I need to obtain a police report for an item that has allegedly been delivered but I have not received it. The police will only provide me with an incident number and a report because there is no evidence of delivery or a crime. I have been informed that this goes against consumer rights according to the [redacted] regulations, where the seller needs to prove delivery or cover the loss. I never received, signed for, or handled the item in question. I feel abandoned to deal with this issue without support from Amazon. The situation seems to be more complicated due to the high value of the item. I urgently need a resolution. I purchased a renewed Galaxy S21 as a replacement for my failing S7, which I cannot afford to replace without a refund or a new phone. I am 68 years old, and this has caused me immense anxiety and sleepless nights. Kindly address this promptly, or I may have to seek assistance from consumer rights organizations and ombudsmen. I purchased the "STILORD 'Nevio' Leather Shoulder Bag" but am encountering difficulties returning it. I have tried for three weeks to send it back but have received no response from the seller regarding the returns QR code. I have attempted the return process multiple times to no avail. When I called the Stilford UK helpline, a German automated system answered and disconnected. I am inquiring about my order#[redacted]-[redacted]. I am residing in Australia and purchased this item as a gift for my grandchild in Singapore, as the item was not available in either Australia or Singapore and was ready to be shipped to Singapore. I have made several inquiries regarding the refund process after the order was canceled on July 27th due to the item being out of stock. Despite being informed 10 days ago that my refund was being processed and should have been received within 2 to 3 days, there has been no update. After reaching out again and being told the refund should be the latest by the 5th of July, this date has also passed with no refund issued. I am eager to know when I can expect to receive the refund.

I am having trouble with my Firestick on my Acer laptop's dual boot system with OBS Studio. Initially, everything worked fine on Windows, but the image is slow on Ubuntu despite being on the same WiFi connection. I am now only using the Firestick on an updated Windows 10. Recently, the sound worked sporadically, but now it has stopped completely. Even after unplugging the Firestick, restarting, and reinstalling it with no sound or remote clicks. I also reinstalled OBS Studio with no improvement. When I reinstalled the Firestick and set it up with my Amazon Prime account, I found that when setting the sound, only TV options are available, and I cannot hear anything. The system keeps prompting me to adjust the volume on the remote, even though it doesn't work.

I ordered 1 electric fan for £42, along with 2 oil diffusers - 1 priced at £22 and the other at £24. When I received a gift card from the post office, I called to place my order. However, the person on the phone requested a screenshot and I found it stressful as he had difficulty communicating in English. I suspected he might be a scammer when he asked for my ID after I provided the code number, so I ended the call. The gift card was for £[redacted] and addressed to Miss Euphemia Christie at NW108SR.

Good morning, Yesterday, I received a phone call from a man named John claiming to be from Amazon, stating that I had ordered an iPhone through Amazon using an app I don't have or an account I recently closed due to unauthorized Amazon Prime charges. The numbers they called from were 07[redacted]25 and [redacted]4. I have not made any recent purchases from Amazon and would like this investigated. Sincerely, Andrew M.

I received a router package with a SIM card, but unfortunately, the SIM card was not functional. After receiving a replacement router, I noticed there was no SIM card included in the package. To resolve the issue, I had to buy a separate EE SIM card, which is now working well with the router. At this point, I have two routers and one non-working SIM card. I am willing to keep one of the routers but do not intend to pay the £[redacted] for the 18-month contract. What would you like me to do with the extra router?

I purchased 30 liters of Mayfield Cat litter on August 5th, order number [redacted]-[redacted]. However, on August 6th, the status changed to undeliverable. I followed Amazon's 14-day wait period protocol but have not received a refund yet. I've tried Live Chat multiple times, which only redirects me to My Orders. I've also requested three phone calls, but when I confirm I am calling about the mentioned item, I get put on hold for 10 minutes with no further assistance. I am becoming increasingly frustrated as I cannot find another way to reach Amazon for help.

I have an Amazon Prime subscription, and I recently ordered fish tank supplies for a birthday surprise. The delivery was scheduled for the next day, and I waited all day until 8pm as I received an email saying it would arrive by then. Unfortunately, it did not arrive on time. The frustrating part is that if I don't receive it by the 26th, five days later, I can only get a refund. Living in the countryside, I can't easily pop to a store to buy the items. I believe there should have been a clear indication during the ordering process about the delivery time. This situation has left me without the necessary supplies, and I'm disappointed with the service. I have been trying to log into my account, which I've been doing for the past two decades. However, every time I attempt to access it, I encounter an issue where nothing occurs. I've tried reaching out for assistance via phone, but have faced difficulties in finding a customer service number. At present, I am locked out of my account and unable to make any orders. A package was delivered to one of the apartments in my building by a driver who was driving recklessly through our car park where children were playing and I had just finished walking my dog. When I politely asked the driver to slow down next time because of the kids around, he responded rudely saying "what's it got to do with me." I explained that it's a private area where children play, but he told me to leave him alone as he was just delivering a package. Upset by his attitude, I questioned his behavior, but he became aggressive and threw the parcel into the lobby. Despite mentioning that I would report him to Amazon for his behavior, he continued to be disrespectful, even making threatening gestures towards me. As a 58-year-old man with a history of heart issues, I felt very intimidated by the situation.

I purchased a Phaewo electric scooter in February [redacted] through Amazon Prime, which came with a standard 12-month warranty. Unfortunately, the pole connecting to the board I stand on has come apart. This part doesn't have any screws attaching it, and the metal plate has become unattached. I rely on this scooter for work in home care, which is why I invested $[redacted] in it. I have a photo that clearly shows this issue is not due to wear and tear. As far as I know, all Phaewo scooters should come with a 12-month warranty, excluding wheels and tires. Due to this problem, I am currently unable to use the scooter.

I attempted to cancel my order due to delayed shipping, but the company claims the order has already been shipped. Amazon's tracking shows otherwise. I am uncertain if the item has truly been dispatched. There have been complaints suggesting the company fails to send products and continuously delays shipment updates. The company in question is Chalkys or FAO Chalkys. Attempts to reach Chalkys by phone have been unsuccessful, as calls are rerouted to voicemail. Thank you, C.

I ordered an item from Amazon fulfilled by Chalkys at 4 Compton Park, Wildmere Road, Banbury, United Kingdom, OX16 3LU. After waiting for 16 days, I decided to cancel my order. Chalky's response was that they couldn't cancel it as it was already dispatched. However, Amazon.de shows that the order has not been dispatched yet. I'm confused now. Who should I believe, Amazon or Chalky's? The order was made on Amazon.de but may be fulfilled by Amazon UK. Thank you for any assistance.

I bought the Yaheetech wall cabinet on September 8th. I received a notification from DPD stating they delivered the item to the wrong address even though I was at home. Can I please get a replacement soon? Thank you, Betty Green.

I have received the wrong size replacement canopy for my garden swing three times now from VidaXL UK. Each time, I have been sent a 210x120 cm canopy instead of the 210x146 cm size I ordered. I have returned one item but still waiting for the credit. I am frustrated with the company's incompetence. I need assistance returning the incorrect items and getting my payments refunded promptly.
