I purchased two round-trip tickets from Bangkok to Phuket for my husband and myself through the 12GOAsia website. After booking, I noticed an error with my husband's name, which was entered as Mr Pascal Pascal Paul instead of Mr LANGLOIS Pascal Paul. His date of birth and passport number are correct: 05 Feb [redacted], Passport 22HA30213, FR. I reached out to 12GOAsia and provided a copy of his passport immediately to prove the error, but they informed me that the correction was refused. Is there any way to rectify this mistake? We can verify the passenger's identity as the passport number matches.

Subject: Request for Refund of Airline Tickets Dear Airasia Airlines Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your help with a refund for my airline tickets. My booking references are NBMVHK, I9MFRQ, BBSDVH, R9715Q, and the original travel dates were scheduled from January 14, [redacted], to February 1, [redacted]. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my family and I are unable to make the trip as planned. A sudden opportunity to welcome a two-year-old boy into our family alongside our two children has arisen unexpectedly. Given the swift nature of this event, we were unable to travel as intended and, therefore, cannot utilize the purchased airline tickets. While I understand the challenges with ticket refunds, I humbly request your consideration of our unique situation. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in approving the refund for the tickets under these extraordinary circumstances. Thank you very much for your anticipated support and assistance in accommodating our new family member. Warm regards, Norbert Nagy

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to report my experience boarding flight I5992 with PNR P59E9G from COK to CCU on 20/11/[redacted]. Despite being at gate no. 7 as indicated on my boarding pass, there was no staff present there 10 minutes before departure. I was redirected to gate no. 2, where an Air Asia official behaved rudely and refused to let me retrieve my mobile from gate no. 7. Consequently, I had to purchase a new ticket for the journey from COK to BLR on flight I51130 on 20/11/[redacted] and from BLR to CCU on 21/11/[redacted] with PNR Q534YZ. Additionally, my check-in luggage from flight I5992 was left unattended outside the office at the check-in lounge, leading to the loss of items worth approximately Rs 70,[redacted]. I lodged a complaint at 9:20 pm on 20/11/[redacted] as instructed by the staff at the "may I help you kiosk" at COK. I kindly request appropriate action against the airline and compensation for the financial and emotional distress incurred. The tickets were purchased through Udchalo, and I have attached all relevant documents, including a photo of the Air Asia staff member involved. Best regards, Pradip Kumar Khawas Ex Sgt, Indian Air Force Ser. No. [redacted]-H

I am writing because I would like to cancel my group's flight booking to Sarawak scheduled for May. The trip was organized by Datin Juma. Initially, we were supposed to travel in March before the fasting month but the trip got postponed to May instead. Unfortunately, I have prior commitments in May and cannot join the trip. Can you please advise on the cancellation process for the booking? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello. I wanted to purchase a ticket from Bangkok to Krabi through the booking.com website, but it didn't work. After about ten unsuccessful attempts, I decided to buy the tickets from the trip.com website, and it worked right away. A few minutes after receiving the confirmation email from trip.com, I got an email from booking.com stating that my tickets were validated. Now I have the same tickets twice, and I ended up paying twice. I want to get a refund for one of them. I have two reservations for the same flight with two different codes. Neither of the two agencies is willing to refund the full amount over the phone or email. I have also emailed AirAsia, but I haven't received a response yet. Thank you for helping me get a refund for one of the reservations.

Hello, I need to cancel a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Krabi scheduled for 10/02. Unfortunately, my husband was hospitalized today, and we were supposed to take the plane tonight to Kuala Lumpur. I am having trouble canceling the AirAsia flight scheduled for 10/02/24 to Krabi. I cannot find a French-speaking contact with the company. Can someone tell me how I can do this? Thank you.

I recently acquired a new passport and must update my passport information on my current reservation with Air Asia. I attempted to use their automated customer support, 'Bo,' but it's unable to assist me at this time. I also left a voicemail on their system over a month ago but haven't received a response or call-back. It's crucial for me to update my passport details for an upcoming flight.
