Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. I booked a stay at OK Hotel Penang in Malaysia from March 3rd to March 6th under the name Ziad Ayoub. My email address is [redacted] and my phone number is +[redacted]96. Upon arrival, I found the room to be different from the pictures provided. The room only had a bed that couldn't be moved, making it challenging to do anything else in the room. It was quite cramped. I decided to leave the room after 4 hours as I needed some rest. I checked out after 4:30 and would appreciate a refund or reimbursement for the remaining two days.

During my stay at Ace Hotel Ben Thanh in Vietnam, I noticed that my phone charger went missing from the room. I strongly suspect that a member of the hotel staff might have taken it. Despite my thorough search, I couldn't find it after returning from a tour. The staff denied any involvement, but I remain convinced that it was indeed stolen. I am lodging this complaint to ensure Agoda is aware of the situation and to prevent the hotel from trying to charge me for any fabricated reasons in the future.

I would like to address a concern with my upcoming reservation. Booking reference [redacted]93. I booked a twin bed room for myself and my son for April 10th (check-in) to April 14th (check-out) on February 17th through the Agoda website. However, upon reviewing my booking, I discovered that a 1 bed King room was allocated to us instead. It is important for me to have separate beds as I will be sharing the room with my 15-year-old son.
I contacted the Ava Whistler hotel, and they mentioned that I had reserved a Deluxe King room. They stated that if I wanted a twin room, I would need to pay an additional $[redacted] plus taxes. I attempted to reach out to your customer service bot, but was unsuccessful in resolving this matter.

Good afternoon; upon arriving at the accommodation and checking into the room, we noticed the significant amount of dirt present. We can provide photos if needed. We went to reception to request a room change due to the extreme cleanliness issues. We were given another room, but we are unsure if it is cleaner than the previous one. We need a solution for this problem as we are looking to leave. Apart from the unsanitary conditions, we paid for a room with a pool which is also in bad shape, although given the state of our room, the pool is a secondary concern. It just requires a minimal effort to address these issues.

Last Friday, May 3rd, I made a reservation at Hotel Uvala in Dubrovnik for May 25th to May 28th for a double occupancy room. I provided my full credit card details for the booking and was told that the confirmation would be sent as soon as possible. I wanted to share my experience during my recent stay using Booking ID [redacted]53 for one night between the 4th and 5th of March. The hotel itself was nice and clean, but there were issues with the AC in the room that disrupted my stay. Despite reporting the problem, the AC kept switching off, and then an even bigger issue occurred when all electricity in the room shut down at 2AM, causing distress to my child. Although staff tried to resolve the problem, it persisted in my neighboring room as well. While the neighboring guests were quickly moved, I had to wait for an alternative room that was not in good condition due to the late hour. Given my health conditions, this experience caused me high blood pressure, and my child even vomited out of fear. I urge you to investigate this matter with the hotel management and address the ordeal I faced.

I made two separate reservations for March 6 with check-out on March 8, but when I arrived at Manada Guesthouse, the owner mentioned they don't work with Agoda and couldn't accommodate me. This led to finding alternative accommodation and additional taxi expenses totaling $15. I recently booked a 2-night stay at Canyon Cove Hotel & Spa in Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines, using GCash for payment. After receiving a confirmation payment receipt via SMS, I realized I provided the wrong email address. I used Agoda to book a flight from Bangkok to Siem Reap for March 11, returning on March 16. After agreeing to the price of around 5,[redacted] baht and entering my credit card details, I received an error message saying, "something went wrong" or "this price is no longer available". This happened after I had confirmed the price and provided my credit card information. I have booked with Agoda before for my current hotel stay in Bangkok, but this experience was frustrating.

I made a booking at The Lapa hotel in Hau Hin, Thailand on March 13th for one night. The booking was made and charged to my Citibank credit card, but the page displayed an error at the top. I have been waiting for confirmation but have not received it yet. I called the hotel, and they informed me that there is no booking under my name. Earlier today, on 3/7/23, I booked a room at Bangi Perdana Hotel in Selangor, Malaysia for 14Mar check-in and 16Mar check-out. While making the payment, there was an issue with the payment system. My train was canceled on 9 March due to the strike in Paris, as informed by SNCF via email today. I immediately contacted the Altona hotel to cancel my one-night stay from 8 to 9 March. They kindly agreed not to charge me and requested that I reach out to confirm the cancellation with you. However, upon receiving the confirmation indicating a "non-refundable" status, I realized this was not the intended choice, considering it was still five months away from the stay date.
To address this issue:

I booked a room at Première classe Lille Nord-Roncq hotel on Friday, February 10, [redacted], through the internet. Agoda Customer Service confirmed the reservation via email, assigning booking number [redacted]31. I paid €47.68 for the booking. Upon arrival, I was informed by two hotel employees that the establishment was closed on the manager's decision. I was unable to access my room or obtain further information. One of the employees mentioned that I could return later at 5:00 pm when a manager would be available to assist. I returned as advised but no one showed up. That night, I emailed Agoda Customer Service at [redacted] to report the situation. After receiving no response, I sent a follow-up email on February 15, still with no reply. Last week, when the hotel reopened, an employee suggested contacting Louvre Hotel Group, which I did, but I have yet to receive a response. I need assistance regarding a booking issue I encountered on Agoda.
