Can I request for a seat assignment?

Yes, passengers can request a seat assignment with AirAsia. During the booking process, there is an option to select a preferred seat, which may be subject to additional fees. Alternatively, customers can also choose to purchase the Value Pack, offering additional benefits like preferred seat selection. However, seat assignment requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Passengers who haven't pre-selected a seat will be automatically assigned one during check-in. To increase the chances of getting a desired seat, it is recommended to check-in online as early as possible. AirAsia strives to accommodate seat preferences but cannot guarantee specific seats, especially during peak travel periods.
