Hello, Good afternoon. I require assistance. During the purchase of my ticket, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address. A message appeared stating my reservation was being processed. I was provided with a reference number, which is [redacted]22. Upon realizing the error, I attempted to contact support via the website chat. Unfortunately, as I don't have an Air Asia account, I was unable to resolve the issue without the correct email and booking number. Could you please update my email for this purchase to [redacted] and provide me with the reservation number? Thank you.

I run a small travel agency and often book Air Asia flights for my customers in Asia. Because Air Asia only allows a maximum of 9 persons per booking, I made two bookings. Yesterday, I booked KUL-TWU, and today, I wanted to book TWU-DPS. Unfortunately, I accidentally booked the same route twice for the first 8 persons. I've been trying for 4 hours to cancel one of the duplicate bookings or contact Air Asia, but so far, I have had no success.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform your office that due to a technical error or poor internet connection, I accidentally made two bookings for the same date and time. Both bookings were paid for using my Metrobank Credit Card, and I received email confirmations for both transactions. I would greatly appreciate it if you could process a refund for one of the bookings, as I have encountered difficulties trying to do so through the AirAsia chatbot. I lodged a complaint immediately after making the double booking. Booking #1: Q94FMN Booking #2: U9ICNN Date of booking: January 14, [redacted] Payment method: Metrobank Credit Card ending in [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I recently tried to book a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney for October 22, [redacted]. However, I encountered an issue with my credit card during the payment process. After fixing the problem, I successfully paid for the flight but received a booking confirmation for June 28, [redacted] instead of the selected date. I have attempted various methods to change my flight date, but the Air Asia app is not showing available flights on October 22 and beyond. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone through the provided phone numbers for assistance. Urgently seeking help to either reschedule my flight or arrange a refund to rebook. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Booking No: X4YLJC

I made a mistake in my booking yesterday and have been trying to contact AirAsia. I left my name, phone number, and provided the booking number, date of departure, and flight number. I thought I selected July 7, but my itinerary shows July 12. I would like to change my departure date to July 7 as we need to attend an important event on that day. I am willing to pay the necessary fees for the change. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Below are the flight details: Flight No: D7237 Booking No: [redacted] Confirmation Code: T13Q4Y Ray & Y Igasan

I recently made a flight reservation through a third-party website, Bravofly, and realized that there is a misspelling in one of the names. I reached out to them to rectify this, but they informed me that their policy with AirAsia prevents them from altering the name. Upon contacting AirAsia, I was directed to a support bot that advised me to contact the third-party website for any name change requests. I am eager to speak with a human representative to resolve this name correction issue promptly.

Hello, my name is Graham Osborne. I have a flight booked with Thai AirAsia through Trip.com, and I am unable to fly on July 3 due to unforeseen circumstances related to the Chinese government. I kindly request to reschedule my flight to July 6 at the same time or any available time on that day. Unfortunately, when I made the booking, I was unaware of the restriction that the flight couldn't be changed, as it was not clearly stated on the Trip.com website. Trip.com suggested contacting Thai AirAsia directly for assistance. I have always been a loyal customer of AirAsia and I am hopeful that you can assist me with this situation. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent flight on June 27 from Chiang Mai to Kuala Lumpur with booking number [redacted]. I specifically selected the “Value Pack” option on your website prior to my flight, which included insurance, a 20kg baggage allowance, and a meal (screenshot attached). However, upon arrival at the check-in counter, I was informed that my ticket did not include baggage or a meal, resulting in additional unexpected fees. Furthermore, I was charged for excess baggage starting from 15kg instead of the stated 20kg, significantly increasing my overall costs. The manager (initials M.T.) I spoke with expressed confusion over the discrepancy between what was included in my booking. I kindly request a refund of the [redacted] THB I paid for the additional baggage charges, as I believe there may have been an error in your system given that I did not receive an email confirmation of my flight details.

I am a regular traveler on Air Asia. Unfortunately, due to the cancellation of Jetstar flight JQ767 from Adelaide to Sydney on 01/07 because of bad weather, I missed my Air Asia flight scheduled for the same day at 20:45. I attempted to contact Air Asia to reschedule my flight for 02/07, but was unable to reach anyone. Consequently, I had to book a new flight with Air Asia for the following day (02/07) on flight D7 [redacted]. As a loyal customer who frequently uses your services, I am seeking a refund or Air Asia points. I have upcoming travel plans to Australia and would appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I need assistance with adding baggage to my upcoming flight from Kuala Lumpur to Chiang Mai booked through Agoda with a booking ID of [redacted]25 and an Airline Reference EZOMWM. Despite double-checking with Agoda, I am unable to add extras on the AirAsia website as the booking number is not recognized by their system. Subject: Refund Request for Unused Ticket Hello, I recently bought a ticket from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Chiang Mai Airport; however, I couldn't make my flight, FD [redacted] on June 18, [redacted], at 3:50 p.m. I paid airport taxes as part of this purchase. I would like to bring to your attention Article L224-66 of the Consumer Code, stating that passengers should receive a refund for individualized taxes and fees if they didn't board the flight and the ticket is no longer valid. I kindly ask for a refund of the excess taxes via the original payment method. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Warm regards, M. Thierry Vaudran

