I have encountered an issue with Beautylux Direct Store on AliExpress. I ordered 5 Beautylux Acrylgel tubes for £14, but the tracking information claims the items were delivered and signed for on May 26, [redacted], by a third-party company. Despite my attempts to communicate with the sender, including opening a dispute, I have not received any satisfactory responses. The provided tracking number is SYMY[redacted]46, and the contact number leads to Scottish Hydro, not a delivery company. I purchased a product from a seller on AliExpress, but the item I received was of poor quality and vastly different from the product shown on the website. After contacting the seller and opening a dispute, they promised to refund me through PayPal if I closed the dispute. I followed their instructions, but the refund is still pending. Despite numerous attempts to contact the seller, they are unresponsive, and I am now unable to communicate with them or open a new dispute. I believe this situation is a scam. I kindly request AliExpress to intervene and assist me in retrieving my money as I have already invested a significant amount of time and funds into resolving this issue.

I encountered an issue with AliExpress when I attempted to make a purchase using my Amazon Chase credit card. Despite receiving messages that the transactions were declined, I was surprised to see charges on my credit card statement for the unsuccessful attempts. I managed to successfully order using my bank card, but it resulted in receiving poor quality knock-off Nike shoes. I disputed the charges on my Amazon credit card and have not opened the package from the successful bank card transaction. This situation is becoming quite unsettling and I am unsure how to proceed. Any advice on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

Hello, My father made a purchase from a seller for an item over $[redacted] on October 18. Unfortunately, the seller messaged us a few days later stating that the product was of poor quality and wouldn't be sent. My father didn't see the message and continued to wait for the item. After several months passed without receiving the order, I checked the status and discovered the seller's message. I replied to the seller explaining that we hadn't seen the message and requested a refund since the item was never sent. The seller advised me to cancel the order or open a dispute, but it's been too long since my father made the purchase, and I can no longer do so. The seller insists they can't help without a dispute being opened. What should I do? We're concerned about the significant amount of money involved, especially since the item was never delivered. Hello, I would like to apologize for any language difficulties. I am currently using the AliDropship plugin and encountered a problem with the "ship from" attribute section. I removed some countries from this section to focus on dropshipping exclusively from American suppliers. However, this action seems to have caused issues as I learned online that altering this attribute may disrupt the automatic ordering process. Some suppliers may have stock in America, but if items are out of stock, the system may place orders from a warehouse like China instead, impacting the accuracy of stock numbers on my website which currently aggregate both American and Chinese warehouses.

Dear Ali, I recently purchased a selfie stick from Roreta 3C Digital Store for my son's birthday. The parcel arrived on time, but unfortunately, the remote control does not work. I contacted the seller and opened a dispute, providing videos to demonstrate the issue. The seller agreed to send me a new remote control but requested that I place a new order with a price modification, which I tried to do as instructed without success. Before resolving this, AliExpress closed the dispute and refunded me $2. Now I have a selfie stick that is unusable without a working remote control, an essential part of the product. Hello, my name is Catina. I placed an order with Goddess Dresses store for my daughter's prom. Initially, they assured me it would arrive in time. When it didn't, I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. However, they refused and claimed it would still arrive on time, even though it didn't. The website also doesn't clearly state that they cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Since the package was still with the carrier, I asked them to return it as it was overdue. They still won't refund me, even though they have their item back. I have all the messages as evidence. The company's business ethics are poor, and I just want my refund from the website AliExpress.

