I purchased two pairs of Rockadia Trail M shoes recently. I usually buy several pairs of shoes at once if I like a style. I've been loyal to Adidas for 20 years. I didn't wear the Rockadia's immediately since I was using another pair. After wearing them for about a week, the shoes started squeaking on every step, even on carpet. It seems the shoes have internal layers that rub and make a loud squeaking noise, especially after about an hour of wear. Two additional pairs had the same issue, so I returned them. I'd like to exchange the two defective pairs I have for a different running shoe that doesn't squeak.

I placed an order for a pair of black and white Alphabounce shoes over a week ago. Around 4-5 days later, I received an email stating that the shipment of my order had been delayed, which was frustrating. Following that, another 4-5 days passed, and I got an email notifying me that my order had been canceled. I did not request this cancellation, so it must have been done by Adidas. The email did not provide a reason for the cancellation, which left me feeling extremely disappointed and upset as I had been eagerly anticipating those shoes. I apologize for venting, but I am really upset about this situation.

Hello Adidas team! I am a dedicated supporter of your brand and a huge soccer enthusiast. My collection of soccer jerseys primarily consists of Adidas gear due to their association with Real Madrid C.F. The issue I encounter is with the sponsor names or lettering on the jerseys. I have noticed that the lettering tends to crack or melt, particularly if the jersey is folded overnight. This results in the sponsor name transferring onto other parts of the jersey. I'd like to suggest improving the durability of these elements on replica soccer jerseys. It would be wonderful if the sponsor names could be integrated into the material rather than printed on the surface. I recently made a purchase of shoes from Adidas. However, there was an issue with the delivery by FedEx. Despite the package being taken to a secondary location, I was informed upon arrival that it had already been returned to the shipper. FedEx stated that packages are only held for 24 hours, contrary to what was indicated on the tag (3 business days). Unfortunately, FedEx was unable to assist me further and advised me to contact the shipper directly. I am reaching out to seek guidance on how to proceed with getting my shoes. Ideally, I would like the shoes to be resent to me. In the event that restocking and reordering are necessary, I am open to that option. It would be great if I could repurchase the shoes at the same discounted rate I received on my initial order. I appreciate your attention to this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I purchased two pairs of Adidas Superstar sneakers for my 12-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, after only a few months, the seams on both pairs split open, even though the sneakers were hardly worn and still looked new. My daughter was understandably upset and wanted another pair. I ended up buying her a second pair, but the same issue occurred. Both pairs developed splits on the seams after minimal wear. I recently returned a pair of ultra boosts due to a broken lace cage. Following that, I purchased a pair of EQT shoes, and the left shoe seems to have a bulge in the heel. Concurrently, I acquired a pair of Ultra Boosts ST, and there is an issue with the rubber part on the toe that seems incorrectly glued. This has left me doubting the quality of Adidas shoes, despite being a loyal buyer. I am disappointed in the poor quality of my last three shoe purchases from Adidas, including the two recent ones. I will be returning the last two pairs I ordered.

Despite the PayPal payment being successfully processed, I never received a confirmation email. The representative informed me that the order had failed due to a "system failure" and that my money would likely be refunded within a few days. Unfortunately, I was given no further information on how to obtain the item or any compensation for the inconvenience. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied as a first-time online shopper with adidas. Hello, I bought Adidas Supernova Boost sneakers from Wiggle and they were delivered on August 18, [redacted]. After running less than 70 miles in them, I noticed an issue with the heel. The fabric inside both heels has worn away, causing blisters and making them unsuitable for running. I have always used Supernova Boosts and never encountered this problem. A friend suggested I contact you for assistance. I would appreciate a replacement pair as they are expensive and I cannot afford to buy new ones after such a short distance. A few months ago, I purchased a pair of shoes from zalando.es - the Adidas Performance Barricade Club. Previously, I wore Asics but needed a change and opted for these shoes due to their reputation for ankle support in tennis. Unfortunately, since switching, I have experienced discomfort and fatigue in my ankles and feet, prompting me to return to my trusty Asics. Despite my attempts, Zalando has not been cooperative with my return request.
I understand you cannot intervene, but I thought it important to share my experience with the shoes. Additionally, if you have any recommendations for Adidas shoes with better ankle support, I would greatly appreciate it.

