I have cashback rewards in my account, but I keep encountering an error message when trying to request it to my credit card. The message says, "Hmm, something went wrong. Please try again after 24 hours." This issue has persisted since last week. I have a cashback reward balance of USD92.35 that I am unable to claim due to this error. When will I be able to successfully claim my cashback rewards? Do I have to wait for them to expire? I hope to receive a prompt response from Agoda. Thank you.

Regarding booking number [redacted]65, I will be checking out of the hotel on 21/3/23, which is one day earlier than originally booked. On 13/3/23, I tried to modify my reservation through the Agoda app to cancel the last night, but encountered difficulties as it required canceling the entire booking and rebooking. I reached out to the hotel on 14/3/23 to request the change, and they advised me to contact Agoda. Subsequently, I contacted Agoda on the same day and sent three messages requesting to adjust my booking to 5 nights and checkout on 21/3/23. I have not yet received a response to my inquiries. Kindly assist in canceling the last night and refunding the amount paid for it.

I booked a reservation with Agoda and paid using Google UPI. After receiving a confirmation email from Agoda, I arrived at the hotel only to be told there were no available rooms as they were fully booked. Consequently, I had to find alternative accommodation. Since I was charged for the booking on the Agoda app, I am requesting a refund. My booking ID is [redacted]13 for the dates March 18, [redacted], to March 21, [redacted], under the name Asha Suthar.

I am in the process of booking a flight from Kota Bharu to Kuala Lumpur through Agoda Flights. I have been advised that for local Malaysians, checking in at the airport only requires presenting my IC. However, I encountered a problem with Agoda asking for my passport number and expiry date, which is no longer valid since September **** due to the pandemic. Can I proceed with my booking using my IC details instead of my passport details?

I made a reservation for The Cliff House yesterday under the name of Baptiste Arnoux with confirmation number [redacted]01. Unfortunately, upon check-in, I was shocked by the poor condition of the room. There were insects, food on the floor, and dirt on the sheets, which I have photographed as evidence. This experience was truly disappointing, and I could not stay there. The owner mentioned that I could request a refund through you. Hello, I made a reservation for 2 nights at a hotel in Bali with booking number [redacted]33. There seems to be an issue with the payment as I was charged [redacted].73 AUD for 2 nights instead of 82 AUD for 1 night. Additionally, I mistakenly booked an extra bed which I did not intend to, resulting in a total payment of [redacted].88 AUD. I noticed that my card was charged without me providing my bank details during the payment process. I kindly request a full refund for these discrepancies.

My reservation at Hampton by Hilton Schiphol Amsterdam, which was paid for over 15 days ago, has been cancelled. I was left without a booking just as I am departing to Europe. Earlier today, I called the hotel in Amsterdam to confirm my check-in, everything was fine. I requested an extra day and was advised to contact the booking agent. However, this afternoon, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled, and I was devastated! I urgently request that my reservation be reinstated. I don't know how they will reactivate my booking, but I need it back. I also called the hotel in Brussels to ensure everything was okay, as I don't want to be told tomorrow that it's cancelled too. This is so stressful!

I reserved a room at the Royal Mirage in Marrakech for the night of April 1st, departing on April 2nd. I provided the Pay Evolution postal code, and even the security code. I was informed that the reservation went through successfully, but later received an email asking me to rebook due to a technical error. Good morning. I made a payment for an apartment in Brides-les-Bains from March 28th to April 2nd (booking code [redacted]83). I reserved a unit at "ResiNest" Apartments Jagiellonskie in Bialystok, Poland for my wife, but the apartment she received is not the one displayed in the photos during booking. The images clearly depicted a "Standard Apartment" or a "Superior Apartment" with specific features like a living room with a kitchen. However, the actual unit she received is different from what was advertised, making it challenging for her elderly mother to stay comfortably and have access to the necessary amenities. I made a booking on Agoda for Koyana Hotel in Mecca from March 7 to 11. I paid [redacted] Riyals, but didn't receive any email confirmation despite entering my phone number (+[redacted]18). My friend was supposed to stay there, but due to lack of confirmation, we had to book another hotel at double the price. I only received bank notifications of the deduction without any booking confirmation. Please refund my money. I am able to provide my details, including the bank deduction information, upon request.
