I am looking to fly Air France from Dublin to Nice on 1 May [redacted] and plan to travel frequently between Ireland and France. I prefer Air France via Paris due to its pet-friendly policy, even though a direct flight with Aer Lingus would be more convenient. I need to confirm if my 6.5-kilo dog can travel with me in the cabin and understand how to book my pet on board. I have all the required documentation for my dog and noticed a discrepancy between the recommended soft pet carriers and the only hard shell carriers available for purchase on the Air France website. Despite trying to contact the airline by phone without success, I hope to clarify the following before booking: Can my pet accompany me on flights AF [redacted] or AF [redacted] on 1 May [redacted] (or alternate flights if needed)? Do I need a specific carrier to meet Air France regulations? How can I pay for my pet's reservation, and is this option available online? Your assistance in resolving these queries is greatly appreciated as I plan to split my time between France and Ireland for several months each year, with future bookings planned for September post-summer season.

Hello,
I am reaching out regarding booking reference #L7Y5K7. Our experience with Air France customer service in Ghana has been complicated. We contacted them numerous times at the number [redacted][redacted] to arrange return tickets for a flight from Cotonou, Benin to Bengaluru, India via Paris on December 10th.
Despite being informed by customer service of a 59 GHC charge per ticket, when I visited the office near the Accra airport, they claimed the ticket was wrongly booked. Our departure was noted as December 10th from Paris to Bengaluru, contradicting our actual departure from Cotonou, Benin. The agent at Accra airport declined to assist, insisting I resolve the issue over the phone at [redacted]03, which proved unhelpful.
Currently, the online booking appears full, leaving me in a predicament through no fault of my own. The situation requires urgent resolution. I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in addressing this matter.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best Regards,
Rao

Hello, I have a booking with Air France (BRN: MLC6SR) and recently noticed a change to my return journey. The airline moved my return date from Feb 22nd to Feb 20th, [redacted], which shortened my stay in Chennai, India. I need help to secure availability for Feb 22nd, [redacted], or 1 to 2 days later.

I am seeking information on my bag's whereabouts. It did not accompany me on my flight two days ago. Despite reporting it as missing, I have not received any updates. The customer service team has been unhelpful, unable to provide even the country my bag is in. I am carrying three months' worth of essentials like clothes, toiletries, and medication. In addition, I have filed a claim for compensation due to this bag mishap and my denied boarding on the original flight. However, no one has effectively addressed any of these issues.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am continuing to experience an issue with my lost baggage from a recent flight from Paris to Marseille. The airline delivered my bag to my hotel in Marseille on the evening of December 6th, but my travel plans have since changed. Due to a military flight alteration, I will now be flying to Paris instead of Marseille and then returning home to Slovenia. As my bag remains in Marseille, I kindly request assistance in retrieving it from the hotel in Marseille and delivering it to my home address in Slovenia. This ongoing situation, caused by the airline, requires your prompt attention.

Upon my return from Charles de Gaulle to JFK, I discovered that my new Antler Atmosphere suitcase was damaged by the luggage handlers. The handle is stuck and cannot be raised or lowered. Additionally, the button is also jammed and cannot be pushed or released, rendering the suitcase unusable. This issue has made my travel experience very challenging, especially at 74 years old. I flew with Air France on flights VS6721 from Newcastle to Charles de Gaulle, and then VS6760 to JFK on November 24. I arrived home on December 6 and have been unable to reach their direct phone line at [redacted]7 since Thursday, December 9 as I have been on hold for 45 minutes.

I would like to reschedule our flights to match the new cruise dates in [redacted]. I understand that the flights for January [redacted] are not yet available in the Air France schedule. Could you please hold my booking until the flights are released so I can make the necessary changes? Thank you. Alan M.

Unfortunately, the payments were not acknowledged by Air France, and I had to pay Rs [redacted]/- again at the check-in counter. The receipt details are as follows:

I've been attempting to arrange my luggage transfer between my Air France flight from the UK to Paris and my Air Tahiti Nui flight to the USA. Despite numerous attempts on Twitter and Facebook, as well as spending hours this morning making phone calls only to get stuck on and transferred, I have not been successful. Paris is not my ultimate destination, and I won't need to pass through EU customs. Since these are two distinct flights with different airlines, my luggage wouldn't be automatically transferred. Can someone please advise me on how to collect and recheck my luggage at the Paris airport for my connecting flight?

I have a ticket with Air France for a round trip from Seattle to Paris on December 15, but due to Covid restrictions, I would like to convert it into a voucher valid for a year. I found out that the return flight on December 26 has already been canceled. The confirmation number for the booking is HS5IBI and the passenger's name is Peggy C. The departing flight is from Seattle Tacoma (SEA) operated by Delta Air Lines under flight number DL078 on an Airbus A330-[redacted] in the Main Cabin for a duration of 10 hours. Delta advised me to request the voucher through Air France. The purchase was made using the credit card of Mark L. R. at [redacted]. Can someone please assist me with this matter?