They marked the item as shipped and delivered without me receiving anything. It's been impossible for it to be delivered in one day. I believe they were dishonest. I want a refund. Dear Sir or Madam, I recently placed a sizable order with you on May 26th. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with several of my purchases and have three concerns that require urgent attention. Order Number: [redacted][redacted] 1) The Bobokateer long-sleeve t-shirt from Bobokateer store that I received has a hole at the top right-hand side seam. 2) The women's new autumn simple casual blue and white A-line dress from Bestshe store does not match the length measurement as stated online, resulting in me purchasing two dresses that do not meet my needs. 3) I ordered women's elastic metal waist belts from Sibituo store, requesting a gold belt, but received a silver one instead. I have contacted each seller regarding these issues but have not received any responses. I kindly request a full refund for the four mentioned products promptly. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding order number [redacted][redacted], I have opened a dispute for a partial refund due to an issue with the radio control of the item. AliExpress initiated a return process without informing me, but returning the item is impractical since it had to be modified and is now incompatible. I had to spend extra money at a locksmith and Toyota dealer to make the item partially functional. The remote control remains incompatible and cannot be used as intended. I requested a partial refund, which the seller has denied. I have attached a photo showing the radio control's lack of compatibility. The return option is not viable, as the seller cannot resell the item in its current state.

The necessary modifications, which included cutting the key and reprogramming it at a Toyota dealership, rendered the remote control incompatible with the original. Despite my request for a partial refund, the seller has denied any compensation. Attached is a photo showing the non-compliant radio control lacking brand information or CE markings. Due to the item's unusable state, a return is illogical.

Dear AliExpress, I am a loyal customer and frequently order products from your platform. Recently, I purchased a dress for $87 listed as "ruthshen Prom Dresses High Low Party Dresses Sleeveless Arabic Dubai Short Front Long Back Vestidos Para Festa Curto Prom Gowns." However, upon receiving the item, I was disappointed by the poor quality and a strong gasoline-like odor. Additionally, the dress started tearing apart. I have reached out to the seller multiple times via email requesting to return the item and receive a refund, but have not received a satisfactory response. As a student, $87 is a significant amount for me, and I have all the email correspondence with the seller to support my claim. I'd like to report an issue with Ali Express. They have taken my money without delivering my order. I've been trying to get a refund, but no one seems to be able to help me. This is unacceptable. I demand a refund of $[redacted]. I have evidence of this on my phone. Ali Express has no customer service phone number, and I reside in Baltimore, Maryland. I simply want my money refunded, around $80, even if they don't deliver the items.

I am experiencing issues with my orders being closed for security reasons. Initially, I believed it was due to my card and asked my bank to remove the "International Block." However, upon attempting to repurchase items on AliExpress, I encountered the same problem. Despite submitting my information and ID to Alipay, my orders continue to be closed. I ordered a Motorola V3i, but customs charged me USD 22. After not receiving the order and initiating a return that the seller ignored, Aliexpress closed my dispute without a refund. I was forced to pay the customs fee to collect my order. Now, only 2 weeks later, the phone has stopped working, but the website still shows it at the distribution center with no return option available. The seller is unresponsive. Hello. I have been in communication with the seller on the message board for almost a year regarding an order I placed before last year ended. I am frustrated because the seller is attempting to deceive me by insisting on sending a different size than what I ordered. I want a refund but am unable to initiate a return on the platform. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with a seller, Superhome2018 Store, regarding my recent purchase on AliExpress. The product I received was defective and not functioning. After showing the seller videos and photos, they agreed to a full refund of [redacted].02 SEK. However, they only refunded [redacted].45 SEK, which is [redacted] SEK less. The seller is now refusing to refund the remaining amount and is suggesting I promote their products instead. I have tried multiple times to seek assistance from Ali Express, but unfortunately, I have not received any help. The TV box I purchased from the seller named SHADOW from ZHEJIANG, CHINA, does not function properly despite paying over $[redacted] for it. Comparing the service to Amazon and eBay, where help is readily available, I am disappointed in the lack of support I've experienced. I have requested a refund or a replacement as the current product appears to be a child's toy rather than the TV box I ordered. My rating for this experience is extremely low. As a customer, I expect a resolution promptly either by receiving a new functioning TV box or a refund. I hope for a swift resolution this time.

Dear Community, I am seeking advice on how to proceed with the return and refund of an anti-radiation suit purchased on June 12, [redacted]. Due to a job transfer, I have been unable to use the suit and opened a dispute on June 13 after the seller declined a return stating no quality issues.
