I recently made a reservation for a flight from Hong Kong to Phuket with AirAsia. Unfortunately, when I attempted to pay, I encountered issues with my card. Despite trying again, the problem persisted, leading me to subsequently book a similar flight with Hong Kong Airways. Later on, I received a text notification from my bank alerting me of a potential fraud issue regarding the initial AirAsia booking. The message clarified that the charge would only proceed should I make another attempt to purchase the flight. Regrettably, I only received this message after making two additional unsuccessful payment tries. Consequently, the original AirAsia booking went through along with the Hong Kong Airways reservation. As a result, I am now holding tickets for two flights to the same destination at the same time and am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund for one of them.

I recently booked a flight and received an email the following day suggesting that I could add more baggage to my reservation. I attempted to do so by following the link provided in the email. However, every time I tried to log in to my AirAsia account, I received a message stating I had never flown with them and had no upcoming flights. I'm facing this issue every time I successfully log in. All I need is to add baggage to my September 7th flight in advance to avoid any inconvenience at the airport. I need assistance with ensuring my baggage is checked through from Kolkata to Auckland via Kuala Lumpur with Air Asia. My ticket indicates 25 kg baggage from Kolkata to Sydney with a layover in Kuala Lumpur. I won't leave the airport during the 16-hour layover in Kuala Lumpur and need my luggage to be checked through to Auckland without needing to collect and recheck it. I am concerned as the layover is in Sydney, and I want to make sure my luggage reaches Auckland without any issues. I rescheduled my flight from September 20 to September 21 at the same time and paid nearly 4,[redacted] PHP in a booking fee. However, the date on my itinerary did not update, causing me to miss my flight today. I have attempted to request a refund or speak with a customer service representative to change my flight, but the automated system lacks helpful prompts. I have submitted refund requests twice, but they were both closed without resolution. My last resort is to file a complaint with the Civil Aeronautics Board.

I changed my flight from September 20 to September 21 at the same time. Hello, I booked a flight yesterday, but the third-party website I used showed an error message at the end of the transaction. I assumed the booking didn't go through and rebooked the same flight. Now I have two bookings for the same flight. I spent three hours on the phone with the company, and they advised me to contact you to cancel one of the bookings. On December 1, we departed from Barcelona to Phuket, then traveled to Krabi with AirAsia for a connecting flight to Bangkok Don Muang Airport (reservation: V6RVRZ, flight number: FD3224).