I purchased AirAsia flight tickets through Trip.com yesterday. They issued me tickets with different booking numbers: J6C53G and ODDJGR. I am traveling from TRZ to BWK on July 31st. I, Sikkandar Mohamed Abdullah, need assistance with the transit flight and boarding pass for both destinations. AirAsia authorities at TRZ informed me that I require the same booking number for transit assistance. I have already contacted Trip.com, and they advised me to reach out to AirAsia regarding this matter. Please help me resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I purchased a ticket on trip.com for a transit flight from TRZ to BWN on July 31st. However, when I clicked the button to enter passenger details and baggage options, the booking process redirected me. Despite completing the payment within 20 minutes, the issued ticket shows a departure from TRZ on July 31st and arrival in Bandar Seri Begawan on August 1st. The booking numbers I received, J6C53G & ODDJGR, are different from the TRZ flight, which has left me perplexed. After reaching out to trip.com, they instructed me to contact air asia directly as they only provide the booking numbers. I have also informed trip.com to email air asia about this discrepancy. I am seeking assistance to ensure a smooth check-in process as a transit passenger traveling from TRZ to BWN. My name is Sikkandar Mohamed Abdullah. Your prompt help in communicating with the air asia authorities at TRZ airport would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There seems to be an issue with the ticket that Trip.com issued for my trip from Trz to Bwn on 31 July 23. My name is Sikkandar Mohamed Abdullah, and my booking numbers are J6C53G & ODDJGR. I will be arriving in Bandar Seri Begawan on 1 August 23. I require assistance from Air Asia authorities at Trz airport for transit baggage and check-in to Bwn. I do not need a visa to Malaysia as I will be using the transfer counter to travel to the Bandar Seri Begawan gate in terminal 2, similar to Air Asia directly issuing the ticket for passengers. I hope for no issues during my boarding at Trz airport. Thank you for your help.

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased AirAsia flight tickets through Trip.com. They provided me with different booking numbers for my journey, making it difficult for me to board at Tiruchirappalli airport. I received booking numbers J6C53G and ODDJGR for my trip from TRZ to BWN on July 31st, arriving in Bandar Seri Begawan on August 1st. I would appreciate it if you could issue me one booking number for my transit flight. I was unaware that Trip.com issues separate booking numbers for travel. Kindly let me know about any charges involved in making this change. In the future, I will avoid buying AirAsia tickets from other websites. As a regular passenger with AirAsia, I kindly request to have the same booking number for both flights. My name is Sikkandar Mohamed Abdullah, and my AirAsia member ID is [redacted]. I also purchased a 30kg baggage allowance in my booking. Please consider my request promptly. Thank you.

My flight date was unexpectedly changed, resulting in a misconnection on the first leg of the journey. The altered reservation due to the flight date change is under reservation number Z3EJJF for flight AK [redacted]. The new flight for tomorrow, which now needs cancellation, is booked under flight number GB235H for AK [redacted].

I was recently refused entry to India, my layover point to Kuala Lumpur, because I lacked a visa. Consequently, I need to arrange a new flight. The alternative flight will reach Kuala Lumpur tomorrow night at 9 p.m., causing me to miss my connecting flight to Sydney departing at the same time. I am interested in possibly rescheduling for a later flight or exploring other options to reach Kuala Lumpur earlier. This new flight was suggested to me by the travel agency as the most suitable choice available.

Hello, On June 14, [redacted], I, Borrelli G., booked a flight from Lombok (LOP) to Kuala Lumpur (KUL) with a scheduled departure at 17:15 and arrival at 20:45. While booking, the airline's website unexpectedly stopped without providing any airline tickets. I thoroughly checked my email inbox, including the spam folder, but found no emails. Later that same morning, I successfully made a new reservation for the same route, same passengers, and same timings. I received the tickets via email for this new booking (Booking reference: GBC7KH). Upon reviewing my bank statement, I discovered that two transactions were processed for the same amount. I kindly request a refund for one of the duplicate transactions. Thank you, Borrelli G.
