I placed an order for the Adidas Cloudfoam Super Daily shoes on 11/27, order number #AD[redacted]40. Despite being informed of warehouse delays after calling in 10 days later, I patiently waited. After another call 7 days later assuring me the shoes were shipping that day, I decided to check in again on 12/21 due to lack of communication. This time, I was informed that the shoes were out of stock and being removed from the website. To my disappointment, I received a cancellation email only after my third call, where I was told conflicting information each time. The service I experienced was quite poor, despite the courteous and helpful operators. Waiting for almost a month for my order, only to find out it was unavailable, was frustrating. This has left me with a strong reluctance to shop again at adidas.com, as it reflects poorly on how customers are treated.

I placed my order on December 3rd, [redacted], at 10:03 am with the order number AD[redacted]91. Despite being reassured multiple times via phone and email that my product was secured in the warehouse and would not be cancelled, I received an automated notification on December 23rd, [redacted], at 11:30 pm stating that my order was cancelled due to inventory issues. This was frustrating as the shoes were highly sought after, and I had ordered them early. The company has offered minimal compensation and does not have the desired all-black shoes I need for work. I believe I should either receive the product I ordered or be provided with a similar item in all black at a significant discount for the inconvenience caused. While a discount code was proposed, I am concerned about the availability of the desired product in the future.

I made a purchase on 12/6/[redacted], but the product didn't arrive as expected. I contacted customer service on 12/20/[redacted], and they informed me that the item was out of stock and would be delivered by 12/26 at 10 am. Despite being disappointed as it was a Christmas gift, I remained patient. On Christmas Eve, I received an email late on 12/25 stating that my order was canceled. Today, when I called to inquire about my order, I was told it had indeed been canceled. The representative kept apologizing without offering any alternative solutions, which I found unsatisfactory. It would have been better if they had provided a waitlist option or a coupon for a future purchase. I find it frustrating that I placed the order 20 days ago, and the website stated orders could still be delivered before Christmas up to the 13th.

My name is Elle Ford. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] I have been living in a domestic violence shelter for women for the last 3.5 months, with 6 weeks left before I have to find alternate housing. I left a violent marriage 3.5 months ago after being physically and emotionally abused for 21 years, resulting in serious injuries. For Christmas, the shelter kindly gifted me a pair of Adidas Superstar shoes, but they are too big (size US8) as I wear a size 6.5 or 7. Unfortunately, there is no receipt for exchange. I am starting over with very little and just looking to survive. If anyone knows how I can exchange these shoes for the right size in NW Portland, Oregon ([redacted]), I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you and Happy New Year. Elle Ford

Dear Adidas, I recently placed an order for shoes online using my Adidas gift card ending in [redacted]. The subtotal was $75, and I applied $50 from the gift card towards the purchase. I paid the remaining balance using PayPal. Unfortunately, I received an error message stating the payment did not go through. When I tried to reorder, I noticed that the $50 was no longer available on the gift card. Can you please assist me with resolving this issue? Thank you, F. Scott

I recently ordered a pair of sneakers from your website, but unfortunately, they were too big. I initiated a return on your site, downloaded the provided return label, and took the sneakers to UPS. The return tracking number on your site is 1Z8F047V[redacted], and my order number is AD[redacted]51. Initially, the tracking showed the package as delivered, but now it states "shipment is ready for UPS." I reached out to adidas customer service, and they indicated that the label was created, yet they have not received the returned item. Despite contacting them four times since January 24th, I have not received a response. I even provided proof of my UPS receipt, which shows a different tracking number (1Z8F047V[redacted]) that confirms my package was delivered. The lack of response is disappointing, and I am hopeful for a resolution. Thank you.

Dear Adidas team, I have encountered an issue that requires your assistance. During my visit to Beirut, Lebanon, I purchased 3 pairs of shoes for my kids and some other items. One of the shoe pairs was labeled as size “44 2/3” on the box, but upon returning to Cairo, Egypt, I discovered that it is actually size “43 1/3”. I wish to exchange the size at an Adidas store in Cairo. I have the receipt and the shoes purchased on Sunday, February 17th, [redacted] (still within the 14-day exchange period), but I do not have the shoe box as it remained in Beirut due to its size. I have attached the receipt with the item number highlighted in red for your reference. Kindly advise me on the necessary steps to proceed with the exchange in Cairo, Egypt. Looking forward to your assistance.

