I made a one-way flight booking (reference NZ7VPL) using my name, Ian Dowson. I wanted to change the first passenger name to my partner, Watsana Bunthue. Her co-passenger, Waengdao Phunoi, has the correct name. The flight is from Phuket to Don Mueang airport on 1st June [redacted]. Additionally, I booked and paid for a one-way ticket from Don Mueang to Phuket for my partner and her friend on 27th May (booking reference OYNU8H). I then booked a return flight from Phuket to Don Mueang for myself (booking X15BSL) to return on 29th August [redacted]. My partner is upset that her name is not on her return flight booking (NZ7VPL) to Don Mueang. I have tried to contact AirAsia multiple times without success, and I will visit their office in Phuket on 28th May if the issue is not resolved promptly. Kindly contact me at +[redacted]3 or email [redacted] to assist with this matter.

This is the fifth time I'm requesting to correct my flight booking NZ7VPL for my partner and her girlfriend. The first passenger's name should be Watsana Bunthue. I've tried multiple times to fix this issue, but AirAsia's system keeps adding my name instead. Even the phone number +[redacted]3 isn't working anymore.
My phone number is +[redacted]3. Can you please give me a call as soon as possible to resolve this issue? Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

Subject: Unauthorized Charge on My Credit Card
To the Air Asia Team,
I am writing to report an unauthorized charge on my credit card. In March, I booked a flight from Penang to Langkawi and paid €[redacted].53 for it. However, on May 12, [redacted], an additional amount of €[redacted].53 was deducted from my account for a flight I did not book. The charge appeared on my statement as: AIRASIA-AK-FLIGHT-USD 03-[redacted]3. I respectfully request a refund for this erroneous charge. I also urge you to investigate this matter to ensure the security of my credit card information.
Best regards,
D.P.

Dear Customer Service,
I have a flight booked with Air Asia from Singapore to Yogyakarta on 26 May, and unfortunately, it has been canceled. Despite trying to reach out to the chat bot Bo and exploring various phone numbers and email options, I have been unable to get in touch with AirAsia. I have taken the step to request my bank to initiate a chargeback for the amount debited by AirAsia. I remain hopeful for a resolution from AirAsia before my flight next Friday. If I do not hear from them, the bank will reverse the charge to my account.

I encountered an issue while booking a ticket from Del to Mel. Initially, I received an error message during payment prompting me to use another card, which I did, and the booking went through. However, I later found out that both transactions were successful despite the error message.
Booking Numbers:
1. Q84DWQ
2. C5CZ9T
Subsequently, I received the following email:
Dear Guest,
Your refund request ([redacted]88 - Refund Request Validated C5CZ9T) has been acknowledged in our system for booking number C5CZ9T. Your patience is appreciated as our team processes your refund request. You will be notified once the refund payment is finalized. In the meantime, you can track the refund status via AirAsia Super App.
Thank you.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with how my baggage was handled during my recent AirAsia flight. Upon arrival at Delhi on May 18th, I discovered my checked-in baggage was heavily damaged. The damage was extensive, with a significant tear in the hard-cover and a long crack on the side. This level of damage is unacceptable, causing inconvenience and frustration.
My interaction with the ground staff at the airport was also disappointing. After waiting around 30 minutes at the belt, I had to request Delhi airport officials to send someone from AirAsia. When I reported the damaged baggage, the staff initially tried to dissuade me from making a written complaint by offering cash compensation. I insisted on following the proper procedure and requested written documentation of the incident. I faced resistance from the staff in providing the necessary documentation.
After persistent requests, I was given a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) without a reference number, which raised more concerns. I wasn't guided on how to submit a claim or seek a resolution, making me feel neglected as a customer.
I urge AirAsia to thoroughly investigate and address the baggage damage and staff behavior promptly. I've attached photos of the damaged baggage and my boarding pass for reference, and can provide the PIR copy if needed.
I hope AirAsia values its customers and works towards preventing such incidents in the future. Thank you for your attention and assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

For days, we have tried to contact AirAsia to cancel our trip. Their system indicates that the flight number does not match. The flight date is May 31, [redacted], and it is under the name of Jacques T. The booking number is X5JQ7Z for the flight from Phuket to Paris, France.