Dear Sir, I was unable to board my KLM flight last night due to an expired Permanent Residence Permit. I have resolved this issue today at the Embassy in Pretoria. I have been rebooked on an Air France flight tonight at 19:50 from Oliver Tambo airport. However, my PCR test is now outdated due to the previous flight cancellation. Can I fly with Air France if I get a booster shot at the airport? My situation is urgent as I am stranded in South Africa after my husband left for Sweden without me. I am supposed to travel to Paris, Copenhagen, and then to Sweden. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Else U.

I am currently facing issues changing my daughter's flight due to the delay in receiving her COVID-19 test results. Despite numerous attempts to contact Air France via phone and chat, I have been unable to reach customer service. The link provided in the chat to change the flight is not working. The flight is scheduled for tomorrow morning from Madrid to LAX. I urgently need to speak to a representative for assistance with this matter.

I am a French citizen. My return flight to Paris is scheduled for Monday, December 27th at 8:30 pm. It's been a challenge to find a COVID test within 48 hours (even in NYC where most labs are closed on weekends). I believe I may be able to get an "antigenic" test at Grand Central station while waiting for the result. Is this acceptable? Alternatively, I have noticed two testing points at JFK airport (hall 1 and hall 4) available on Monday, but I think they are not free. Are there any other solutions? Thank you for your assistance.

I am booked on a flight departing on January 8th from Paris Orly to Dzaoudzi via Saint-Denis with Air France and Air Austral. I have received three doses of the Pfizer vaccine, but the new travel requirements state that I need a VACCINE + 24h ANTIGEN TEST. I have a 9-hour layover in Saint-Denis, which complicates the timing of the test. If I take the antigen test at 3:00 pm before my initial flight at 4:40 pm from Paris, would I need to take another test in Reunion Island before my connecting flight at 3:50 pm, considering the first test would have expired by then?

Dear all,
I am currently feeling unwell and have a flight booked from Boston to Paris for Saturday, January 1st. Although I believe it is not Covid, I am experiencing a fever and would like to postpone my travel for safety reasons. I have tried to reschedule my flight online but was instructed to contact customer service. After several unsuccessful attempts, I finally spoke to representatives who said they needed to liaise with the Back Office before sending me an email, which I have not received yet. As my departure date is approaching rapidly, I am seeking assistance with this matter.
My booking reference is TK4CLM for a flight under the last name Hrabowski. The corresponding Service ID is MS001, and my deadline to reach Paris is by January 11th.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Amanda H.

My booking reference QHASSH seems to be stuck at the payment stage. I would like to settle the payment for the flights. The trip is for two passengers traveling from IAH to CDG, then BIA, and returning from MAD to ATL, then IAH.
During the payment process, there was a confirmation request from my credit card company, which had the wrong contact details, causing the payment to fail. I received an email instructing me to reach out to Air France, but I have been unsuccessful in finding a working contact method. My phone call attempts end abruptly, and the online payment portal does not allow me to proceed to the payment section.

My name is Mrs. Pamela Ogbeama. I traveled with Airfrance on December 27th from Portland through Seattle, via Paris to Lagos, checking in two luggages. During boarding, I was surprised to find out I needed to check in my hand carry due to the plane being full. While trying to gather important items from my bags, they were checked in without my approval, and I was assured everything would be okay. Upon arrival in Lagos, after waiting for my bags unsuccessfully for 48 hours, one of my bags was recovered missing money, two others were severely damaged, and the fourth with important prescriptions remains missing. This experience has been distressing, leaving me without clothes and in need of medical attention. Please deliver my missing bag urgently within 12 hours as I prepare to return to the States. Thank you for your prompt assistance. Mrs. P. Ogbeama

I booked a trip for two from Dublin to Sydney with layovers in Paris and Singapore leaving on 01/23/[redacted]. I managed to choose seats for the Air France flights but not for the Qantas flights from Singapore to Sydney. The seats we got at check-in for the Qantas leg are not suitable. I've been trying to reach Air France and Qantas by phone, but it's been challenging. Any advice on how to select better seats for the Qantas flight would be appreciated.

I had booked a ticket for my cousin, Mr. J.V. Khoyratty, in November to travel from Vancouver, Canada to Mauritius and back. The reservation was made through CheapOair, and due to the pandemic, we had to cancel the flight. After canceling, we were informed of a credit of USD [redacted].61 with Air France. I recently tried to use this credit to book a new flight for my cousin's trip on 15 March to 8 May [redacted], but a CheapOair agent mentioned that I need to contact Air France directly for the credit and booking. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I, D. LONGLA, traveled with KLM from Florence, Italy to Johannesburg, South Africa on 01-12-[redacted]. Unfortunately, one of my bags did not arrive with me. I immediately reported this at the airport and received a report notice with REFERENCE JNBKL29164. Due to the delay of my luggage for ten days, I had to adjust my travel plans within South Africa, incurring additional expenses for accommodation, meals, and necessities. Upon returning to Florence from South Africa, the flight landed in Pisa instead of Firenze airport. I lodged a complaint with Air France, and they assigned REFERENCE C-[redacted] to my claim. However, I have not received any further communication from them regarding my situation. I am reaching out to request a refund for the expenses I incurred during this trip. Kind regards, D. LONGLA.