Approximately two months ago, I bought two pairs of adidas shoes from an adidas outlet in Tripoli, Lebanon, totaling $[redacted]. Shortly after wearing them, I noticed significant pain in my left foot, specifically caused by one of the pairs ("Adidas Performance S81023"). To address the problem, I gave one pair to my brother, but the pain persisted in the other shoe. Seeking to exchange the shoes within the one-month return window as told by the store employees, I returned to the outlet. However, despite the shoes being in new condition with no visible wear, the store declined to exchange them, insisting that the issue would resolve with further wear. Presently, after two months, the pain in my left foot persists, even after trying new medical insoles. Disappointed by the store's response, I am contemplating switching to a different brand after having worn adidas shoes since childhood.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service I received. The $[redacted] shoes I purchased fell apart after only a few wears. I contacted customer service on February 27th to start the return/replacement process. After submitting the required email documentation, I was informed on March 2nd that a gift card would be issued promptly. However, on March 6th, I was told that I needed to wait 20 business days to be added to the list for the gift card due to a supervisor's decision. This delay is unacceptable as these shoes were a Christmas gift for my teenage son who wanted them for his spring break vacation. I am frustrated with the lack of efficiency and communication from Adidas customer service. I urge Adidas to improve their support system and address this issue promptly. Thank you. Case #[redacted]7

Hello, I recently bought an Adidas Originals cropped tank from General Pants Co in Melbourne Central in white. I noticed that the stitching on the hem is quite uneven, creating a diagonal wave shape across my abdomen, which isn't supposed to be like that based on what I saw online and in-store. I also purchased a black one the same day, and it doesn't have the same issue. I tried talking to General Pants Co about it, but they said it was sent to them that way. Since I removed the tags, they couldn't accept a return or exchange. I thought about fixing it myself, but I don't want to accidentally ruin it. Since the tank was $40, I'm wondering if you have any ideas on how I could fix it. Thank you for your help, C.

I purchased the product from your store at Centre Square Mall in Cochin, Kerala, India on June 10, [redacted]. I provided my mobile number (±[redacted]26) at the store for verification. I am currently residing in Dubai and last month, I noticed that the buckle of the right leg slipper is broken (please refer to the attached pictures). Despite minimal usage, the product has failed considerably soon. When I contacted the store and spoke with your customer service, I was informed that there is only a 3-month warranty with no repair services available for sandals. This is unexpected from a reputable brand like Adidas. Other products I have used lasted longer and had repair options. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance provided so far. I request a repair or replacement for the product. Thank you.

I have contacted Adidas twice via email and attached photos. I bought a pair of shoes for my son at Christmas, which he cherishes and takes good care of. Unfortunately, just two months later, the side of the shoe detached from the sole. Despite the high price and quality expectations, they didn't last long. This is the second pair of Adidas shoes my son has bought in a year, along with other clothing items, spending hundreds of dollars. I ordered these directly from Adidas.com, not from a local store. I am hopeful to receive a replacement pair as I don't plan on purchasing another due to the initial investment. I believe it's important for Adidas to address this issue promptly.

I have been a loyal wearer of adidas tennis shoes for several years, owning a total of 4 pairs - 2 unused and 2 for actual tennis play. Unfortunately, the uppers of my recent pair have detached early on from the soles, just like a previous pair I had to return and received a gift card in exchange. Even though I contacted customer service about this new issue, I was informed that no action could be taken due to the shoes being purchased slightly over 2 years ago in November [redacted]. Despite only wearing them for about 8 matches starting this January due to health setbacks, both shoes by the little toes have suffered tears. While the tread remains intact, I had to sew the uppers to the rubber soles to avoid injury. I am disappointed that this problem cannot be resolved, as it might lead me to stop using adidas products after this negative experience.

