPad I returned to the post office on 02/10/23. Despite following all the necessary steps and having a returns bar code, I did not receive a receipt. I have been a loyal customer of Crazy Deals for years, but I feel like they are now ignoring me. I generated the label for the item pickup and affixed it clearly to the box. Placed the box in the apartment foyer, which was accessible for collection. No one attempted to collect all day. Around 3 pm, I found a blank note from Evri with no information. I have been trying to reschedule pick-up since then, only to be redirected multiple times. Even attempted to arrange pick-up with Evri directly, just to be told the parcel was already picked up by someone else. The parcel remains in the foyer, uncollected. It's frustrating that there is no customer service hotline on the Amazon website. Every time I try to contact them, I end up going in circles and redirected to FAQs repeatedly.

I received three automatic hair curling tongs priced at £39.00 each and five mixed blondes toppers priced at £59.99 each. However, I only intended to order one automatic curler and one mixed Benehair medium brown mixed blonde topper. I believe I mistakenly ordered more items. While attempting to return them, my card was compromised, but I have been informed that the issue has been resolved and my Amazon account access restored. I have been trying to return these items since 5th October and have not made any payment for them. I require a QR code for the return process. I received my order today. Unfortunately, it was left at my front door without a notification. As a hearing-impaired individual, I rely on visual notifications for deliveries. My equipment did not alert me, and I was unaware that the package had been delivered. I usually have good experiences with Royal Mail and Evri deliveries as they are aware of my impairment and ensure I am notified. This time, the delivery person did not follow the usual procedure and did not ring my doorbell. I value the service provided by Amazon and appreciate the effort put into deliveries. Hello, I recently purchased a Firestick 4k Max from one of your suppliers about five weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing some issues with it. Initially, it works fine, but then it becomes erratic by freezing and not responding to the remote control consistently. I have tried resetting it to factory settings, which temporarily resolves the problem, but it returns to the same fault. The seller advised me to reach out to you about this issue. During the delivery, the driver accidentally damaged our sandstone wall, the new wooden fence, and the electric supply to the garden and driveway. He informed his supervisor at the Carlisle depot, who advised us to reach out to you about this issue. We are requesting assistance in fixing the damaged area, ideally rebuilding the entire section with materials from Amazon and ensuring the safe reconnection of the electricity supply.

I need to return an item - an electric lifting cushion that I bought for my frail wife. Unfortunately, the motor is excessively noisy and the control is too stiff for her weak hand. A return label is provided, but I cannot afford the postage to send it back to China. I also can't bear to lose the £[redacted].00 it cost me to purchase it. I am willing to drop it off at Amazon in Peterborough to hopefully get a refund.
