I received an email from Royal Mail informing me that my order with No. [redacted]--[redacted] -[redacted], which includes three items, has been taken to a collection point instead of being delivered. There are multiple issues with this situation: 1) The email does not specify which collection point my package is at, causing confusion. 2) I lack any proof that the parcel belongs to me. 3) As a disabled and housebound individual, I have no one available to collect it on my behalf. I have encountered issues with three orders. One for a sofabed costing £[redacted] was refunded to my bank account. Subsequently, I purchased another sofabed amounting to £[redacted].99 once the refund was processed. However, the company claims they owe me £25. The transaction of £[redacted].99 does not appear on my banking app. I am distressed as I feel I have been unfairly charged for two undelivered sofabeds. The first order was placed after the refund of £[redacted] was initiated, and I have proof that I am owed the full amount of £[redacted].99, not just £25. The promised delivery dates have been missed, adding to my frustration and stress.

On June 1st, I placed an order for the HSLJ1 Scalloped Glass Flower ceiling hanging light. Despite receiving multiple emails from Amazon regarding payment issues, my order was ultimately cancelled. To ensure my daughter still received her birthday gift, I promptly reordered the same item on June 6th. To my surprise, I ended up receiving two separate deliveries of the same item on June 16th and 23rd. I have since reached out for a returns label for the extra light, but the postage remains unpaid. Considering the nature of the item as heavy and delicate, I believe the postage cost should not be my responsibility.

I have had repeated issues with deliveries being left at the front of my house. The driver claims it was "handed to resident" when it was not, despite clear instructions for a safe place. I was home but received no knock or ring of the doorbell, yet the status was updated as delivered. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. My property's front is not a safe location for packages. This has occurred twice in the past week, and it is frustrating that Amazon UK lacks a contact phone number for assistance. Please allocate resources to enable customer support via phone considering the profits being made.

I am having trouble accessing my account as I receive a message stating it has been closed. I was informed by Amazon.co.uk that my account was closed due to a high rate of refunds and marketplace claims. I have not made any orders or requested refunds from Amazon.co.uk in over a year. I recently spoke with an Amazon representative who helped me cancel my account due to unauthorized access. I was informed that it could take up to 48 hours to complete the process and that I could create a new account immediately. However, when attempting to do so, I received a message stating I already have an account, causing confusion.
Furthermore, I encountered issues with receiving the OTP code to reset my password via email as emails were not coming through. This has left me without an account on Amazon, resulting in the closure of my Amazon Prime membership. I bought books from Amazon UK, but two of the items never arrived. According to the website, they might be lost in the mail, as they only made it to Kent, England, and then there was no further tracking information. I bought an Apple iPad mini 4 on April 14, [redacted], under Amazon Renewed Guarantee. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted] and it cost £[redacted].20. The battery's capacity is supposed to be over 80% of the original, but it's falling short. The battery life has been decreasing gradually over the past weeks, and the low battery signal no longer appears before the device shuts off unexpectedly. Recently, it turned off with 25% battery still shown. There are also connectivity issues. My 8th generation, 10.2-inch iPad connects with ease to services like Sky Sports and Google, unlike the iPad mini 4.

I accidentally ordered item [redacted][redacted] from Vape Superstore. Despite my attempt to cancel immediately, I was unable to do so in time. I was advised to refuse the item upon delivery to get a refund. The delivery was refused, and I was supposed to receive a refund within 3-5 working days, as of the 29th of June. However, I have not received it yet. I couldn't track the return since I didn't physically return the item. After contacting the seller multiple times, I was informed that Amazon is handling the refund process. I am not concerned about who is responsible; I just want my refund promptly.

Subject: Unauthorized charges and fraudulent activity on Mr. Murphy's account.
To the Management of Amazon,
We have recently discovered unauthorized money withdrawals from our client's bank account, conducted by Amazon without proper consent. This constitutes a serious crime of fraud.
Mr. Murphy contacted me last week regarding an undelivered parcel where Amazon claimed delivery was made, and now this additional issue suggests a possible problem related to his account. Despite reviewing CCTV footage with the police on the previous matter, there was disrespectful communication towards Mr. Murphy.
Upon Mr. Murphy's return of the faulty watch, an email was received confirming its receipt by Royal Mail, which ensured the watch's condition before dispatch. Subsequently, Amazon, without valid payment details on file, unlawfully charged £39.99 from Mr. Murphy's account. This breach of privacy and financial security has been reported as a fraudulent act. Moreover, baseless accusations against Mr. Murphy further exacerbate the situation. We challenge Amazon's baseless claims with no evidence to support them.
A prompt refund of the charged amount is expected within 1 day; failure to comply will result in legal action for fraud and negligence of our client's privacy rights after removing his details from your platform.

I bought an Echo Studio and was expecting it on 12/7/23, but despite being told it would arrive before 7 pm, it didn't show up. I stayed up until 11 pm as advised that the item was still on its way. Since then, I have been calling to inquire about the delivery but was told to wait until 18/7/23 for a resolution, and now being informed that the issue won't be addressed until 27/7/23, even though I was notified that the item is lost. Amazon has charged me for the product but failed to deliver it, which feels like theft. I want this issue resolved promptly.

I have tried numerous times to navigate your complicated computer system to either get a replacement or a refund, but it has been unsuccessful. I would like a new lawnmower, but I am unhappy with the idea of having to pay more than the original 1-day Prime deal I had initially purchased.

I believe this requirement excludes those without mobiles, which I find unacceptable. My request is to have my original account reinstated, and it would be beneficial to have a direct way to contact Amazon UK in case of login issues.

I attempted to create a new account with a different email, but it failed as I don't own a mobile phone. It seems unfair to require a mobile phone for account setup as not everyone has one.