My name is Colin and I wanted to share my feedback on the Nemeziz 18.3 Firm Ground Soccer Shoe. I bought them at the Adidas store on [redacted] Market St. in San Francisco to use in my weekly games. I was excited about their design and have generally been happy with Adidas products. I've been transitioning from Nike to Adidas due to the brand's rebranding and sleek athleisure aesthetic. However, these cleats fell short. They lack foot support, have uncomfortable studs, and hinder my performance when kicking the ball. Despite breaking them in over 10 wears, they still don't feel right. I know there's a pricier Nemezis model, but at $[redacted], I expected better. Three days ago, I purchased a pair of Ultraboost sneakers to customize them with a military/support the troops theme. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they turned out. I visited your employee store on 5/25/19 and purchased Ultraboost shoes for my boys. Despite my 15-year-old usually wearing a size 11 1/2 in your NMDs, he found the Ultraboost to be too tight even though he only wore them for 2 hours at school. I reached out to your store to exchange them for a half size bigger, but was informed that returns or exchanges were not possible once the tag had been removed. Although I gave the shoes to my nephew, my son is left without suitable footwear as I can't afford to buy another pair at full price. We are loyal Adidas customers and would appreciate the opportunity for another visit to the employee store to find properly fitting shoes. Thank you for your consideration.

I have received three Adidas deliveries via Click & Collect at my local Post Office. The first one arrived without any issues. However, the second and third deliveries required me to contact Parcel Force to provide proper address details. The address used only included the street name, town, and postcode without any recipient names or building details, leading to confusion for Parcel Force. It appears that both Parcel Force and my local Post Office are treating these Click & Collect items as regular deliveries. I recently searched for Adidas Rockadia Trail running shoes and stumbled upon a questionable website. The site, www.clean-Merseyside.com, seemed to be based in Vancouver, Canada. After ordering two pairs of the Adidas Rockadia shoes, my card was immediately charged. Unfortunately, when the shoes arrived 27 days later, they resembled house shoes, not the trail running shoes I had expected. I've been loyal to Adidas for years and attempted to resolve the issue with the seller, but I fear it might be a scam. About a year ago, I bought two three-packs of Adidas Climalite briefs for around $20 each. After the first wash, I noticed a lot of stitching coming out, some "phantom holes," and a lack of shape despite the product claiming to have stretch. I reached out to Adidas via email but received no response. Recently, as I reached the bottom of my drawer due to my washer malfunctioning, I found a pair of the briefs with the waistband unstitched. This is not the quality I expect from Adidas, especially compared to my Hugo Boss briefs which have lasted over ten years. I'm disappointed with the lack of response and the poor performance of your product. I'd be willing to share pictures if needed. About a month ago, I purchased red Adidas Ortholite Floats in size 11 for my 14-year-old at Shoe Carnival. While playing outside and stopping quickly on his bike, the shoe split open on the top unexpectedly. I witnessed this event, and I am certain that his toes are not causing the damage. Given our financial situation, with back-to-school expenses and three other sons to care for, replacing the torn sneakers is not feasible at the moment. If the initial kick imparts a velocity of, for example, [redacted] kph, what will its velocity be when it crosses the goal line?
I am raising this after listening to a segment on BBC radio. It was stated that a renowned female player named Lily Parr once fractured the arm of a professional male goalkeeper, likely in the 1920s, when challenged to score against him from the penalty spot. This claim struck me as dubious. I find it hard to believe that a ball strike alone from that distance could cause such a serious injury.

Hello, I bought a pair of Adidas Tour [redacted] golf shoes a few years back to replace previous ones I owned. These shoes have been great - they've held up well, fit perfectly, and never caused me any trouble. However, there's now a crack in the outer sole of the right arch of my current pair, worrying me about their durability. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding the adidas shoes my 12-year-old son purchased with his birthday money from Macy's. The shoes, priced at about $60, are dark red with black stripes.
