I fell victim to a scam by "ZSIIBO Store" as I trusted them too much. My first order was closed by the system without warning, and despite being told to wait an additional 2 weeks, my package never reached Romania after 3 months. Even after contacting the seller, I received the same unhelpful response. With my order being just $2.89, it may not be a significant amount, but I am troubled by the thought of others being similarly cheated. My order was placed on [redacted]-03-08 at 23:39, and the tracking number provided (UR[redacted]96CN) indicates the status as "Finished," despite never receiving the package from "ZSIIBO Store."

I purchased a mobile phone that arrived late in a damaged package with Russian writing on the tape. The phone has a functional issue and overheats during use and charging. I contacted customer service on May 18th and provided photos and videos, but they ignored me. I also experienced hacking on my email accounts. I purchased an Original unlocked Apple iPhone X 4G LTE mobile phone for $[redacted].05. However, when the package arrived at its destination, it contained counterfeit items instead of the phone. The seller sent accessories for an old Samsung phone in a Samsung S5 box. The receiver opened the package at the post office customs, and upon discovering the counterfeit goods, it was returned to the supplier with a customs stamp on it. I filed a dispute on AliExpress on May 22, [redacted], providing all the necessary evidence. The dispute is still in progress, and AliExpress has advised me to modify my comments, but I am unable to upload them. I have requested a refund and need assistance with this matter.

I bought a product from Mi Hair Store, a vendor of yours, but I have not received my order despite receiving an email confirming delivery. I purchased a TV box along with 2 other items 3 months ago, but the package arrived crushed and the TV box is not working despite all my attempts. I have reached out to Get Human for assistance over 10-15 times, but they keep asking if I have resolved my issue and to rate them, without providing any real help. I paid over $[redacted] for the box, but the one received is much smaller and appears to be a toy, not the product I ordered. It seems like a scam. I received a broken item from AliExpress, and they verified this through videos and photos. They are requesting me to send the item back from Ontario, Canada to China. The item is a WiFi camera with item number [redacted][redacted].
I informed them that shipping costs would exceed the item's value. After no response, I paid $93 USD for shipping of the broken item. I have requested either a new working camera or a refund, as it would cost me over $[redacted] Canadian to return the broken item. Canada Post has the details regarding the item's weight, height, and width.
If anyone can assist in resolving this matter, please contact me at [redacted]2 or via email at [redacted] I spoke with customer service, and they acknowledged that the shipping costs exceed the item value. However, I have not received any further response, and I feel like I have been scammed.

On May 3rd of this year, I purchased a navy Winter Men’s sweater in Korean style, M37. The Order ID is [redacted][redacted], and the total cost was NZD$52.65. Upon tracking the package using Ali Express standard shipping track number [redacted][redacted], I discovered that the delivery was unsuccessful. I was surprised as the package had reached my town of Timaru and other locations in New Zealand before being returned to China due to a destroyed label on the front, according to NZ Post. They provided me with a case number: [redacted]0. Despite contacting them twice, I have not received much assistance from the retailer in China, with the last message from Fantasying expressing apologies. I am open to receiving a refund if the sweater cannot be delivered. While I have had positive experiences with Ali Express in the past, I remain hopeful for a satisfactory resolution soon. According to official document WB [redacted] from DHL, there has been an issue with delivering a parcel due to an unreadable or damaged address. Despite DHL's attempts to clarify the recipient's address with CZHfmtransmitter, there was no response. As a result, the parcel was returned to China, causing delays and frustration. The situation has led to financial and emotional distress for the writer, resulting in a 32-day delay in receiving the package. Efforts have been made to seek assistance from various entities such as the EU Trade Commission, Hong Kong Justice Court, BBC World Service, FOX News, and Czech Public TV.

My order arrived damaged, and I have been in contact with the seller multiple times regarding this issue. I have pointed out that the product has an additional problem with the handles not being aligned properly. Attempting to straighten one handle only makes the other side more crooked. The item is unusable and is even missing a crystal button. I chose to buy from this seller based on their good feedback. I kindly requested a shipping label and a full refund credited back to my credit card. I sent pictures of the broken pieces to the seller. Despite my efforts, the seller insists that I bear the shipping costs for the return, which is unfair as the item arrived with multiple damages. The seller's lack of cooperation is disappointing. I urge AliExpress to assist me in this matter.
