Hello, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share my recent experience with ordering power banks. I placed an order on 12/01/[redacted] for 10,[redacted] mAh power banks. After a long wait, they finally arrived on 02/11/[redacted]. However, I received a different product with 5,[redacted] mAh instead. When I left a negative review, the seller asked me to change it to positive in return for a refund. I found this quite shocking and decided to open a dispute instead, requesting half of the money back ($28). Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I ordered a Festool router from Alibaba, but the supplier made a mistake during labeling and sent 5 units instead of one. Now my package is held at customs, and I am being asked to pay for all 5 units to retrieve it because they cannot separate them. I have already paid storage fees, but there is still no delivery and no response from the supplier. The company involved is All Trade Network, and the product is from the United Arab Emirates.

Hello, I wrote to Alibaba France in Paris on February 24th via registered mail, and they received it on February 27th. I included a bank statement of 58.30 euros dated January 12, [redacted], with the letter. Until today, there has been no refund of this amount or any response to my letter. I have sent 10 emails to dispute, complaint, and trader security with no response. Please refund me the amount as the order was canceled on January 13th. I fail to see where the issue lies. I ordered 2 phones with Assurance Order No. [redacted][redacted]5. The supplier did not include the street and house number on the shipment, causing the delivery company to return the package to the supplier. I contacted the transportation company and the intermediary warehouse, receiving written confirmation that the package was returned due to the recipient's address missing. I provided evidence to the supplier on Alibaba, who claimed the delivery address was provided without proof. As per postal service laws, the shipper is entitled to claim up to $[redacted] for lost goods. I requested the supplier to resend the phones, but they refused. I initiated a refund dispute since the recipient cannot claim compensation for lost goods. Alibaba reviewed the dispute, stating they couldn't assist as the package was lost in Germany. As the recipient, I am unable to claim compensation from the shipper or the transportation company, as per the law the supplier should refund me first and then claim compensation from the transportation company.

I am dissatisfied with the outcome of the dispute with ALIBABA. Per the trade assurance, I was supposed to receive two phones from Ningbo Hijia Import & Export Co., Ltd., with order number No.[redacted][redacted]5 placed on February 15, [redacted], totaling $[redacted]. However, I never received the order. The supplier failed to provide the complete delivery address, leading the package to be returned. Despite providing evidence to the supplier, they claimed the address was included without proof. According to postal delivery laws, the sender can claim up to $[redacted] for lost goods, but the recipient cannot. I requested the phones to be resent, but after initially agreeing, the supplier reneged. I opened a dispute for a refund, seeking to hold the sender accountable. However, in the dispute resolution, I was not protected as the buyer. I urge for a reevaluation of the dispute and a response to my refund request. I have evidence ready to provide if needed. I placed an order with Yueqing Supower Electric Co,Ltd. for a grid inverter for a wind turbine with discharge resistance and limiting sensor. The output power is 1000W, input voltage is 22-60V, and output is 120V/220AC. The product costs [redacted] euros, with shipping totaling [redacted] euros, and customs fees and handling adding up to [redacted] euros. Unfortunately, I received a grid-tied solar inverter instead of the one I had requested. I messaged the company, and they seem to have received it, but haven't responded yet. If I request a refund through Alibaba, they would refund me [redacted] euros.

I purchased an MSI laptop from Trecy Jairus, a seller on Ali Baba. She connected me with the person I paid for the order through WhatsApp and provided proof of payment. However, the person who received the money has disappeared. I've been trying to contact him for five days without success. I ordered a screen from this seller, but when I received it, it was not as described in the listing. I opened a dispute for a refund. I have contacted the seller for the return process. The seller provided their details for the return. Seller confirmed receiving the item successfully. I followed up with the seller for the refund, and on March 29, [redacted], the seller mentioned a refund would be processed. However, to date, I have not received anything, and the seller reads my messages but does not respond. The seller has now received the screen in perfect condition that I returned to get a refund, but they are refusing to provide the refund. As a result, the seller has taken €[redacted] without refunding me on the Aliexpress platform.

I'm upset as I ordered an MSI laptop from Ali Baba a month ago from seller Tracy Jairus. I paid [redacted] euros, but I haven't received anything yet. The seller says they can't send one laptop and wants me to pay another [redacted] euros for two laptops, which I can't afford. I've explained my situation as a refugee from Ukraine in Strasbourg under the EU's protection, but they won't refund my money. I borrowed the [redacted] euros and only need one laptop. Can someone help me either receive the laptop or get a refund?
