Contacting Aeroplan support at 1-[redacted] leads to a roadblock after verifying my postal code. Despite the information being correct, the system insists it is wrong. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach a representative, enduring long wait times exceeding an hour, I am frustrated. Today (Dec. 2), the helpline isn’t functioning past the specified hours.

I believe there is a concerning issue with my recent experience on the Aeroplan eStore. Upon reviewing my points balance, I noticed multiple transactions for purchasing $50 Google Play Gift Cards using my Aeroplan points, which I did not authorize. Despite numerous attempt to reach out over the span of 10 days with lengthy waiting times on the phone, I was unable to get assistance. The transactions took place on November 21, [redacted], and there has been no information provided on the gift cards' whereabouts or any confirmation emails. When reaching out, it's difficult to connect with a live agent as the automated system seems to loop. It appears that the Aeroplan eStore does not sell Google Play Gift Cards, raising suspicion about the legitimacy of these charges. I am deeply concerned by this situation due to the lack of order confirmation, invoicing, or delivery details. I have come across similar complaints online, suggesting this isn't an isolated incident. I urge for further investigation and seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I moved my Chase credit card points to my Aeroplan account to benefit from the 30% bonus miles offer. As per the promotion, I was expecting to get 4,[redacted] bonus miles after transferring 15,[redacted] points. Surprisingly, I only got 15,[redacted] miles credited to my account.
I made multiple attempts to contact Aeroplan over the phone, but whenever I requested to speak with a representative, the automated system mentioned a high call volume and disconnected the call without an option to hold.

I encountered a problem on an Air Canada flight when I upgraded my seats with Aeroplan points. However, both Aeroplan and Air Canada seem unwilling to assist, each pointing me to the other for resolution. It's frustrating as they are essentially the same company. Air Canada blames Aeroplan, stating it's their issue as points were used, while Aeroplan insists it's Air Canada's responsibility since it was their plane. It's a confusing situation that needs attention.

I forgot my Aeroplan number and attempted to retrieve it on the website by entering my information, but it states there is no email linked to it, preventing them from sending me the number. It advised me to contact Aeroplan at 1-[redacted]. Upon calling, I couldn't speak with an agent since I require my Aeroplan number to proceed.
I also attempted to reset my password; however, I encountered difficulties due to the absence of an associated email with my Aeroplan number.

I am having trouble accessing my Aeroplan account. I tried to reset my password, but the reset email was sent to my old email address, which I no longer have access to. When I called Aeroplan support for help, the automated system kept redirecting me, and even when I provided my 9-digit Aeroplan number from my card, it said it was incorrect. I am unable to reach a live agent as the robot either says my information is wrong or tells me to visit aircanada.com for help without placing me on hold. I recently submitted a claim for a flight but received an instant response stating it was ineligible for SQM or SQD credit, which is incorrect. The booking was made under PNR 4QMZAP for both myself and my partner. Our Aeroplan numbers are [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. We are currently in SE Asia and unable to send our boarding passes for the ICN-BKK flight with Asiana. When checking in YYC, AC couldn't issue the boarding passes, we had to get them from Asiana in ICN. The boarding passes don't show our Aeroplan numbers, which were not passed to Asiana. We have seats assigned for the return from HAN-ICN on Jan 5. I kindly request the SQM and SQD for the ICN-BKK flight to be credited to our accounts. I need to make changes to my departure flight. My original booking was from YVR to Dubai via Seattle on Tuesday, March 21, [redacted]. I would like to change it to fly from YVR to Dublin, Ireland on March 7th and then from Dublin to Dubai on March 27th, both flights in the business class. Today, I noticed that my aeroplane points were used for a flight redemption totaling approximately 27,[redacted] points, which I did not authorize. I struggled to get in touch with customer service initially, as they wouldn't even wait on hold and asked me to call back later. After finally getting to leave a call-back number, they did return my call the next day. I had a discussion with an agent lasting over an hour, during which I found out that my points had been reinstated overnight. It was puzzling why they did this without hearing my issue first, but I'm relieved that my points were ultimately restored.

I switched internet providers, causing my previous email account linked to my Aeroplan account to become inaccessible. After contacting customer service, I discovered that while there is a process to reset the password, the system sends the instructions to my old email address. Although I successfully verified my Aeroplan account, I am now facing a password issue. Unfortunately, the only way to resolve this is by receiving instructions through the defunct email linked to my Aeroplan account.

For several years, I have been accumulating numerous Aeroplan points on my TD Bank statement using Aeroplan number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I am concerned because I cannot access my account to see where the points are being allocated. I believe my account is linked to the same email address as my husband's account, which is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], which may be causing an issue. Despite attempting to contact a live agent multiple times, I have been unsuccessful. A TD customer service representative advised us to persist rather than cancel our TD Aeroplan card. I bought tickets on the Air Canada website, believing they were for Air Canada flights; however, they turned out to be for Austrian Air. The website promised airmiles credit which I did not receive upon filling the form. It appears that Austrian Air flights are not eligible for airmiles, leaving me and my husband with a total of 6 flights without the promised credits. This discrepancy is frustrating as we expected to receive the airmiles as stated during the ticket purchase.

I just got my TD Aeroplan Infinite Privilege card, but I'm having issues with the benefits not showing up on my travel bookings. I tried calling the Aeroplan number, but the automated service claimed I entered the wrong postcode, even though I checked my account details online and it's correct. I recently changed my legal name after booking international flights with my Aeroplan miles. Unfortunately, my new passport does not match the name on the booked tickets. After extensive time on hold, Aeroplan advised me that the name change needs to be done directly with the airlines, Brussels Air and TAP Portugal. Both airlines informed me that only Aeroplan can process the change. Air Canada reiterated the same information. I have spent a total of 4.5 hours on hold with different airlines trying to resolve this issue. Currently, I am on hold with Aeroplan again. I am concerned about the risk of showing up at the airport with my new passport. I plan to bring the old passport with the ticketed name, a court order, a document, and my new driver's license as backup, but it still feels too risky.

I have an Aeroplan number: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] and a password, but my registration couldn't be completed due to an email verification issue. The email address provided had an extra dot, causing me not to receive the verification email. The correct email is [redacted] or perhaps easier to use [redacted] Please update my details in the airline and Aeroplan files and enroll me in Aeroplan. It was challenging to reach a human to explain this issue. The limited human support or potential obstacles have made it frustrating. This has been the most challenging airline communication experience I've encountered.

I am unsure of what the exact issue is. I entered my current email address, [redacted], and my password, which is 15 characters long. My Aeroplane # is [redacted]17, with code 5 and bin # [redacted]. I go by Mr. Leonard C. Martin. However, when I look at my login details, I only see around 8 dots for the password, which is not correct. I want to explain that I suffered a severe mining accident on October 22, [redacted], in Western Australia, resulting in significant frontal lobe brain damage. I need to update my last name on my Aeroplan account as it currently differs from my passport. I have attempted to change it on the Aeroplan website twice by submitting my driver's license with the accurate last name, but my account remains unchanged. I am having trouble with Aeroplan not recognizing my membership number. When viewing my account, the number appears correct and shows the right amount of points. However, on a different section of the site, it claims my number is invalid. I am unable to find a phone number to reach a live representative to assist me with this unique issue. I seem to be stuck in a loop on their website and cannot find a way to resolve this on my own. I am hoping to get Aeroplan to provide a way for me to speak to a live person.
