I recently made a purchase on adidas.com (Order number AD[redacted]99) for shoes that were marked as delivered on Wednesday, but I have not received them. Despite being asked to wait for the delivery twice on Wednesday and again on Thursday, the shoes have not arrived. I am not seeking a refund but rather the prompt delivery of the shoes. I suggest that due to the complications, expedited shipping at no extra charge should be used for sending the shoes.

I ordered a pair of AR training shoes in men's size 6, women's size 7, for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, we received the wrong size, StanSmith originals in size 9, instead. When contacting customer service, we were informed that the correct shoes were no longer available in the size we ordered. I am disappointed because this mistake was not ours but the company's, resulting in my girlfriend not having her gift on Christmas. We were advised to wait and then follow up with the company to obtain the sale price. I believe that adidas should take responsibility for their error and provide appropriate compensation, rather than just a simple apology. It is crucial that this issue is addressed promptly. Our order needs to be expedited, and we should be compensated for adidas's mistake to maintain our loyalty and positive recommendations for the brand.

I believe my package may have been lost by FedEx. I recently contacted Adidas customer service regarding tracking number A[redacted]1, and they mentioned there is a possibility it got lost. During the call, I was unsure if the customer service representative confirmed a refund for me. Additionally, as I checked the FedEx tracker after the call, it now indicates the package will be delivered today. I feel a bit confused by the situation, so I plan to wait a few more days to see if the package arrives at my location.

I recently purchased a pair of Continental 80 shoes in Hong Kong, but I have been experiencing discomfort with the shoe tongues. After just an hour of walking, my right ankle became sore. Even with high socks, the pain persisted, making it challenging to walk until I got back to the hotel. I resorted to using a bandage the next day to alleviate the pain, but I believe this is not how Adidas sneakers are intended to be worn. Comfort is an essential aspect when choosing shoes, and enduring pain for style defeats the purpose of selecting such footwear.

I'm here to share my experience with the recent release of the Adidas Ultraboost SL X-Wing version. I've tried various sneaker brands over the years, always looking for comfort and good cushioning. Despite never owning Adidas before, when I saw this release I was impressed by its design, especially with the Star Wars theme. My wife decided to gift me these sneakers, which cost $[redacted].99, as I've always heard about the comfort of Ultraboosts. I faced an issue with sizing as they didn't offer a full size 9 US, but after consulting their size chart, I went with 9.5 US.
When the sneakers arrived, they looked amazing and felt comfortable at first. However, after wearing them for a full day, I experienced discomfort due to tightness around the foot's upper part. Despite being slightly bigger than my usual size, it was painful to wear them for an extended period. I'm disappointed with this experience, as it seems the material of the sneakers lacks flexibility and adaptability. I bought a pair of Pureboost running shoes 6 months ago from the Adidas store in Sandton City, Johannesburg. Throughout the years, I've been satisfied with the quality of Adidas products. However, after only 3 months of wearing the Pureboost shoes, the right shoe started to fray at the back top part, while the left shoe is still perfect. I don't think a product like the Adidas Pureboost running shoe should have these issues. I consider this a faulty shoe, but I still trust the Adidas brand and its products. I purchased a hoodie from your website during the Black Friday sale in the men's department. I also bought a pair of joggers, both size Small, for my boyfriend for Christmas. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, we discovered the hoodie is significantly smaller than expected, resembling a child's size. There was no indication on the tag that it was a youth size, as the photo displayed a teenage boy wearing it when I made the purchase. I requested a return label for the hoodie yesterday, which it says was processed, but I have yet to receive the label. I have been trying to purchase another pair of the Women's Supernova Glide Boost running shoes by Adidas for four years now. I first bought them in Portland six years ago and fell in love with the support they provide for my feet, ankles, and especially my knees. These shoes have been essential in helping me run without pain due to an old knee injury. However, each time I try to buy a new pair, they're always out of stock or only have extreme sizes.