I encountered a technical error on the AirAsia website while trying to book a flight. After receiving an error message and attempting to book three times, I was charged for all three attempts, resulting in three flight tickets for the same trip. I have already initiated a case for one of the duplicate bookings labeled as "duplicate booking" on the AirAsia app. However, I am unable to open a separate case for the other duplicate booking. I am seeking a refund for the two additional flights but the processing time is stated as 30 working days, which exceeds the date of my upcoming flight. I am concerned the case may no longer be valid after I have boarded the flight.

I have noticed that the World Health Organization under the United Nations, the USA, and many airlines like Cebu Pacific no longer require proof of Covid-19 vaccinations or negative tests before boarding. When does Air Asia plan to remove these requirements?
It seems like Air Asia is slow to follow suit in ending the Covid-19 mandates while others, including your competitors, have already done so. I am concerned that if your airline continues with these requirements, you might lose business to others. Kindly let me know before I make a booking on Tuesday, June 6, [redacted]. Thank you.

I made flight bookings on Expedia for AirAsia. However, I mistakenly selected the wrong date for one of the flights. I tried to use the automated system to change the date, but my bank blocked the payment of $68 for the change due to suspicious activity on my card. Although my card is now unblocked, I didn't proceed with the flight date change. To my surprise, I saw an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].96 from AirAsia, which has left me upset. I am requesting a refund for this charge and asking for the flight date change to be made at no additional cost.

Hello, I'm Dr. N. Leonardo, currently vacationing in Manila. I planned to gift my family a Boracay trip from July 27-31. Due to a fraud alert on my CHASE credit card, I used my sister-in-law's card instead. The booking numbers are J6JNJW and R91LWD under Berioso, Dela Cruz, and my sister-in-law Prescila D. Unfortunately, my computer's date was set to [redacted], leading to the wrong booking dates. I tried to change them but faced a 40,[redacted] pesos penalty. It was an honest mistake. I've been attempting to contact your office without success. Please, email me urgently.

I was scheduled to take a flight with Air Asia X (Flight D7 [redacted]) from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur at 8:45 PM on June 13, [redacted]. My Airline reference number is TVCMQB. My booking ID with eDreams is [redacted]6.
I couldn't board the flight as I didn't receive an ETA to Australia even though I applied for it on June 4, [redacted].
How can I go about getting a refund for the flight? Alternatively, is it possible to reschedule it for a later date, and if so, what is the furthest date I can postpone my travel to? Can I change my travel route using the same ticket?
I am currently in Honolulu, United States. How can I contact customer service, as I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone despite trying various phone numbers online?

On June 12, [redacted], I made a flight reservation from Taipei to Kuala Lumpur with AirAsia, but I have not yet received a confirmation email. Despite multiple efforts, I have been unable to create an AirAsia account to access my booking, and no email was sent with login credentials. I have checked my spam folder, but no relevant emails were found. Unfortunately, I could not find assistance on AirAsia's website or from their support representative "Bo." I have already emailed my concern to "[redacted]" but have not received a response yet.
The only information I have at the moment is my booking number, which is RCZKXX. Any help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

I have a flight booked from Bengaluru to Kuala Lumpur on October 8th. Due to unforeseen circumstances (job loss), I need to change my travel plans. Is it possible to cancel my current booking and rebook a flight from Kolkata to Kuala Lumpur instead? There are 3 months until my planned travel date, can I receive a refund for the cancellation? Also, I would like to know the applicable cancellation fees for international flights. I have a total of 3 tickets to cancel and rebook as I will be traveling with my parents. Thank you for your assistance.

I had a flight booked with Air Asia from Chiang Mai to Da Nang at 8:05 am on August 1st. My booking reference was YBCLGK, and the payment has been deducted from my account. I recently received notification that the flight was canceled due to booking inaccuracies. I attempted to contact Bo via live chat, but was informed the booking no longer existed and was supposedly through a travel agency, which is inaccurate as I booked directly through the Air Asia website. The reason given for the cancellation was a payment timing issue, which was due to my UK bank's processing time for international transactions. However, the funds have already been debited from my account despite not being able to board the flight. I am seeking a refund for the original flight fare.
