I purchased Superstar sneakers in September [redacted] and wore them for only six months before discovering a substantial hole inside the shoe. I visited the adidas store at Egypt Alexandria City Center in the Middle East to address the issue. The employees were unhelpful and claimed no responsibility. After leaving the shoe with them for three months to investigate, they provided no updates whenever I checked in. Today, I retrieved the shoe, as I have lost faith in their ability to resolve the matter. I am seeking a resolution for either an exchange or refund, as I possess all the necessary receipts.

I need to return some shoes, but accidentally placed them in the wrong box as I purchased multiple pairs. When I tried to return them, the staff refused to accept the return. Despite my willingness to go back home to retrieve the correct box, the manager was unhelpful and showed a lack of concern. I have been in customer service for 32 years, and I understand the importance of treating customers well. My family regularly purchases Adidas shoes for our three sons, spending over $[redacted] each visit twice a year. I cannot support a store that shows no regard for losing my business. I want to convey that a negative experience can deter not only me but others as well, resulting in a loss of more than $[redacted] annually for the store.

I recently contacted customer service regarding an order I placed online on August 8, [redacted]. The representative I spoke with was very rude. Initially, I was informed that my order could take 2 to 3 business days to process. However, when I followed up on Saturday, August 10, [redacted], I was told by a representative named John that it could actually take up to 7 business days for the warehouse to dispatch my order. Concerned that I might not receive the sneakers in time for my son's first day of school on August 19, I requested to cancel my order. John mentioned that even if he canceled it, the sneakers might still be dispatched, and I would need to return them to get a refund, which posed a challenge for me due to my vehicle being unavailable. When I asked to escalate the issue to a manager or supervisor, I was informed they were unavailable at that time. I also requested John's last name and the corporate contact number, but he declined to provide them. This experience with the company’s customer service was highly unprofessional and disappointing.

Adidas Headquarters [redacted] N Greeley Avenue Portland, OR [redacted] To whom it may concern, I am writing to share a recent experience I had at your Adidas store at [redacted] Kings Plaza Suite [redacted], Brooklyn, NY [redacted] on September 7th, [redacted], around 6:30pm. As stated on your website, Adidas aims to be the premier sports company globally, delivering top-tier sports products along with outstanding service and experiences in a sustainable manner. However, my recent visit did not align with these standards. I tried to return a gift item without a receipt at the Kings Plaza Location, but the associate named "Gary" declined the return unless I exchanged it for another item in the store, going against Adidas store policy which allows returns within 30 days. Despite my efforts, Gary insisted on this exchange. After attempting to resolve the situation with Gary and requesting to speak to a manager, I was met by a manager named Beatrice, who mentioned they couldn't offer a store credit due to a lack of gift cards, a detail not communicated by Gary beforehand. I am requesting an in-store credit at the current product price to resolve the issue related to the item bought for my daughter's first day of school. As a loyal adidas family, I have instilled my passion for the brand in my son. Unfortunately, this year we have experienced a decline in quality with his shoes developing a hole and his backpack breaking within two weeks of use. We have always valued adidas for its durability despite the premium prices. It is disheartening to encounter such issues when previous products have been reliable. Hello, I would like to share my experience with a recent purchase from Sports Direct. About a month ago, my son used his hard-earned money to buy football boots for £80. Unfortunately, after playing only 4 games, he experienced foot injuries each time due to the inadequate support in the boot uppers. Consequently, he even had to miss a game because of a foot injury sustained while wearing these boots. He has since switched back to his Adidas boots from last Monday and has not experienced any foot pain. It seems that the thin upper part of the boots is leaving his feet vulnerable to injuries, suggesting a design flaw. I am a frequent buyer of adidas products, and I have noticed that the quality of their items has been disappointing lately. When I bought female leggings from the online store, I found that the threads were already loose before wearing them. Similarly, an adidas tracksuit jacket developed a small hole after just one wash due to weak stitching. Even when I purchased adidas shorts from a retailer like City Beach, the stitching came undone after just one wear. This experience has led me to believe the issue lies with the overall quality of adidas products rather than the retailers. My name is Seth, and I purchased these Adidas NMD_R2 Primeknit Core Black sneakers from GOAT. After wearing them for just one day at school, on the second day during gym class, I tripped and my big toe tore through the shoe. The shoes are in perfect condition otherwise, showing no signs of wear except for the hole. I reached out to GOAT, but they mentioned they couldn't assist since they didn't produce the shoe. I'm quite frustrated as I saved three months of allowance to purchase these, and they got damaged in less than 10 hours of use. I'm hoping for a resolution soon.

I need help with a complaint I have about Adidas. I made three transactions on Adidas' UK online shop, and I have had a terrible experience with their South Africa customer service team. They were incredibly unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude to me, and they have not resolved my issue despite me providing them with case number [redacted]7. I authorized a transaction of £54.17 from my Debenhams card but did not authorize the £42.84 and £46.84 transactions from my TSB account. I am disappointed with the service I received as I have always respected Adidas as a brand. On October 5th, I tried to buy a shirt online with my pre-loaded $50 American Express gift card, but the payment failed even though the card details were accepted. I called Adidas customer service and talked to Melissa from California. After 13 minutes, she mentioned they don't accept American Express gift cards online, which caused the payment failure. I requested a manager, but she said none were available and offered a callback next week. Dissatisfied as a regular customer, I found her lack of attention and resolution disappointing. I now face a delay in my XL shirt purchase for my birthday, priced at $35 with a 15% discount code that was applied but failed to go through. Hello, I purchased two rucksacks from your store. Unfortunately, one broke within a year of purchase, so I ordered another one as a Christmas gift for my son, but it also broke. I believe I didn't log in to place the order and used either [redacted] or [redacted] The bags cost around £38 each and should not be breaking so quickly. The dark green bags have the adidas logo on the front pocket. I have photos to share but unable to do so here. Hello, I hope this email finds you well. I am inquiring about an order I placed on 9/22/19. Before making the purchase, I contacted ADIDAS customer service to confirm if the invoice/receipt would be included in the box upon delivery. I needed this assurance because the order was for my husband, who is at a correctional facility where all items require a receipt. Despite being initially told that the receipt would be in the box, I later discovered that this information was incorrect. This miscommunication has caused a significant issue at the facility, as my husband cannot receive the sneakers without the required documentation. Unfortunately, I am unable to physically provide the receipt from Miami to New York where the facility is located. The facility's policy does not allow for mailing or faxing of the receipt, resulting in the possibility of the sneakers being discarded. I am disappointed with the response I received from customer service, which blamed the situation on mailing to a P.O. Box when the issue was actually the absence of the receipt. I have reached out to customer service but have not received a satisfactory solution.