I am extremely frustrated because I purchased a pair of shoes from an official Adidas store on Ermou street in Athens last Friday, and the next day, I found the same shoes at the Adidas outlet in Athens at a discounted price with an additional 30% off. Adidas is a reputable company, so how could this mix-up occur? Unfortunately, I couldn't return the shoes before my flight on Sunday. It's essential for Adidas to improve their processes to prevent similar incidents in the future, in any model or country. I initially wanted to reach out privately to discuss this matter respectfully and protect your company's reputation. However, I shouldn't have to pay extra due to this error. I'm now back in my home country, Alexandria, Egypt, and eager to hear how Adidas will address this issue. The model number of the shoes is BD7565 6.

Hello, my name is Anthony Sibrian. I have purchased multiple pairs of track pants from adidas on various occasions. However, recently I bought two pairs, one from Big 5 in all black, and the second from Foot Locker in all black with white stripes running down. Both pairs are tapered with zippers at the bottom. Despite using them only occasionally for less than two months, both now have holes in the crotch area where the pant legs are stitched together. I am disappointed because I expect better quality from adidas considering the price of these items. I would like to send you images of the damage, including the tags, for your review. Thank you.

Hello, my name is James. I'm unsure if I've arrived at the correct entry point, but I'll go ahead and share my experience. I recently bought a pair of EQT 93/17 Overkill Coat of Arms sneakers, advertised as new/previously owned, from a local seller on social media. The seller claimed they were authentic. Upon closer inspection at home, I discovered multiple flaws and poor craftsmanship. I am concerned if these could be factory seconds or B-grade sneakers. I tried searching for information using the label tags but only found results when I added the brand name "Adidas" to the search. I've been trying to identify fake versions of this model online but with little success. I am reaching out for assistance. I noticed the seller is still listing more of these sneakers for sale. If they are indeed counterfeit and being passed off as genuine, it's important to address this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Adidas, As a grandmother raising two teenage grandsons, I choose to support Adidas due to my beliefs. I am concerned about affording your products for my grandchildren, as my 12-year-old grandson has faced teasing for his clothing. Despite my efforts to budget, I have exhausted my resources. My 16-year-old grandson mentioned that Adidas sponsors our school rivalry at Otsego High School but not at Plainwell High School, where he needs $80.00 for golf apparel. Confidence is crucial for children in both academic and extracurricular activities. I am kindly requesting generous coupons or samples to proudly represent your brand. If this is not possible, I may need to turn to thrift stores. I am dedicated to helping my grandsons succeed. For further inquiries, please contact me at the provided address. Warm regards, Sheila O. Plainwell, Michigan

I am reaching out in regards to using a coupon at an Adidas factory outlet located at the San Marcos Texas Tanger outlet store. I had two separate transactions there as a Tanger Outlet member, with coupons obtained from the outlet. While trying to use a coupon at the store, I was informed that it couldn't be combined with the ongoing sale, despite the coupon stating "cannot be used with other coupons". Additionally, the coupon mentioned, "additional store specific restrictions may apply", which were not visibly displayed. The store staff mentioned they were not permitted to stack the sale with coupons and suggested contacting corporate for clarification. Could you confirm if this policy is accurate and provide information on who to reach out to regarding coupon usage? It's unclear why the outlet issues coupons that are not usable, and I would like to understand how to apply the 20% discount. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I recently bought a pair of Adidas Ultra Boosts in Florida about 2 to 3 weeks ago. While I was at the beach last week, the shoes got wet and sandy. I noticed discomfort in the left shoe's instep, feeling like there was a piece of material poking into my arch. What's more, they got very dirty quickly, and I struggled to clean the sand out. I have photos to share if needed. This was only the second time I wore them outside. I was surprised by these issues so soon after purchasing them, as I hadn't worn them excessively. They are white and black, size US 9.5, and I believe they are no longer available since there were few sizes left when I bought them for $[redacted]. I've had positive experiences with Adidas customer service before, where I received a new pair of soccer cleats after a similar incident. Thank you for looking into this. Best regards, Alan

I recently received a pair of Stan Smith shoes from my wife for Easter, purchased on 18th of April from the Riga, Latvia Outlet Store. Today (22.04), we visited the store to exchange for a bigger size but were informed that refunds, vouchers, or store credit were not an option, and we had to choose another item. Despite being Adidas fans, we found this policy frustrating. We selected a more expensive pair, but encountered another issue as the price tag was missing, with no English translation for the information on the cash desk. The unworn shoes are in their original box with the receipt, but the tag was removed as it was a gift. Can we please proceed with the return?
