Subject: Quality Concern with Adidas Predator Soccer Cleats

I am reaching out regarding my recent purchase of the Adidas Predator Edge Geometric soccer cleats for my 14-year-old grandson. This is the third time we have bought Predator cleats in less than a year, and unfortunately, each pair has torn within three months of use. I paid $[redacted].00 for this last pair, and despite minimal wear due to late delivery and tournament play, the cleats ripped during an important tryout for the U14 boys National Soccer Team in Puerto Rico. The consistent tearing of the cleats with such little use is unacceptable.
I have tried contacting Customer Service without success. I have attached photos of the box, the receipt, and the damaged cleats for your review. Despite losing the original receipt, I have provided the American Express charge details. Two of my grandson's teammates also had similar issues with their Predator cleats and had to request replacements.
I am a loyal Adidas customer, but the decline in cleat quality is disappointing. I hope we can find a resolution to this matter promptly.

Our recent purchase of the Adidas Predator Low - AG for £[redacted].00 on 09-05-22 was initially received in perfect condition, and our grandson was thrilled with them. Unfortunately, we recently noticed a significant split on the outside of the right foot. This was quite distressing for our grandson and left us feeling disappointed given the amount spent. Hello, I made a purchase on adidas.com.tr on September 8th to buy a gift for my 6-year-old nephew. My order number is ATR[redacted]9. It has been 3 weeks, and the gift has not been delivered, causing my nephew's birthday to pass without his present. Despite opening a case, calling 4 times, and emailing twice, I have not received any response from Adidas Turkey. I am extremely disappointed with the service in Turkey. I returned an item to Adidas a month ago. According to their website and email, I should have received my refund within 14 days. However, it has been nearly a month, and I have not received my money back. I attempted to contact them via phone and chat, but I was either disconnected after a long wait or provided with misleading information. I request that Adidas promptly refund my money. If they are unable to do so, I will need to dispute the transaction with my bank.

I made a purchase on the Adidas website on November 24th with Order No. AIN[redacted]2. The package was supposed to arrive on November 28th, but it hasn't been delivered yet. Unfortunately, I am unable to track it as the details have not been updated. I have tried contacting their helpline several times, but I have not received any assistance. This has been the worst online shopping experience for me. I noticed there is no escalation process in place, and the only contact information provided is a generic email and phone number for the grievance and nodal officer, both handled by Nikhil Mahajan. One of my packages was not delivered as the Lasership driver took a photo and took the box. I lodged a complaint against Lasership with the BBB. Their response was an apology, assuring me it won't happen again, but Adidas must refund the cost of the stolen merchandise. The upsetting part is the items were Christmas presents that sold out before my "order was delivered."

I recently purchased pants from Adida. Unfortunately, their website's email function isn't working, making it impossible for me to process a return. The pants were delivered without an order statement, thus leaving me without an order number. Each time I attempt to initiate a return, I encounter a sign-in prompt. After entering my credentials, the system promises to send a password reset link, yet I've made five attempts over the course of three days and have not received any link. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am keen to return two pairs of pants that seem more suited for an elephant than for me.

Hello there. I made a purchase of some shoes several months ago at a discounted price from your store. Unfortunately, after minimal use, the shoes broke. Following a phone conversation with a representative, I was advised to submit a warranty claim with number [redacted]7. I was also given a discount code to use once the claim was approved, allowing me to repurchase the shoes at the original sale price. However, the warranty process took longer than expected, and the discount code provided is now invalid. Moreover, the e-gift card amount I received was $80 instead of the correct $91.73. Despite numerous attempts to escalate the issue to a supervisor and requests for a callback within 48 hours, I have not been contacted. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I am reluctant to make future purchases from your company.

LaserShip informed me that they lost the package, and I am still waiting for a refund from Adidas. Despite trying to reach out via chat and phone, I have not received any answers. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and poor service from Adidas. I demand either my order or a refund today. I am struggling to find shoes with a wide toebox that also offer a good heel fit. I believe there is a significant demand for this type of shoe due to the natural shape of the foot. While I have tried brands like Altra, I found their heel fit lacking, and I am looking for a more aesthetically pleasing option. Your wide selection of shoes could benefit from including a design with a wider toebox. Many people, not just older individuals, would benefit from this feature. The curve inwards at the big toe in your current shoe design causes discomfort and may lead to foot issues like hallux valgus. I hope that you will consider creating a running shoe that addresses these concerns. One of my items was stolen upon delivery due to negligence. The order stated it was left at the front door, but the photo from the delivery service shows it was left in the middle of the front lawn, exposed to the sidewalk and street. I ordered 2 items, one with tracking updates, and the stolen item had no tracking details and was marked as delivered when nobody was home.

I saw on the adidas website that my package is scheduled for delivery today. However, I haven't received an email confirming that my order has been shipped. I attempted to contact customer service using the website's bot. The bot initially informed me that my package should have been shipped by now and attempted to connect me to a human representative. Unfortunately, the bot later reported that no human support was available to assist me. Despite multiple attempts, I encountered the same problem. I am hoping someone can help me resolve this issue.

I attempted to contact the returns department at Danes Crick but only have half of the returns address. I am willing to return the trainers if you can provide a returns label. I recently purchased a pair of slides from Adidas, Order# AD[redacted]45, that was marked as delivered on 8/14. After contacting Adidas customer service, I was directed to the delivery company, Track at [redacted], who opened a case for me with case# [redacted]1. Despite waiting an additional 2 days, the slides have not arrived, and I have checked with my neighbors. I contacted the delivery company again today to report the non-delivery and am currently speaking with Adidas customer service to seek a resolution. They are currently offering a refund instead of sending a replacement pair, but I am not interested in a refund. I am requesting another pair to be sent instead.
