Hello, I would like to report an issue with my recent hotel booking in Lombok. We had reserved a room for 4 nights, but on the first night, we encountered bed bugs immediately. I have evidence to support this claim. The hotel staff were aware of the ongoing bed bug problem in that particular room, yet they continued to allow guests to stay there. They mentioned that they had treated the issue, but it did not appear resolved. Additionally, they did not offer to clean and dry our clothes using a machine. When I informed them about the bed bugs, their response was not surprising, and they stated that I would not receive a refund.

I have reserved a room at the Avenue Hotel in Canberra to visit the South African embassy. My Agoda booking number is [redacted]37. Unfortunately, the embassy appointment got postponed to late February or early March. The hotel is flexible about rescheduling as long as it's before my original date of 12th February [redacted]. However, on the Agoda website, it still shows as non-refundable. I need assistance to modify the dates once I have the embassy appointment details. Thank you. Shane

I requested a quote for a 3-day stay and was quoted $[redacted]. Handling this booking for a friend, they found the rate acceptable and asked me to use my credit card. To my surprise, the total came to $[redacted] with an additional $[redacted] for taxes. My friend now disputes the deal and is unwilling to cover the amount. I have a couple of concerns to address. Firstly, it wasn't clear that the quoted amount was per day. With the dates specified as 29th to 1st Jan, most assume it's for a 3-day stay. Secondly, unlike other websites, we only see the final cost once everything is processed. It's common practice for sites to display the total upfront before proceeding. The hotel tax wasn't initially disclosed, and breakfast, which was part of the quote, is missing from the confirmation.

I made a reservation for my wife at the Value Hotel Balestier in Singapore. Initially, there were issues with the credit card transactions, but upon checking my Agoda account, I discovered that the payment had gone through. I contacted both of my credit card banks, BPI and BDO, and they verified that the transactions were successful. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I made a reservation through Agoda for ANKUR PLAZA, Property OYO [redacted], in Nainital from October 29 to November 02. Upon arrival, the hotel turned us away citing the termination of their contract with OYO. I contacted OYO Customer Care right away, and they assured me that a refund would be issued within 7 to 14 days. As of now, I have not received the refund. Please assist in facilitating the refund process since the booking was made via Agoda. Thank you.

I made an error in my booking. I intended to reserve a room for Dec 7-8 at City Gardens. While trying to select a room for my friend, I went back a page and then proceeded with the payment. Unfortunately, the date reverted back to the default option of Dec 8-9, likely because I had previously booked a room for those dates. I'm hoping to adjust the dates without incurring any extra fees.

I submitted my booking dates for December 6th-7th. Upon receiving the hotel options, I selected one, completed the booking, and made the payment. However, after receiving the confirmation, I realized that the dates were inaccurate. I have been unable to modify or amend my booking, and despite multiple login attempts, I can't contact Agoda. Their phone number is also unresponsive. I've invested a significant amount of time into this matter and unfortunately paid $[redacted] for a booking I can't use. This situation is quite distressing as I won't be able to rebook and will miss my event. I recommend avoiding booking through Agoda.

I made a hotel reservation at Summit Galleria Cebu on November 13, [redacted], with booking ID [redacted]84 and a check-in date of December 3, [redacted]. Dear Agoda, I need urgent help! I'm planning to celebrate my birthday in Hua Hin, but I accidentally double-booked hotels for the same date. I have bookings for Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa with booking number [redacted]56 and Asira Boutique Hua Hin with booking number [redacted]64. I made a reservation at Melia Kuala Lumpur through Agoda for a Guest Room without breakfast, for two nights from December 6, [redacted], to December 8, [redacted], with a total price of RM620.64. However, upon checking the Melia Kuala Lumpur direct website, I found the same room type for the same dates at a cheaper rate of RM528.96. I submitted a Price Guarantee Claim Form on Agoda's website but did not receive any confirmation that it went through. Could you please assist me with this matter promptly? Thank you.

I'd appreciate some clarification. I made a reservation for the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore with Booking ID [redacted] for Dec 9-12, [redacted]. The booking was paid for using my Debit Visa Card and is confirmed. The hotel requests that the guest presents my Debit Visa Card and a valid ID upon check-in. I wonder whether it is necessary for the guest to have my card and ID since I provided the booking confirmation already.

Regarding reservation ID#[redacted]60, I had initially booked an extra bed at Spenza Hotel from December 27 to 31, [redacted]. However, we are now only two persons instead of three. Please cancel the extra bed booking, but keep the reservation dates the same for one room with two guests at the hotel. I have been instructed by Spenza Hotel to make this amendment with you. Additionally, I would like to pay in PHP peso now instead of using the pay later policy. Kindly cancel the pay later option and provide me with the current rate including all charges and taxes. Hello, I booked a stay at the Cygnet Lite Grand Jaipur hotel from December 1st to December 4th and requested an extra bed, which was not included in the initial booking. Upon arrival, I notified the reception about the discrepancy and after a discussion, they did not provide a satisfactory explanation.
