I ordered a pair of floral patterned Stan Smith shoes at a discounted price of $70 with a UNiDAYS promo code for an additional 15% off, bringing the total to $59.50. During checkout as a guest, the Cybersource session timed out, charging my credit card without completing the order or sending a confirmation email. To secure the shoes, I immediately placed a new order after registering with adidas using the same email. I now have two charges of $59.50 on my credit card, one valid and one erroneous. I am seeking a refund for the duplicate charge.

Hello, I bought two pairs of sneakers at 3:30PM on Thursday, September 27th. My order number is AD[redacted]12. During checkout, I used the code SEPT40 which should have given me a 40% discount, totaling $75. However, I was charged $[redacted] with no discount applied. I feel misled as the discount disappeared without notice. I am disappointed and would like the order cancelled or the discount honored. Thank you.

Order number AD[redacted]54: I recently received my order for the Yeezy Boost [redacted] Off-white, but I only received two pairs out of the three that I ordered. The FedEx delivery driver brought all the packages without a problem, but I suspect that he might have taken the missing pair. Although the tracking information shows that all items were delivered, specifically mentioning the missing pair, the behavior of the driver raises concerns. He mentioned dropping off everything at the door, contrary to when he interacted with my family. Strangely, from a total of six packages (three that my cousin ordered), only five were handed over, including two sneakers from a previous order. I informed him that the next delivery would also be Yeezy's, and he seemed to know about it. I'm requesting either a refund or a replacement for the undelivered pair. It would be reassuring if there is an investigation into the driver's actions. He mentioned conflicting details about the deliveries, and I believe further scrutiny might be necessary.

However, I encountered frustrating issues today with release D97046, as I made it through the waiting room twice only to face problems adding the product to my cart and checking out. These difficulties are common due to bots quickly snagging up most of the stock during coveted releases. I suggest implementing strategies like providing early access to loyal customers or holding raffles for popular items before the official release, followed by a first-come-first-serve drop if there are any leftovers. It would be a relief to successfully purchase a pair after navigating the waiting room without any glitches.

I recently purchased a new pair of Adidas shoes on sale for $80 from a local retailer, marked down from $[redacted]. My daughter, a college soccer player, has been loyal to Copa Mundial boots for 6 years, going through one pair annually. A spare pair I bought for her a year ago has disappointed as the leather started separating from the sole after only a short period of use this Spring. This marks the 7th pair purchased within 6 years. I am willing to share a picture to illustrate the issue if necessary. I trust Adidas to handle this matter fairly and appropriately. I placed an order for 2 women's clothing items yesterday evening: 1 Size M Designed to Move Pant for $17.00 and 1 Aidbreak Sweatshirt size M for $35.00. I used Apple Pay to make the payment, but my address and email were not updated. Since my old email is no longer in use, I cannot access it. Although I see the transaction on my bank statement, my information hasn't changed. I chatted with customer service this morning and provided my new email, [redacted], in hopes of receiving an order confirmation, but I haven't received it yet. They located my order under my name, Beth J. Fogel, but were unable to help me update the shipping address. As a loyal Adidas customer, I feel disappointed by the lack of support in this situation. I recently took advantage of your sale and ordered a pair of men's size 10 shoes for $30. Shortly after, I received an email stating that children's shoes were being sent instead. I placed an order for a pair of Stan Smith shoes on October 22, [redacted], and I was notified that they would ship within 3-5 business days. However, it has been longer than that timeframe, and despite speaking with an Adidas representative who was not helpful, the shoes have yet to be shipped. They assured me the shoes would arrive within the next two weeks. I am upset as I needed them by November 3rd, and now I've been informed they won't make it in time. I find this situation frustrating since I placed the order well in advance of this deadline. A friend who ordered the same shoes received them within 4 days of their purchase.

I am disappointed in the new NHL jerseys, especially as a woman with limited options. The quality of the new women's fanatic NHL jerseys is subpar, primarily due to the screenprinted logos instead of sewn patches like before. The selection of women's premier jerseys has also decreased significantly. I am hesitant to buy the inferior quality, more expensive fanatic jersey. I hope for more variety in premier jerseys or the return of sewn patches. As a dedicated NHL fan, I cannot justify spending so much on a lower-quality jersey compared to my Reebok ones. Sincerely, A.

I am expressing my admiration for a discontinued adidas product that I would love to make a comeback. The track/wind pants made of nylon shell, elastic waist, elastic ankle cuffs, and lined with cotton or mesh were incredibly comfortable and lightweight. I have both types and appreciate that the mesh-lined pants are lighter for warmer weather while the cotton-lined ones are better for cooler days. I am curious why this line was discontinued as it was functional, comfortable, and fashionable. If I may suggest, offering these pants with elastic ankle cuffs with or without zippers would be great. I particularly liked the adidas 3 stripe styles like the team nylon pants with the stripes not passing through the waist and ankle bands, some having a different color side panel matching the primary color. I believe there is still a significant market for these iconic adidas pants and I hope they make a return to stores. I am one of many consumers eagerly awaiting their comeback.

I visited your Outlet store at Phoenix Premium Outlets in Arizona and found a great deal on sneakers. The price was marked $29.98 with an additional 30% off tag. I asked an employee before making my purchase, who confirmed all items were 30% off. At checkout, Celeste, a supervisor, told me closeout deals didn't qualify for extra savings. Marcus, the Manager, supported this. I expected the deal as advertised, but they insisted otherwise. I feel disappointed by the conflicting information and lack of customer service. I've been a devoted Nike wearer for years until I decided to try out the highly praised ultraboost sneakers. Initially skeptical, I bought a pair last summer and was instantly impressed by the comfort. I soon ordered a pair for my wife and have since expanded my collection with more adidas gear, making a recent purchase over the weekend. Despite falling in love with my ultraboosts and making them my everyday go-to shoes, I was disappointed when they started falling apart prematurely. Subject: Delayed Electronic Gift Card Issue I would like to address the matter regarding my returned NMD sneakers, which were reported as defective and sent back to your facility on August 28, [redacted]. It is now December 4, [redacted], and despite being assured by more than 10 customer service agents that I should have received my electronic gift card by now, I have not. Each time I contact a representative, a new timeframe is given, with no follow-through. I have not been given the chance to speak with a supervisor, being consistently asked to call back.
